Description
Claims (3)
- 付加製造システムであって、
当該付加製造システムによって形成中の物体へと第1の材料を適用するように構成された第1の材料アプリケータと、
当該付加製造システムによって形成中の前記物体へと、前記第1の材料の材料特性とは、硬化、乾燥、または焼結において異なる材料特性を有する第2の材料を適用するように構成された第2の材料アプリケータと、
前記第1の材料アプリケータおよび前記第2の材料アプリケータへと作用可能に接続されたコントローラと
硬化装置と、
放射熱源を備える乾燥装置と、
焼結装置と
を備えており、
前記コントローラは、
前記硬化装置、前記乾燥装置、および前記焼結装置へと接続されており、
当該付加製造システムによって形成されるべき前記物体に対応するレンダリングされたデータを受け取り、
前記受け取ったレンダリングされたデータを参照して前記第1の材料および前記第2の材料で形成される前記物体の層を特定し、
前記2つの材料の各々の材料特性について、体積減少率または収縮率を用いて定量化された、材料の特性を識別するデータを特定し、
各々の材料の前記材料特性の定量化された前記特定されたデータを参照して前記受け取ったレンダリングされたデータを修正し、
前記修正後のレンダリングされたデータを参照して前記第1の材料アプリケータおよび前記第2の材料アプリケータ、前記硬化装置、前記乾燥装置、および前記焼結装置を動作させる
ように構成されている、付加製造システム。 - 前記コントローラは、
前記第1の材料を硬化させるために前記硬化装置を動作させ、
前記第2の材料を乾燥させるために前記乾燥装置を動作させ、
前記乾燥させた材料を一体に結合させるために前記焼結装置を動作させる
ようにさらに構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記硬化装置は、UV放射源をさらに備える、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
