Description
現在の頭部フレーム(又は頭部バンド)は、診療所、脳卒中センター、及び/又は救急部署で使用されるように設計されている。殆どのデザインは、頭部バンドの手法に従って行われ、典型的には患者が使用中に着座位置の状態で、プローブ/頭部の位置合わせが、患者の頭部にバンドを固定することにより主に実施されている。
これは、緊急治療室(ER)/病院用の設定では有利であるが、救急医療サービス(EMS)用の設定で最良の解決策とは言えない。
また、一定強度の1つ以上のビームを血栓に向けた状態で複数の治療ビームを提供するような「ブラインド(blind)療法」アプローチは、健全な脳組織を不必要に治療するような意図しない副作用を有している。
下位の態様として、撮像装置は、頭部フレームと、プローブを頭部側頭骨の照射ウィンドウに位置決めするための電動式アセンブリとを含む。装置は、自動的に及びユーザの医療介入の必要なしに、プローブを介して得られる閉ループ撮像ガイダンスの下で位置決めを行うように構成されている。
相補的な、関連するバージョンでは、直前に述べた撮像装置及び/又は力測定装置について、コンピュータ可読媒体、又は代替的な一時的な、伝搬信号は、本明細書で提案する構成態様の一部である。
Claims (3)
- 医療患者の頭部用に構成された頭部フレームであって、当該頭部フレームは:
撮像、治療、又は撮像及び治療の両方のために構成されたプローブのプローブ用ホルダーと;
患者の頸部に少なくとも部分的に接触し、前記患者の頸部にサポートを提供するように構成されている、頸部サポートと;を備えており、
前記頸部サポートは、内部にスロットを有しており、前記プローブ用ホルダーは、前記スロット内に摺動可能な伸長部を有しており、それによって、前記プローブ用ホルダーを前記頸部サポートに位置合わせし、
前記プローブ用ホルダーは、該プローブ用ホルダーを前記患者の頭部に取り付けるのではなく、当該頭部フレームに載せた前記患者の頭部の重量に応答して前記プローブを前記患者の前記頭部に接して維持するように構成される、
頭部フレーム。 - 前記プローブ用ホルダーは、前記伸長部の方向を選択的に反転させるように構成されている、
請求項1に記載の頭部フレーム。 - 前記プローブ用ホルダーは、前記頸部サポートから立ち上がる構造体を有しており、該構造体は、前記プローブを保持するための円形開口部を含む、
