Description
Mは、C1〜C6アルキル置換または非置換二価アリール基、C1〜C6アルキル置換または非置換二価ヘテロアリール基から選択される二価芳香族基であり;
L1は、共有結合またはx+1の価数を有する炭化水素連結基から選択され、好ましくは、xが1である場合、L1は二価炭化水素基、例えばアルキレン基もしくはアルキル置換アルキレン基、C1−C30ヘテロ原子含有炭化水素基、またはC1−C30置換ヘテロヒドロカルビル基であり;
x及びyは、それぞれ独立して1〜5の整数であり、L1が共有結合である場合、yは1であり、または、好ましくは、yは1であり、xは1もしくは2である)を有する。
Mは、C1〜C6アルキル置換または非置換二価アリール基、C1〜C6アルキル置換または非置換二価ヘテロアリール基から選択される二価芳香族基であり;
L1は、共有結合から選択されるか、もしくはx+1、好ましくは2の価数を有する炭化水素連結基であり、または、L1は、Kと共にC1−C30二価炭化水素基、例えばアルキレン基もしくはアルキル置換アルキレン基、C1−C30ヘテロ原子含有炭化水素基、またはC1−C30置換ヘテロヒドロカルビル基を形成し;
R1〜R6は、それぞれ独立して、水素、重水素、ハロゲン、C1〜C6アルキル基、C1〜C6アルコキシ基、C1〜C6アルキル置換炭化水素基、ヘテロ原子含有炭化水素基、C1〜C6アルキル置換へテロ炭化水素基、シアノ基、C6〜C12アリール基、C1〜C6アルキル置換アリール基、ヘテロアリール基、またはC1〜C6アルキル置換ヘテロアリール基から選択される一価基から選択され、R1、R2及びR3の少なくとも1つは、C1〜C6アルキル基、C1〜C6アルコキシ基、C1〜C6アルキル置換炭化水素基、ヘテロ原子含有炭化水素基、C1〜C6アルキル置換ヘテロ炭化水素基、シアノ基、C6〜C12アリール基、C1〜C6アルキル置換アリール基、ヘテロアリール基、またはC1〜C6アルキル置換ヘテロアリール基から選択され;あるいは、好ましくは、R1、R2及びR3の少なくとも1つ以上が、C1〜C6アルキル基、C1〜C6アルコキシ基、C1〜C6アルキル置換炭化水素基、ヘテロ原子含有炭化水素基C1〜C6アルキル置換へテロ炭化水素基、シアノ基、ヒドロキシル基、アリール基、C1〜C6アルキル置換アリール基、ヘテロアリール基、またはC1〜C6アルキル置換ヘテロアリール基であり;
x及びyは、それぞれ独立して1〜5の整数であり、または、好ましくはyは1であり、xは1〜2の範囲である)を有する。
BCB:ベンゾシクロブテン;
BPO:過酸化ベンゾイル;
MBA:3−メトキシブチルアセテート溶媒;
PET:ポリ(エチレンテレフタレート);及び
MI:マレイミド。
Claims (9)
- 1種以上の付加重合性アリールシクロブテン含有モノマーA、1種以上の第2の芳香族付加重合性モノマー;並びに、ビニルピリジン、ビニルイミダゾールもしくはそのようなモノマーの2種以上から選択される1種以上の第3の窒素複素環含有付加重合性モノマー、のモノマー混合物を共重合形態で含むポリマー組成物であって、モノマーAは下記構造Aを有するポリマー組成物:
(式中、Kは、共有結合、あるいはC1〜C6アルキル置換もしくは非置換アレーンジイル基、C1〜C6アルキル置換もしくは非置換ヘテロアレーンジイル基、C1−C30ヘテロ原子含有アルカンジイル基、C1〜C30アルカンジイル基、二価カルボニル基、二価エーテル基、二価チオエーテル基または二価エステル基から選択される基であり、
Mは、C1〜C6アルキル置換または非置換アリール基、C1〜C6アルキル置換または非置換ヘテロアリール基から選択される芳香族基であり;
L1は、共有結合またはx+1の価数を有する炭化水素連結基から選択され、
R1〜R6は、それぞれ独立して、水素、重水素、ハロゲン、C1〜C6アルキル基、C1〜C6アルコキシ基、C1〜C6アルキル置換炭化水素基、ヘテロ原子含有炭化水素基、C1〜C6アルキル置換へテロ炭化水素基、シアノ基、C6〜C12アリール基、C1〜C6アルキル置換アリール基、ヘテロアリール基、またはC1〜C6アルキル置換ヘテロアリール基から選択される一価基から選択され、R1、R2及びR3の少なくとも1つは、C1〜C6アルキル基、C1〜C6アルコキシ基、C1〜C6アルキル置換炭化水素基、ヘテロ原子含有炭化水素基、C1〜C6アルキル置換ヘテロ炭化水素基、シアノ基、C6〜C12アリール基、C1〜C6アルキル置換アリール基、ヘテロアリール基、またはC1〜C6アルキル置換ヘテロアリール基から選択され;
xは1〜5の整数であり、及びyは1である)。 - 前記1つ以上の付加重合性のアリールシクロブテンモノマーAが構造Aを有し、yが1であり、xが1から2の範囲である、請求項1に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 前記1種以上の付加重合性アリールシクロブテンモノマーAが、構造A(式中、K及びL1のそれぞれが共有結合であるか、またはK及びL1が一緒になってC1−C30アルキレン基、もしくはアルキル置換アルキレン基を形成し;R1、R2及びR3の少なくとも1つは、C1〜C6アルキル基、C1〜C6アルコキシ基、C6〜C12アリール基、C1〜C6アルキル置換アリール基、ヘテロアリール基、またはC1〜C6アルキル置換ヘテロアリール基から選択される)を有する、請求項1または2に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 前記1種以上の第2の芳香族付加重合性モノマーが、スチレン、α−メチルスチレン、アリルオキシスチレン、アリル末端ポリアリーレンエーテルまたはマレイミド末端ポリアリーレンエーテルから選択される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 前記ポリマー組成物が、n−ブチルアクリレート、C8〜C20直鎖アルキル(メタ)アクリレート、またはジエンモノマーから選択される1種以上の第4の付加重合性モノマーを共重合形態でさらに含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 10〜90重量%の前記1種以上の付加重合性のアリールシクロブテン含有モノマーA;5〜70重量%の前記1種以上の第2の芳香族付加重合性モノマー;5〜35重量%の前記1種以上の第3の窒素複素環含有付加重合性モノマーのモノマー混合物を共重合形態で含み、全ての重量はコポリマーを作製するために使用されるモノマーの全固体重量を基準とし、全てのモノマー重量%が100%となる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 別個の架橋剤;硬化剤;触媒、またはこれらの2つ以上をさらに含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 前記ポリマーの総重量を基準として10〜80重量%のポリマー固体を含み、残りは極性非プロトン性または極性プロトン性有機溶媒である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- ポリマー組成物を使用して薄膜またはコーティングを作製する方法であって、
請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物を基板上に堆積及び蒸着させる、またはコーティングすることを含む方法。
