Description
本出願は、この参照により全容がここに含まれる米国特許仮出願第62/233,953号(2015年09月28日出願)の優先権を請求する。
本出願は概して、近接していることに基づいたコンテンツ共有に関し、特には、ユーザー同士が接近していることに基づいて第一のプロファイル部類に属するユーザーを第二のプロファイル部類に属するユーザーに繋げることに関する。
本出願全般を通して使用する用語、略語、および字句について以下簡潔に定義する。
図9は、コンピュータシステム 900 の例示的形態を、機械の模式図として描いたものであって、その中にて命令の組を実行することで、本開示にて述べる一種以上の方法もしくはモジュールを機械が実施可能となる。
請求の範囲に関する種々の実施形態を上述してきたが、それらはあくまで例示と説明のためのものであって、そこに開示された正確な態様に、請求の範囲を消尽もしくは限定することを企図しているわけではない。多種多様な変形例が可能なことは当業者には理解できるであろう。実施形態群は、本発明の原理と実践的な用途を最良に記述するために選ばれ記載されているものであって、すなわち関連分野の当業者が、請求主題、種々の実施形態、および特定の用途を想定する上で適切な種々の変形例を理解できるようになっている。
Claims (5)
- クライアント装置であって、
タッチスクリーンディスプレイと、
位置情報サービス装置と、
ネットワーク送受信機と、
前記タッチスクリーンディスプレイ、前記位置情報サービス装置、および前記ネットワーク送受信機と通信可能に結合する、プロセッサと
を含み、
前記プロセッサが、
前記位置情報サービス装置からのデータに基づいて決定される前記クライアント装置の位置から、或る距離内である既知の位置に在る複数の物件を特定すること、
前記複数の物件のうちから、前記クライアント装置の座標に関連づけられた物件を選択すること、
選択された物件に関連づけられた業者プロファイルの一覧を生成し、前記業者プロファイルの一覧における現況に基づいて、前記選択された物件の内覧を受付可能な状態にある旨を前記業者プロファイルの一覧において示して、前記クライアント装置上で表示すること、
ユーザーによる入力、もしくは前記業者プロファイルの一覧に関連づけられた最も近接している業者用装置を自動選択することのいずれかに基づいて、前記業者プロファイルの一覧のうちから業者プロファイルを選択すること、ならびに、
モバイルアプリケーションの有する通信機能を作動させるか、もしくは前記クライアント装置がデフォルトで有する通信アプリケーションを介した通信を指示することで、前記ネットワーク送受信機を介して、前記クライアント装置を、選択された業者プロファイルに繋ぐこと
を行うように構成される
ことを特徴とする、クライアント装置。 - 複数の業者プロファイルのうちの業者プロファイルの現況が、前記業者プロファイルに関連づけられた業者用装置からのメッセージが受信された場合には、受付可能である旨に指定され、かつ、
前記業者プロファイルの一覧が、受付可能な状態にあると指定された複数の業者プロファイルのうちから業者プロファイルをまとめて得られるものである
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクライアント装置。 - 前記プロセッサがさらに、
前記タッチスクリーンディスプレイに、前記クライアント装置の決定された位置から前記距離内に在る複数の物件を示す地図を表示させること、ならびに、
前記タッチスクリーンディスプレイに、前記地図上での前記クライアント装置の座標を表示させ、前記クライアント装置の座標には、前記クライアント装置の位置および向きが含まれること
を行わせることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクライアント装置。 - 前記プロセッサが、前記クライアント装置が物件を指している際の前記クライアント装置の向きを特定することによって、前記複数の物件のうちから物件を選択するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクライアント装置。 - 前記プロセッサがさらに、
選択された業者プロファイルに関する情報と、地図上で選択された物件に関連させた、選択された業者プロファイルの位置とを、前記タッチスクリーンディスプレイに表示させる
ように構成される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクライアント装置。
