Description
Claims (5)
- a)複数のエンボスが一定の間隔で形成されたエンボスシートの複数のエンボスをそれぞれ穿孔するステップと、
b)前記エンボスシートの複数のエンボス上に仕上げシートを前記穿孔に気体が注入できるようにそれぞれのエンボスの上部一側または上部他側に部分接合するステップと、
c)前記エンボスシートを巻取りローラの外面にロール状に巻き取るステップと、を含んでなり、
前記a)ステップは、
a 1 )複数のエンボスの上部一側または上部他側に接着剤をそれぞれ塗布するステップと、
a 2 )前記接着剤の塗布されていない複数の前記エンボス部分をそれぞれ穿孔するステップとから構成され、
前記a 2 )ステップで、回転ローラと、前記回転ローラの外面に一定の間隔で形成され、前記回転ローラに沿って回転しながら、前記接着剤の塗布されていない複数の前記エンボス部分を穿孔する針棒とからなる穿孔部材を介して、複数の前記エンボスのすべてをそれぞれ穿孔することを特徴とするの包装シートの製造方法。 - a)複数のエンボスが一定の間隔で形成されたエンボスシートの複数のエンボスをそれぞれ穿孔するステップと、
b)前記エンボスシートの複数のエンボス上に仕上げシートを前記穿孔に気体が注入できるようにそれぞれのエンボスの上部一側または上部他側に部分接合するステップと、
c)前記エンボスシートを巻取りローラの外面にロール状に巻き取るステップと、を含んでなり、
前記a)ステップは、
a 1 )複数のエンボスの上部一側または上部他側に接着剤をそれぞれ塗布するステップと、
a 2 )前記接着剤の塗布されていない複数の前記エンボス部分をそれぞれ穿孔するステップとから構成され、
前記a 2 )ステップで、前記接着剤の塗布されていない複数の前記エンボス部分を穿孔する針棒と、前記針棒を昇降駆動するための駆動源とから構成される穿孔部材を介して、複数の前記エンボスのすべてをそれぞれ穿孔することを特徴とする、包装シートの製造方法。 - 前記a)ステップのエンボスシートは、複数の前記エンボスが一定の間隔で成形された成形フィルムと、前記成形フィルムの下側に接合される下側フィルムとから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の包装シートの製造方法。
- 前記a)ステップのエンボスシートは、二枚のフィルムの間に複数の前記エンボスが形成されるように二枚の前記フィルムが上下重畳してなる成形フィルムと、前記成形フィルムの下側に接合される下側フィルムとから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の包装シートの製造方法。
- 前記b)ステップは、前記エンボスシートと前記仕上げシートを一対の回転ローラの間に通過させて前記エンボスシートと前記仕上げシートを圧着しながら前記エンボスシートと前記仕上げシートとを互いに部分接合することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の包装シートの製造方法。
