The upper panel member 13 covers the upper surface of the panel body 11. The upper panel member 13 is made of a metal plate such as stainless steel, iron, or steel, or a resin plate such as FRP (fiber reinforced plastic). As shown in FIG. 5, a first fitting portion 15 is formed at the bathtub side end portion of the washroom floor panel 10.
