Description
装置。
本実施例1は、第一部材1Aと第二部材1Bとを回転可能に支持する軸受10に関するものである。図1は、装置1内に配置された軸受10を表す断面図(回転軸AX1を含む面で切断した断面図)である。装置1が減速機であれば、第一部材1Aは、例えば、減速機構に組み込まれた揺動歯車より伝達された動力により、サーボモータの回転速度より減速された回転速度で回転する部品(ケース)である。また、第二部材1Bは、例えば、揺動歯車を揺動可能に支持する部品(シャフト)や、この部品(シャフト)との間で揺動歯車を保持する部品(ホールドフランジ)である。装置1の例としては、減速機以外にも、工作機械、圧延機、航空機、自動車、鉄道等が挙げられる。
実施例2について図4〜図6を参照して説明する。本実施例2は、第一部材1Aに対して2つの軸受け10a、10bを介して第二部材1B及び1B’がそれぞれ取り付けられた構成を有する装置1’に関する。図4(a)に、装置1’の断面図(回転軸AX1を含む面で切断した断面図)を示す。装置1’は、例えば減速機である。装置1’が減速機である場合、第一部材1Aは、例えば減速機のケースであり、第二部材1B、第二部材1B’は、それぞれ、例えば、減速機のシャフト、減速機のホールドフランジである。なお、装置1’の例としては、減速機以外にも、工作機械、圧延機、航空機、自動車、鉄道等が挙げられる。

Claims (8)
- 軸受と、該軸受を介して相互に回転可能に保持された第一部材及び第二部材と、前記第一部材と前記第二部材との円環状の隙間をシールする円環状のシール部材と、を備えた装置を組み立てる方法であって、
前記軸受は、
前記第一部材に取り付けられたアウターレースと、
前記アウターレースと同心に配置され、前記第二部材に取り付けられたインナーレースと、
前記アウターレースと前記インナーレースとの間に配置された複数のころと、
前記複数のころを保持した保持器と、を備え、
前記保持器は、
組立時に前記アウターレースに当接することによって、該アウターレースに対する、前記保持器の姿勢を決める、ガイド部を有し、
前記インナーレースは、前記シール部材の内周に収まる外径を有し、
前記第一部材に前記アウターレースを取り付ける工程と、
前記第二部材に前記インナーレースを取り付ける工程と、
前記第一部材の内径部に前記シール部材を嵌め込み、前記複数のころを保持した保持器を前記シール部材上に載置する工程と、
前記インナーレースが、前記シール部材の内径部を通過して、該シール部材上に載置された前記保持器及び前記ころに接触し、該保持器及び該ころを前記アウターレース側に姿勢を変えずに移動させて、前記ガイド部を該アウターレースに当接させる工程と、
を含む、
方法。 - 前記保持器は、
前記ころの回転軸方向及び該回転軸方向と直交する方向の変位を規制する規制部を有し、
前記ガイド部が前記アウターレースに当接することによって、前記アウターレースの転動面に対する前記規制部の姿勢が決まる、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記保持器は、
同心に配置された一対の環状体を、該環状体の周方向に所定間隔で並べて配置された複数の柱の各々で連結した形状を有し、
前記ガイド部は、
前記一対の環状体の一方において、該環状体の全周に亘り又は一部で該環状体の半径方向外方に突出するように形成された、
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記ガイド部が前記アウターレースに当接することによって、該アウターレースに対する前記保持器の位置が決まる、
請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記アウターレースは、
前記アウターレースの転動面が下方を向く姿勢であるときに同じく下方を向く基準面を有しており、
前記保持器は、
前記ガイド部が前記基準面に当接すると、前記アウターレースに対する姿勢が決まる、
請求項1から請求項4の何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記ガイド部は、
前記基準面に面接触することによって、該アウターレースに対する前記保持器の姿勢を決めるガイド面を有する、
請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記インナーレースが、組立時に前記シール部材上に載置された前記保持器を前記基準面側に移動させて前記ガイド部を前記基準面に当接させるための手段を備える、
請求項5又は請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記ガイド部を前記基準面に当接させるための手段は、
前記インナーレースの転動面に対して半径方向外方に突出し、且つ前記シール部の内径部に収まる外径を有し、
前記ガイド部を前記アウターレースに当接させる工程において、前記シール部の内径部を通過して、該シール部上に載置された前記保持器及び前記ころに接触し、該保持器及び該ころを前記基準面側に姿勢を変えずに移動させて、前記ガイド部を該基準面に当接させる、
請求項7に記載の方法。
