Description

The present invention relates to a structure for attaching an accessory such as a signboard to an outer wall of a building.

Conventionally, as a structure for attaching an accessory such as a signboard to the outer wall of a building, there is a structure in which the accessory is fixed to the outer wall with a bolt (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In this structure, the accessory is attached to the outer wall by providing a bolt insertion hole in the attachment portion of the accessory, inserting the bolt through the bolt insertion hole, and sandwiching the attachment portion between the head of the bolt and the outer wall.

By the way, as the outer wall, there is a panel type outer wall, for example, an outer wall composed of panels that are continuous in the vertical and horizontal directions. In this outer wall, the panels are independently attached to the skeleton of the building so as to be able to follow the deformation of the skeleton at the time of an earthquake (see, for example, Patent Document 2). By doing so, damage to the panel during an earthquake is prevented. As a specific mounting structure, the panel is mounted on the skeleton of the building by mounting O-bolts projecting from the center of the upper end portion and the center of the lower end portion of each panel to the hardware protruding from the beam.

When the accessories were mounted across the two panels of such a panel-type outer wall, the accessories were simply bolted to each of the two panels.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 8-312041

However, with such an accessory mounting structure, when two panels move independently due to an external force such as an earthquake, the accessories not only try to follow the movement of one panel but also the other. It also tries to follow the movement of the panel. Therefore, as a result, there is a problem that a force is applied in the direction of deforming the accessory, and the accessory or the panel may be damaged.

The present invention has been made in view of the above, and even when an accessory is attached across two panels attached to a building frame independently of each other, the panel or the panel or an external force such as an earthquake may be used. It is an object of the present invention to provide an accessory mounting structure in which accessories are less likely to be damaged.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems and achieve the object, the accessory mounting structure according to the present invention is attached to an outer wall formed by mounting a plurality of panels independently on a building frame, straddling the plurality of panels. An accessory mounting structure for attaching an object by a fastener, the fastener having a shape protruding from the panel, the accessory having a fastener insertion hole, and the fastener being inserted into the fastener insertion hole. The fastener insertion hole is held in the fastener in a state of being inserted into the fastener, and the fastener of a panel other than one of the plurality of panels is inserted. It is characterized by having an inner diameter larger than that of the fastener insertion hole through which the fastener is inserted.

In the accessory mounting structure according to the present invention, the fastener insertion hole may be a circular hole.

In the accessory mounting structure according to the present invention, the panel has a panel-side holding portion, the fastener has a holding portion on the tip side in the protruding direction, and the accessory has a panel-side holding portion. It is preferable that it is sandwiched between the sandwiching portion and held by the fastener.

According to the above configuration, among the plurality of panels for attaching the accessories, the fasteners provided in one panel have a fastener insertion hole through which the fasteners provided in the panels other than one panel are inserted. Since it is larger than the fastener insertion hole that is inserted, there is a gap in the fastener insertion hole through which the fastener provided in the panel other than one panel is inserted, and an external force such as an earthquake occurs. Even if a plurality of panels move independently when the stress is applied, the displacement at that time can be absorbed in the gap, and the panel or the accessory can be prevented from being damaged.

FIG. 1 is a plan sectional view of an accessory mounting structure according to a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a normal cross-sectional view of the accessory mounting structure shown in FIG. FIG. 3 is a front sectional view showing a state in which the anchor bolt, the nut, and the washer of the accessory mounting structure shown in FIG. 1 are removed. FIG. 4 is a side sectional view of the accessory mounting structure shown in FIG. FIG. 5 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a main part showing a second mounting portion of the accessory mounting structure shown in FIG. FIG. 6 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a main part showing the first mounting portion of the accessory mounting structure shown in FIG.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the accessory mounting structure according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6. In the present embodiment, as an example, an accessory mounting structure 100 in the case where an accessory such as a signboard is attached to two panels 2 adjacent to each other in the left-right direction constituting the outer wall 101 will be described.

The panel 2 has a rectangular plate shape and is arranged side by side in the vertical and horizontal directions. The panel 2 is arranged on the skeleton of the building by a so-called locking construction method. In the locking construction method, each panel 2 independently rotates slightly with respect to the lower structure in response to the interlayer deformation between the upper structure and the lower structure of the skeleton due to an earthquake, wind pressure, or the like, and the panel 2 It is a mounting construction method that follows the inter-story deformation by shifting the joints between them. Since the panel 2 follows the interlayer deformation, it is possible to prevent the panel 2 from being damaged.

As shown in FIG. 4, for example, the panel 2 is attached to the upper beam 51 (upper structure) by a bolt 54 at the upper center via a metal fitting 55, and the lower center is attached to the lower beam 52 (lower structure). It is attached by a bolt 54 via a metal fitting 53. A plurality of anchor bolts 41 (fasteners) are arranged on the panel 2 at positions corresponding to the accessories 1. The panel 2 is formed with a bolt insertion hole 24 into which the anchor bolt 41 is inserted. The anchor bolt 41 is inserted into the bolt insertion hole 24 and is fixed to the panel 2 by a nut 46 (panel-side holding portion) via a washer 47. The anchor bolt 41 is arranged so that the tip of the anchor bolt 41 protrudes from the surface of the panel 2.

As shown in FIG. 1, the accessory 1 includes a display unit 1A and a mounting unit 1B. The display unit 1A has a rectangular plate-shaped display main body portion 10 and a display ear portion 11 formed in a shape in which four sides of the display main body portion 10 are bent perpendicularly to the display main body portion 10. The mounting portion 1B has a rectangular plate-shaped mounting main body portion 20 and a mounting ear portion 21 formed in a shape in which four sides of the mounting main body portion 20 are bent perpendicularly to the mounting main body portion 20. The display portion 1A and the attachment portion 1B respectively have the display ear portion 11 and the attachment ear portion 21 overlapped with each other and fixed to each other with screws 30.

As shown in FIG. 3, the mounting body portion 20 has a first mounting portion 25 mounted on one panel 2 of the two panels to which the accessory 1 is mounted and a second mounting portion mounted on the other panel 2. Has 26. Two first fastener insertion holes 22 are formed in the first mounting portion 25. The first fastener insertion holes 22 are arranged vertically on the left side in FIG. The threaded portion of the anchor bolt 41 arranged on the panel 2 is inserted into the first fastener insertion hole 22. The first fastener insertion hole 22 is a hole opened in a circle having a hole diameter larger than that of the second fastener insertion hole 23, which will be described later. The hole diameter of the first fastener insertion hole 22 is formed to a size capable of absorbing the maximum interlayer displacement in the direction along the outer wall 101 between the upper beam 51 and the lower beam 52, which is set at the time of design. There is. The maximum interlayer displacement is, for example, the interlayer displacement when the interlayer deformation angle is 1/200. In FIG. 3, the bolt insertion hole 24 is arranged at a position centered on the top, bottom, left, and right of the first fastener insertion hole 22. Therefore, in FIG. 3, the anchor bolt 41 is inserted at the center of the first fastener insertion hole 22 at the top, bottom, left, and right.

As shown in FIG. 6, a nut 42 (holding portion) is fitted to the tip of the anchor bolt 41 in the protruding direction via a washer 43. The washer 43 is arranged on the front and back of the mounting body 20. The washer 43 has an outer diameter larger than the diameter of the first fastener insertion hole 22. The inner diameter of the washer 43 is smaller than the diameter of the first fastener insertion hole 22. The first mounting portion 25 is sandwiched between the washer 43 and the washer 43, and further sandwiched between the nut 42 and the nut 46 via the washer 43. A sealing material 48 is filled between the panel 2 and the anchor bolt 41.

As shown in FIG. 3, two second fastener insertion holes 23 are formed in the second attachment portion 26. The second fastener insertion hole 23 is vertically arranged on the right side in FIG. The threaded portion of the anchor bolt 41 arranged on the panel 2 is inserted into the second fastener insertion hole 23. The second fastener insertion hole 23 is a circularly opened hole having a hole diameter necessary and sufficient for inserting the anchor bolt 41.

As shown in FIG. 5, a nut 42 is fitted to the tip of the anchor bolt 41 in the protruding direction via a washer 44. A washer 45 is arranged on the back side of the mounting body 20. The washers 44 and 45 have an outer diameter larger than that of the second fastener insertion hole 23. The inner diameters of the washers 44 and 45 are the same size as the diameter of the second fastener insertion hole 23.

The second mounting portion 26 is sandwiched between the washer 44 and the washer 45, and further sandwiched between the nut 42 and the nut 46 via the washer 44 and the washer 45. The washer 47 and the nut 46 are covered with a sealing material 49. A sealing material is filled between the panel 2 and the anchor bolt 41. In this way, the accessory 1 is held by the anchor bolt 41 in a state where the tip of the anchor bolt 41 is inserted into the fastener insertion holes 22 and 23.

As described above, since the first fastener insertion hole 22 has a larger inner diameter than the second fastener insertion hole 23, the screw portion of the anchor bolt 41 is attached to the first fastener insertion hole 22. There is a gap that moves in the direction along the accessory 1 with respect to 1. Therefore, for example, even if the two panels 2 independently rotate slightly with respect to the lower structure when an external force such as an earthquake is applied, the displacement at that time can be absorbed in the gap, and the panel 2 or the attached panel 2 can be attached. It is possible to prevent the object 1 from being damaged.

In the present embodiment, the accessory 1 is attached to two adjacent panels 2, but even if another panel 2 is arranged between the two panels 2 to which the accessory 1 is attached. good. In the present embodiment, the accessories 1 are attached to the panels 2 arranged side by side, but the accessories 1 may be attached to the panels 2 arranged vertically or the accessories 1 may be attached to the panels 2 arranged diagonally. .. In the present embodiment, the first fastener insertion hole 22 is a circular hole, but it does not have to be circular, and may be, for example, an elliptical shape or a polygonal shape. In the present embodiment, the anchor bolt 41 constitutes the fastener, but the fastener may be configured by the bolt. In that case, the head of the bolt is the holding portion, and the screw portion of the bolt is the rod-shaped portion. The panel-side holding portion at that time may be the plate surface of the panel 2.

Further, for example, anchor bolts 41 may be provided on each of the three panels 2 arranged in the left-right direction, and the accessory 1 may be attached. In that case, in the mounting body portion 20 of the accessory 1, the second mounting portion 26 is formed in the portion to be mounted on the central panel 2, and the first mounting portion is formed in the portion to be mounted on the panels 2 on both sides of the central panel 2. 25 may be formed. The second mounting portion 26 may be provided with four second fastener insertion holes 23. In this case, the number of anchor bolts 41 attached to the central panel 2 is also four.

Further, when anchor bolts 41 are provided on each of the three panels 2 arranged in the left-right direction and the accessory 1 is attached, the second attachment portion is attached to the leftmost panel 2 in the attachment main body portion 20 of the accessory 1. 26 may be formed, and a first mounting portion 25 may be formed at a portion to be mounted on the center and rightmost panel 2. At that time, the first mounting portion 25 may be provided with four first fastener insertion holes 22, and the second mounting portion 26 may be provided with four second fastener insertion holes 23. .. In this case, the number of anchor bolts 41 attached to each panel 2 is also four.

When the accessory 1 is attached to the plurality of panels 2, the attachment main body 20 of the accessory 1 is provided with a second attachment 26 so as to correspond to one of the plurality of panels 2, and the other panel 2 is provided. The first mounting portion 25 may be provided in the portion corresponding to the above. The number of the first fastener insertion hole 22 in the first mounting portion 25, the second fastener insertion hole 23 in the second mounting portion 26, and the corresponding anchor bolts 41 may be plural or one.
