図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る交流回転電機の制御装置を示す構成図である。当該制御装置は、交流回転電機30を制御する。当該制御装置は、図1に示すように、直流電源10、電圧検出部11、インバータ20、磁極位置検出部31、電気角速度検出部32、電流センサ33a〜33c、インバータ制御部40、温度検出部50、最大電流調整部51、許容トルク算出部52、上限回転数算出部53、回転数調整部54、および、トルク指令調整部55を備えて構成されている。

Claims (9)
- 交流回転電機に接続された電力変換回路のスイッチング素子の温度上昇に比例して温度が上昇する保護部の温度を検出する温度検出部と、
前記温度検出部が検出した前記保護部の温度が、予め設定された設定温度を超えないように、前記交流回転電機の最大電流を調整する、最大電流調整部と、
前記最大電流調整部で調整された前記最大電流に基づいて、許容トルクを算出する許容トルク算出部と、
前記許容トルクに基づいて、前記交流回転電機に対するトルク指令値を調整するトルク指令調整部と、
前記最大電流調整部で調整された前記最大電流に基づいて、前記交流回転電機の上限回転数を算出する上限回転数算出部と、
前記上限回転数に基づいて、前記交流回転電機の回転数を調整する回転数調整部と
を備えた、交流回転電機の制御装置。 - 直流電源と、
前記直流電源の直流電圧を検出する電圧検出部と、
前記交流回転電機の電気角速度を検出する電気角速度検出部と
をさらに備え、
前記許容トルク算出部は、
前記直流電源の前記直流電圧と予め設定された最大変調率とに基づいて、最大電圧を算出し、
前記最大電圧と前記電気角速度とに基づいて、最大鎖交磁束を算出し、
前記最大鎖交磁束と前記最大電流調整部で調整された前記最大電流とに基づいて、前記許容トルクを算出する、
請求項1に記載の交流回転電機の制御装置。 - 直流電源と、
前記直流電源の直流電圧を検出する電圧検出部と
をさらに備え、
前記上限回転数算出部は、
前記直流電源の前記直流電圧と予め設定された最大変調率とに基づいて、最大電圧を算出し、
前記最大電圧と前記最大電流調整部で調整された前記最大電流とに基づいて、前記上限回転数を算出する、
請求項1に記載の交流回転電機の制御装置。 - 前記回転数調整部は、
前記回転数と前記上限回転数とを比較して、前記回転数が前記上限回転数以上の場合には、変速制御に変更するための変速制御指令を出力することにより前記交流回転電機の前記回転数を調整する、
請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の交流回転電機の制御装置。 - 前記回転数調整部は、
前記回転数と前記上限回転数とを比較して、前記回転数が前記上限回転数以上の場合には、ブレーキ制御を行うためのブレーキ制御指令を出力することにより前記交流回転電機の前記回転数を調整する、
請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の交流回転電機の制御装置。 - 前記回転数調整部は、
前記回転数と前記上限回転数とを比較して、前記回転数が前記上限回転数以上の場合には、燃料噴射を停止させるための燃料噴射制御指令を出力することにより前記交流回転電機の前記回転数を調整する、
請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の交流回転電機の制御装置。 - 前記回転数調整部は、
前記回転数と前記上限回転数とを比較し、
前記回転数が前記上限回転数以上の場合には、前記トルク指令値を0にするためのトルク制御指令値を、前記トルク指令調整部に出力する、
請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の交流回転電機の制御装置。 - 前記トルク指令調整部は、
前記回転数が前記上限回転数未満で、且つ、前記トルク指令値が前記許容トルクの上限値より大きい場合は、前記トルク指令値を前記許容トルクの上限値に設定し、
前記回転数が前記上限回転数未満で、且つ、前記トルク指令値が前記許容トルクの下限値より小さい場合は、前記トルク指令値を前記許容トルクの下限値に設定し、
前記回転数が前記上限回転数未満で、且つ、前記トルク指令値が、前記許容トルクの上限値以下で、前記許容トルクの下限値以上の場合は、前記トルク指令値をそのままの値とすることで、
前記トルク指令値を調整する、
請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の交流回転電機の制御装置。 - 前記保護部が2以上設けられている場合に、
前記最大電流調整部は、前記保護部の検出温度と前記設定温度との温度偏差の絶対値が最も大きい保護部を選択し、選択した前記保護部の温度が予め設定された設定温度を超えないように、前記交流回転電機の前記最大電流を調整する、
請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の交流回転電機の制御装置。
