Claims (13)
- 1以上の音波発生部を具備し、1以上の印刷材料を空中浮揚させ、特定パターンを有するプリント層を形成するように、音響フィールドを生成する音波浮揚ユニットと、
前記印刷材料を供給する材料供給ユニットと、
プレートを具備し、前記プレート上に前記形成されたプリント層が順次に積層される載置ユニットと、を具備し、
前記音波発生部は、前記音波発生部の中心に形成された穴を通して、前記音響フィールドに、前記材料供給ユニットから供給された前記印刷材料を供給する音波浮揚を利用したプリンタ装置。 - 前記プレートが移動する経路に向けて光を照射し、前記プレート上に積層される前記プリント層を硬化させる光硬化ユニットをさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の音波浮揚を利用したプリンタ装置。
- 製造する対象体に係わる形状情報、及び前記印刷材料の厚みに係わる情報を利用し、積層される順序による前記プリント層のパターン情報を生成し、前記パターン情報に対応する前記音響フィールドを生成するように、前記音波浮揚ユニットを制御する制御ユニットをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の音波浮揚を利用したプリンタ装置。
- 前記制御ユニットは、前記載置ユニットが、前記音波浮揚ユニットに対し、事前に設定された距離以下に近接する場合、前記音波浮揚ユニットを制御し、前記プリント層を落下させることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の音波浮揚を利用したプリンタ装置。
- 前記載置ユニットは、前記プレートを上下に移動させる上下駆動部をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の音波浮揚を利用したプリンタ装置。
- 前記材料供給ユニットは、前記音波浮揚ユニットと隣接するように配置され、前記音響フィールドに向け、前記印刷材料を供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の音波浮揚を利用したプリンタ装置。
- 前記材料供給ユニットは、前記音波浮揚ユニットと連結され、前記音波浮揚ユニットに前記印刷材料を供給し、
前記音波浮揚ユニットは、前記音響フィールドを生成すると共に、前記印刷材料を前記音響フィールドに供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の音波浮揚を利用したプリンタ装置。 - 1以上の音波発生部と、前記音波発生部を第1方向、及び前記第1方向と交差する第2方向のうち少なくともいずれか一方向に移動させる平面駆動部と、を具備し、音響フィールドを生成し、1以上の印刷材料を空中浮揚させる音波浮揚ユニットと、
プレートを具備し、前記プレート上に前記印刷材料が載置される載置ユニットと、
製造する対象体に係わる形状情報に対応し、前記印刷材料が前記プレート上に載置されるように、前記音波浮揚ユニットを制御する制御ユニットと、を具備し、
前記音波発生部は、前記音波発生部の中心に形成された穴を通して、前記音響フィールドに、前記印刷材料を供給する音波浮揚を利用したプリンタ装置。 - 前記制御ユニットは、前記対象体に係わる前記形状情報、及び前記印刷材料の厚みに係わる情報を利用し、積層される順序によるプリント層のパターン情報を生成し、前記パターン情報に対応する前記音響フィールドを生成するか、あるいは前記音波発生部を移動させるように、前記音波浮揚ユニットを制御することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の音波浮揚を利用したプリンタ装置。
- 前記音波浮揚ユニットと隣接するように配置され、前記音響フィールドに向け、前記印刷材料を供給する材料供給ユニットをさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の音波浮揚を利用したプリンタ装置。
- 前記音波浮揚ユニットと連結され、前記音波浮揚ユニットに前記印刷材料を供給する材料供給ユニットをさらに具備し、
前記音波浮揚ユニットは、前記音響フィールドを生成すると共に、前記印刷材料を前記音響フィールドに供給することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の音波浮揚を利用したプリンタ装置。 - 前記プレートが移動する経路に向けて光を照射し、前記プレート上に積層される前記印刷材料を硬化させる光硬化ユニットをさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の音波浮揚を利用したプリンタ装置。
