前記同時回転するプレート(4)と前記バレル(2)との周辺部間の間隔sは、8分割したねじ山の高さgよりも小さく、かつ64分割したねじ山の高さgよりも大きく、gは、前記シャフト(1)と前記バレル(2)とのルート直径間の距離であること
を特徴とする、装置。 - 前記回転プレート(4)の厚さとバレル直径との比率は、0.2〜0.02であり、前記非回転プレート(3)の厚さとバレル直径との厚さの比率は、0.2〜0.02であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記回転プレート(4)および前記非回転プレート(3)とバレル直径との間の軸方向ギャップの比率は、0.01〜0.15であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記回転プレートにおける前記割込部と前記非回転プレートにおける前記割込部は、それぞれ複数の溝として形成され、前記溝は、回転軸線に対して垂直(放射状)に配置され得るか、または回転軸線に対して斜めに配置され得ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記非回転プレート(3)における前記溝(7)は、らせん状に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記回転プレート(4)における前記溝(6)の数と前記非回転プレート(3)における前記溝(7)の数は、それぞれ4〜60であることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の装置。
- 前記押出機は、かみ合いスクリューシャフトを有する多軸押出機であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記回転プレート(4)の前記溝(6)は、放射状に配置され、前記同時回転しないプレート(3)の前記溝(7)は、ある程度放射状にかつある程度斜めに配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置の使用を伴う、プラスチック配合物を押し出す方法。
- 前記押出機は、プラスチック組成物中における気体状、液体、または粉状添加物の分散に使用されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記プラスチック組成物は、熱可塑性樹脂またはエラストマーであることを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 使用される前記熱可塑性樹脂は、ホモまたはコポリカーボネートを含むか、少なくとも1つのホモまたはコポリカーボネートを含む混合物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
