Claims (3)
- 較正用標準データとして予め知られた所定物質へのレーザ光の吸収強度スペクトルの内、所定の吸収強度を閾値として閾値以上の吸収強度を有する吸収ピークの周波数分布と、較正対象である波長可変レーザの同物質へのレーザ光の吸収強度スペクトルの吸収強度が強い順に複数選択された吸収ピークの周波数分布と、を比較して、較正対象の各吸収強度に対応する正しい周波数を決定する波長可変レーザの波長較正方法であって、
前記閾値は、較正用標準データとして予め知られた前記所定物質への前記レーザ光の吸収スペクトルの内、吸収強度が最大のピークに対する割合で定める波長可変レーザの波長較正方法。 - 前記較正対象である波長可変レーザの同物質へのレーザ光への吸収ピークの選択は、前記較正用標準データに対して適用された閾値と無関係に設定される閾値以上の吸収強度を有するものを選択する請求項1に記載の波長可変レーザの波長較正方法。
- 前記比較は、較正対象の前記選択された吸収強度を有する吸収ピーク周波数間隔と合致する周波数間隔が較正用標準データの吸収ピークの周波数分布に存在するかを探索する処理である請求項1又は請求項2に記載の波長可変レーザの波長較正方法。
