熱可塑性樹脂、溶媒、および有機蛍光染料が混合された樹脂溶液を用意するステップと、
前記樹脂溶液を前記基材フィルム上にコーティングするステップと、
前記基材フィルム上にコーティングされた前記樹脂溶液を1次乾燥するステップと、
前記基材フィルム上にコーティングされた前記樹脂溶液を1次乾燥するステップの後、追加的に2次乾燥するステップとを含み、
前記2次乾燥後、溶媒の含有量は、前記色変換層100重量部を基準として0.0001重量部〜0.1重量部である色変換フィルムの製造方法を提供する。

Claims (9)
- 熱可塑性樹脂、溶媒、および有機蛍光染料が混合された樹脂溶液を基材フィルム上にコーティングするステップと、
前記基材フィルム上にコーティングされた前記樹脂溶液を1次乾燥するステップと、
前記基材フィルム上にコーティングされた前記樹脂溶液を1次乾燥するステップの後、追加的に2次乾燥するステップとを含み、
前記2次乾燥後、溶媒の含有量は、色変換層100重量部を基準として0.0001重量部〜0.1重量部であり、
前記1次乾燥は、100℃〜200℃で15分以下で行われ、
前記2次乾燥は、150℃〜200℃で10〜20分で行われるものである、
色変換フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記樹脂溶液を前記基材フィルム上にコーティングするステップは、ロールツーロール工程で行われるものである、請求項1に記載の色変換フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記基材フィルムの厚さは、20μm〜80μmである、

- 前記有機蛍光染料は、ボディピー系、アクリジン系、キサンテン系、アリールメタン系、クマリン系、ポリサイクリック芳香族炭化水素系、ポリサイクリックヘテロ芳香族系、ペリレン系、ピロール系、およびピレン系誘導体のうちのいずれか1つ以上を含むものである、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の色変換フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記有機蛍光染料は、最大発光波長が500nm〜550nmの間に存在する緑色発光蛍光染料、最大発光波長が600nm〜660nmの間に存在する赤色発光蛍光染料、またはこれらの組み合わせを含み、
前記緑色発光蛍光染料の半値幅は、70nm以下であり、
前記赤色発光蛍光染料の半値幅は、90nm以下である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の色変換フィルムの製造方法。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の色変換フィルムの製造方法を含むバックライトユニットの製造方法。
- 請求項8に記載のバックライトユニットの製造方法を含むディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
