前記カバー(23)装着時、含浸された前記繊維構造体(1)を拭き取りエッジで上方から押す少なくとも1つのワイパー(31)が前記カバー(23)に取り付けられ、前記カバー(23)に取り付けられた少なくとも1つの前記ワイパー(31)は、高さが調整可能に構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記カバー(23)および前記下部(21)の前記ワイパー(27、31)は、前記繊維構造体(1)の送り方向において互いにずれて配置されており、前記下部(21)および前記カバー(23)の前記ワイパー(27、31)は、前記カバー(23)の前記ワイパー(31)の拭き取りエッジが前記装置の前記下部(21)の前記ワイパー(27)の前記拭き取りエッジ(29)よりも低くなるようにそれぞれ寸法決めされている請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ワイパー(27、31)が、それぞれ耐摩耗性金属、耐摩耗性プラスチック、セラミックまたはガラスで作られている請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記浴槽(5)に入る前に前記繊維構造体(1)が案内される第1の偏向ユニット(35)が前記下部(21)に設けられている請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記浴槽(5)を出た後に含浸された前記繊維構造体(1)が案内される第2の偏向ユニット(37)が前記下部(21)に設けられ、前記カバー(23)装着時、前記繊維構造体(1)を前記第2の偏向ユニット(37)に押し付ける拭き取りロール(43)が前記カバー(23)に取り付けられる請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記浴槽(5)を出た後に含浸された前記繊維構造体(1)が案内される第2の偏向ユニット(37)が前記下部(21)に設けられ、前記カバー(23)装着時、前記繊維構造体(1)を前記第2の偏向ユニット(37)に押し付ける拭き取りロール(43)が前記カバー(23)に取り付けられ、前記第1の偏向ユニット(35)および前記第2の偏向ユニット(37)がそれぞれ互いに独立してロッドまたは回転ローラである請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記浴槽(5)を出た後に含浸された前記繊維構造体(1)が案内される第2の偏向ユニット(37)が前記下部(21)に設けられ、前記カバー(23)装着時、前記繊維構造体(1)を前記第2の偏向ユニット(37)に押し付ける拭き取りロール(43)が前記カバー(23)に取り付けられ、前記第1の偏向ユニット(35)および前記第2の偏向ユニット(37)は、それぞれ、耐摩耗性金属、耐摩耗性プラスチック、セラミックまたはガラスから独立して作られ、前記第1の偏向ユニット(35)および前記第2の偏向ユニット(37)がそれぞれ互いに独立してロッドまたは回転ローラである請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記隙間(39)および/または前記隙間(41)にシールリップが設けられ、それを通して前記繊維構造体(1)が前記装置内に案内され、それを通して前記繊維構造体(1)が前記装置から出る請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記繊維構造体(1)が前記浴槽(5)に押し込まれる前記偏向ユニット(33)が、少なくとも1つのロッドまたは少なくとも1つの回転ローラを備える請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- フラッシングガス用の入口および出口が設けられている請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 繊維強化部品(15)の製造方法であって、
(a)請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の装置内で繊維構造体(1)をマトリックス材料で含浸する工程、
(b)含浸された前記繊維構造体(1)を成形して部品(15)を形成する工程、を有することを特徴とする製造方法。 - 前記繊維構造体(1)がロービングを含む請求項11に記載の製造方法。
- 前記繊維構造体(1)が、炭素繊維、ガラス繊維またはアラミド繊維を含む請求項11または12に記載の方法。
- 前記マトリックス材料が、不飽和ポリエステル樹脂、ビニルエステル、エポキシ樹脂およびポリウレタン、ならびにそれらの反応剤から選択される請求項11〜13のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
