請求項5又は6に記載の添加物製造装置。 - 前記制御ユニットは、前記駆動機構に従って前記投射ユニットを制御して、一連の異なる部分画像を異なる時に前記支持面に亘って投射する、ように構成され、各部分画像は、1つ又はそれよりも多くの他の部分画像とオーバーラップする、請求項1乃至7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の添加物製造装置。
- 前記制御ユニットは、各部分画像が隔離されたピクセルを含むように、並びに前記部分画像がオーバーラップさせられるときに前記隔離されたピクセルが前記複数の部分画像のうちの他の部分画像によって接続されるように、前記投射ユニットを制御する、ように構成される、請求項1乃至8のうちのいずれか1項に記載の添加物製造装置。
- 前記制御ユニットは、前記部分画像の各々が、前記複数の画像の残余の1つ又はそれよりも多くのパターンと組み合わさるパターンを有して、均一な被照射領域を形成するように、前記投射ユニットを制御する、ように構成され、
前記パターンは、任意的に、疑似乱数パターン又はチェッカー盤パターンである、
請求項1乃至9のうちのいずれか1項に記載の添加物製造装置。 - 前記投射ユニットの投射領域にガスを供給するためのガスフードを更に含む、請求項1乃至10のうちのいずれか1項に記載の添加物製造装置。
- 前記ガスフードは、前記投射ユニットから懸架され、及び/又は、
ガスフードは、前記支持面から離れる方向に後退可能であり、及び/又は、
前記ガスフードは、前記投射ユニットから投射される前記放射の少なくとも一部分を実質的に取り囲むように配置され、及び/又は、
前記ガスフードは、前記投射領域に面するように配置される下方開口を有し、及び/又は、
前記ガスフードは、前記投射ユニットから投射される前記放射が通過することを可能にする上方開口を有し、及び/又は、
前記上方開口は、任意的に、放射線透過板を備え、及び/又は、
前記ガスフードの上部は、前記投射ユニットから投射される前記放射線が通過するのを可能にするよう放射線を透過し、及び/又は、
前記ガスフードは、不活性ガスを供給するように構成され、及び/又は、
前記ガスフードは、冷却ガスを供給するように構成される、
請求項11に記載の添加物製造装置。 - 順次式に堆積させられる構造材料の層から物体を形成する方法であって、
押し出される構造材料の層を支持面より上に堆積させるために移動方向において前記支持面に亘って並びに前記支持面より上でスロットダイを相対的に移動させながら、前記スロットダイを用いて前記支持面より上に放射線硬化性の構造材料を押し出す、ステップであって、前記スロットダイは、前記スロットダイの下面に形成されるスロットと連通する内部キャビティを有する、ステップと、
前記支持面と前記スロットダイとの間の構造領域に放射線を選択的に投射することにより、前記押し出される構造材料の部分を硬化させて、前記物体の部分を形成する前記押し出される層の領域を定める、ステップと、
前記スロットダイと前記支持面との間で分離方向において前記スロットダイ及び前記支持面を相対的に移動させる、ステップと
を繰り返し含み、
当該方法は、前記スロットの縁を互いに対して振動させるステップによって特徴付けられる、
方法。 - 前記粘着性の構造材料は、放射線硬化性液体媒体中の液体材料の懸濁液であり、
