Claims (16)
- 動力車において液体を受け入れるためのタンク(1)であって、
前記液体を受け入れるための内部空間(3)を形成する外壁(2)と、
気体を受け入れるための、前記内部空間(3)に配置された少なくとも1つの容積要素(4)と、
前記容積要素(4)の容積を変化させるための、前記容積要素(4)と前記タンク(1)の周囲との間の気体案内回路(5)と、
前記容積要素(4)の排出時に、前記容積要素(4)の屈曲における応力を最小限にするための少なくとも1つの安定化組立体(6)と
を含んでなり、
前記安定化組立体(6)は、前記容積要素(4)の内側および/または外側において前記容積要素(4)の被覆を有し、前記被覆は、弾性材料を含むことを特徴とする、タンク(1)。 - 前記安定化組立体(6)は、前記容積要素(4)の内部において少なくとも1つの内部本体(61〜64)を含み、排出の状態における前記容積要素(4)はこの内部本体(61〜64)に圧し掛かることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタンク。
- 前記内部本体(61〜64)は弾性的に変形可能であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のタンク。
- 前記内部本体(61)は、閉鎖されて気体が充填された袋であることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載のタンク。
- 前記内部本体(62)は、弾性的に変形可能な材料から作られていることを特徴とする、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載のタンク。
- 前記内部本体(63)は、弾力性構造として設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載のタンク。
- 前記内部本体(64)は、円形、楕円形、または多角形を有するフレームとして設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項2から6のいずれか一項に記載のタンク。
- 前記安定化組立体(6)は、前記容積要素(4)に固定的に連結される少なくとも1つの安定化フレーム(69)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のタンク。
- 前記安定化組立体(6)は、前記容積要素(4)と、前記容積要素(4)を炭化水素に対する障壁として包囲する外袋(66)とによって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のタンク。
- 前記弾性材料が、フッ素ゴム(FKM)、アクリロニトリルブタジエンゴム(NBR)、またはフロロシリコーンゴム(FVMQ)であることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のタンク。
- 前記安定化組立体(6)は、前記内部空間(3)を通じて延びると共に前記容積要素(4)と前記外壁(2)との間に配置された少なくとも1つの弾性引っ張り要素(65)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のタンク。
- 前記安定化組立体(6)は、剛性の第1の貝状部(671)と柔軟性の第2の貝状部(672)とを有する、前記容積要素(4)の二枚貝状の設計によって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のタンク。
- 前記容積要素(4)の膨らまされた状態において、剛性の前記第1の貝状部(671)は、柔軟性の前記第2の貝状部(672)よりも大きな容積を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のタンク。
- 柔軟性の前記第2の貝状部(672)は、剛性の前記第1の貝状部(671)に固定され、または
前記容積要素(4)全体が袋によって形成され、固定された貝状部(671)を形成するために、前記袋の一部分が貝状フレーム(673)に常に圧し掛かっていることを特徴とする、請求項12または13に記載のタンク。 - 前記安定化組立体(6)は、前記容積要素(4)の残り容積を維持するために、前記気体案内回路(5)に閉止弁(681)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載のタンク。
- 前記安定化組立体(6)は、前記残り容積に到達するときに前記閉止弁(681)を閉じるように設計されている制御装置(682)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項15に記載のタンク。
