Description
[本発明1001]
難溶性物質の溶解度を改善するのに用いる組成物であって、
重量で40〜99.5%のシクロデキストリンおよび/またはその誘導体と、
重量で0.05〜10%の少なくとも1つの水溶性高分子と、
重量で0.05〜60%の少なくとも1つの水溶性安定剤と、
を含む、難溶性物質の溶解度を改善するのに用いる組成物。
[本発明1002]
前記シクロデキストリンには、α-シクロデキストリン、β-シクロデキストリン、γ-シクロデキストリン、δ-シクロデキストリンまたはこれらの組み合わせが含まれる、本発明1001の難溶性物質の溶解度を改善するのに用いる組成物。
[本発明1003]
前記シクロデキストリンの誘導体には、ヒドロキシプロピル(hydroxypropyl)修飾シクロデキストリン、スクシニル(succinyl)修飾シクロデキストリン、メチル(methyl)修飾シクロデキストリンまたはこれらの組み合わせが含まれる、本発明1001または1002の難溶性物質の溶解度を改善するのに用いる組成物。
[本発明1004]
前記少なくとも1つの水溶性高分子には、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース(hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, HPMC)、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース(hydroxypropyl cellulose)、カルボキシメチルセルロース(carboxymethyl cellulose, CMC)、ポリビニルピロリドン(polyvinylpyrrolidone, PVP)、ポリビニルアルコール(polyvinyl alcohol)、ポリエチレングリコール-ポリプロピレングリコール-ポリエチレングリコールトリブロック共重合体 (poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(propylene glycol)-poly(ethylene glycol), PEG−PPG−PEG(ABA) triblock copolymers)またはこれらの組み合わせが含まれる、本発明1001〜1003のいずれかの難溶性物質の溶解度を改善するのに用いる組成物。
[本発明1005]
前記少なくとも1つの水溶性安定剤には、極性側鎖を有するアミノ酸、少なくとも1つの極性側鎖を有するアミノ酸を含むオリゴペプチド(oligopeptide)、プリン(purine)、プリン誘導体またはこれらの組み合わせが含まれる、本発明1001〜1004のいずれかの難溶性物質の溶解度を改善するのに用いる組成物。
[本発明1006]
前記オリゴペプチドには、カルノシン(carnosine)、グルタチオン(glutathione, GSH)またはロイシン−グリシン−グリシン(Leu−Gly−Gly)が含まれる、本発明1005の難溶性物質の溶解度を改善するのに用いる組成物。
[本発明1007]
前記プリンにはアデニン(adenine)またはグアニン(guanine) が含まれる、本発明1005の難溶性物質の溶解度を改善するのに用いる組成物。
[本発明1008]
前記プリン誘導体には、カフェイン(caffeine)、テオブロミン(theobromine)、イソグアニン(isoguanine)、キサンチン(xanthine)、ヒポキサンチン(hypoxanthine)または尿酸(uric acid)が含まれる、本発明1005の難溶性物質の溶解度を改善するのに用いる組成物。
[本発明1009]
疎水性化合物である重量で0.05〜10%の少なくとも1つの活性成分と、
重量で40〜99.5%のシクロデキストリンおよび/またはその誘導体と、
重量で0.05〜10%の少なくとも1つの水溶性高分子と、
重量で0.05〜60%の少なくとも1つの水溶性安定剤と、

前記疎水性化合物には、ステロイド系薬剤および/または分子量が100〜1000Daの芳香族化合物が含まれる、本発明1009の複合製剤。

界面活性剤をさらに含んで前記複合製剤を微粒子に形成させる、本発明1009または1010の複合製剤。
[本発明1012]
前記界面活性剤にはTween 80、Tween 20、Span 80、DSPE−PEGおよび/もしくはその誘導体またはこれらの組み合わせが含まれる、本発明1011の複合製剤。
[本発明1013]
前記活性成分、前記シクロデキストリンおよび/またはその誘導体、前記少なくとも1つの水溶性高分子ならびに前記少なくとも1つの水溶性安定剤と液体剤形を形成する溶媒をさらに含む、本発明1009〜1012のいずれかの複合製剤。

前記複合製剤が医薬製剤である、本発明1013の複合製剤。
[本発明1015]
前記液体剤形には、経口剤形、注射剤形または点眼剤が含まれ、前記注射剤形には皮下注射剤形、筋肉注射剤形または腹腔内注射剤形が含まれる、本発明1014の複合製剤。

Claims (11)
- 難溶性物質の溶解度を改善するための組成物であって、該組成物が、
重量で40〜99.5%のシクロデキストリンおよび/またはその誘導体であって、該シクロデキストリンの誘導体が、ヒドロキシプロピル(hydroxypropyl)修飾シクロデキストリン、スクシニル(succinyl)修飾シクロデキストリン、メチル(methyl)修飾シクロデキストリンまたはこれらの組み合わせを含む、シクロデキストリンおよび/またはその誘導体と、
重量で0.05〜10%の少なくとも1つの水溶性高分子と、
重量で0.05〜20%の少なくとも1つの水溶性安定剤であって、該少なくとも1つの水溶性安定剤が、プリン、プリン誘導体、またはこれらの組み合わせを含み、該プリン誘導体が、カフェイン(caffeine)、テオブロミン(theobromine)、イソグアニン(isoguanine)、キサンチン(xanthine)、ヒポキサンチン(hypoxanthine)または尿酸(uric acid)を含む、少なくとも1つの水溶性安定剤と、
を含み、
前記難溶性物質が、約0.01g/mL未満の水に対する溶解度を有する物質である、
組成物。 - 前記シクロデキストリンが、α-シクロデキストリン、β-シクロデキストリン、γ-シクロデキストリン、δ-シクロデキストリンまたはこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1に記載の難溶性物質の溶解度を改善するための組成物。

- 前記プリンが、アデニン(adenine)またはグアニン(guanine) を含む、請求項1に記載の難溶性物質の溶解度を改善するための組成物。
- 難溶性物質である重量で0.05〜10%の少なくとも1つの活性成分と、
重量で40〜99.5%のシクロデキストリンおよび/またはその誘導体であって、該シクロデキストリンの誘導体が、ヒドロキシプロピル(hydroxypropyl)修飾シクロデキストリン、スクシニル(succinyl)修飾シクロデキストリン、メチル(methyl)修飾シクロデキストリンまたはこれらの組み合わせを含む、シクロデキストリンおよび/またはその誘導体と、
重量で0.05〜10%の少なくとも1つの水溶性高分子と、
重量で0.05〜20%の少なくとも1つの水溶性安定剤であって、該少なくとも1つの水溶性安定剤が、プリン、プリン誘導体、またはこれらの組み合わせを含み、該プリン誘導体が、カフェイン(caffeine)、テオブロミン(theobromine)、イソグアニン(isoguanine)、キサンチン(xanthine)、ヒポキサンチン(hypoxanthine)または尿酸(uric acid)を含む、少なくとも1つの水溶性安定剤と、
を含む、複合製剤であって、
前記難溶性物質が、約0.01g/mL未満の水に対する溶解度を有する物質である、
複合製剤。 - 前記難溶性物質が、ステロイド系薬剤および/または分子量が100〜1000Daの芳香族化合物を含む、請求項5に記載の複合製剤。
- 前記複合製剤が微粒子を形成するように界面活性剤をさらに含む、請求項5または6に記載の複合製剤。
- 前記界面活性剤が、Tween(登録商標) 80、Tween(登録商標) 20、Span 80、DSPE−PEGまたはこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項7に記載の複合製剤。
- 請求項5〜8のいずれか1項に記載の複合製剤と、
溶媒と、
を含む、液体剤形である製剤。 - 前記製剤が医薬製剤である、請求項9に記載の製剤。
- 前記製剤が、経口剤形、注射剤形または点眼剤であり、該注射剤形が、皮下注射剤形、筋肉注射剤形または腹腔内注射剤形である、請求項10に記載の製剤。
