Description

The present invention relates to a long fiber non-woven fabric for body warmers, which has excellent flexibility, wear resistance, high strength, good operability, and low cost, and particularly a disposable body warmer using the same.

Disposable heat insulators such as disposable cairo are generally made of a non-woven fabric or paper laminated with a film such as polyethylene, and the film is a perforated or micropored film. Alternatively, the film is perforated after laminating and wrapped in a breathable film. In general, although the film itself is hard, by laminating the non-woven fabric, the sticky touch and the rugged touch peculiar to the film are prevented, and the cloth-like touch is given.

In addition, the non-woven fabric of Cairo that is not attached is required to have a function of giving softness when it comes into contact with the human body, and at the same time, to prevent deterioration of the usability due to fluffing of the cloth due to the kneading operation of the user. Functions are also required.
The following Patent Document 1 discloses a nonwoven fabric having excellent touch, flexibility, and abrasion resistance, which is obtained by a method of joining a nonwoven fabric containing polyester-based or polypropylene-based synthetic fibers by water flow entanglement. However, this method has a problem that the fixing of the fibers is insufficient and the fibers are cut even if the long fibers are used, and the fluffing and pilling of the fabric cannot be suppressed.

Further, in the following Patent Documents 2 and 3, when heating and crimping with a pair of engraving rolls / flat rolls in the production by the spunbond method, the temperature of the flat rolls is set lower than that of the engraving rolls, and a temperature difference is provided. , A method of suppressing fluffing only on the embossed surface side and combining a flat surface with a film is disclosed. With this method, since the entire thickness direction of the nonwoven fabric is not thermocompression bonded, it is possible to leave the softness of the nonwoven fabric, but since the flat surface is not thermocompression bonded, there is a problem that the strength is inferior.

As a method of improving the flexibility of the non-woven fabric, there is a method of reducing the rigidity of the fiber. For example, Patent Document 4 below discloses a method of blending an amorphous polyester with polybutylene terephthalate to reduce the modulus of the material and impart softness and heat sealability. However, although this method improves flexibility, it has a problem that the strength of the nonwoven fabric is weak and it is easily torn because the fibers are soft.

Further, Patent Document 5 below discloses a non-woven fabric for diapers in which a surfactant / paraffin oil is applied as a softening agent to the non-woven fabric to control surface friction and the surface is smooth. No studies have been made from the viewpoint of achieving both improvement.

In view of the above-mentioned prior art, the problems to be solved by the present invention are a long fiber non-woven fabric for body warmers, which has flexibility, abrasion resistance, high strength, good operability, and low cost. Is to provide a disposable body warmer using.

As a result of diligent studies and experiments to solve the above problems, the present inventors have conducted an interface mainly used for textiles such as woven fabrics and knitted fabrics, and can impart flexibility by improving the slippage between fibers. By applying an activator, not only can a spunbonded non-woven fabric with a specific heat-bonding structure exhibit high flexibility, but also the slippage of the fiber surface suppresses the fluffing of the fabric due to the kneading operation. Unexpectedly, he discovered what he could do and completed the present invention.
That is, the present invention is as follows.

[2] The thermocompression bonding portion area ratio is 6 to 40%, and the distance between the thermocompression bonding portions in the flow direction (mechanical direction) of the non-woven fabric and the direction perpendicular to the direction (width direction) is 0.6 to 3 mm. The long-fiber non-woven fabric for body warmers according to the present invention is a long-fiber non-woven fabric for body warmers having excellent flexibility, abrasion resistance, high strength, good operability, and low cost.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.
The fibers constituting the long fiber non-woven fabric for Cairo of the present embodiment include thermoplastic synthetic fibers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyolefin fibers such as copolymerized polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, polyethylene naphthalate, and copolymerized polyester. Polyethylene fiber such as Nylon-6, Nylon-66, Polyethylene fiber such as copolymerized nylon, Composite fiber such as core-sheath structure composed of a combination of polyethylene, polypropylene, copolymerized polyester core, polypropylene, polyester, etc. , Polylactic acid, polybutylene succinate, fibers such as biodegradable fibers such as polyethylene succinate, and the like, and these resins may be mixed as long as the spinnability is not affected.
Polyamide-based fibers are preferable from the viewpoint of flexibility, and polyester-based fibers are preferable from the viewpoint of dimensional stability, rigidity, and heat resistance.

The long fibers constituting the non-woven fabric may be used alone or in combination of two or more kinds of fibers. The cross-sectional shape of the long fiber may be any of a round shape and a modified cross section such as a flat type, a C type, a Y type, and a V type, but a round type fiber is preferable from the viewpoint of strength.

The preferable texture of the long fiber nonwoven fabric for body warmers of the present embodiment is that the KES bending rigidity is 0.2 gf · cm 2 / cm or less. If the bending rigidity is larger than 0.2 gf · cm 2 / cm, the feeling of stiffness when used as a body warmer is strongly avoided by the user, which is not preferable as a non-woven fabric for body warmers. A more preferable texture is that the bending rigidity is 0.15 gf · cm 2 / cm or less. The lower limit of the bending rigidity is not particularly limited, but is preferably 0.01 gf · cm 2 / cm or more, which is the value of the KES bending rigidity of the normally obtained nonwoven fabric.

The preferable wear resistance (fluff grade) of the long fiber non-woven fabric for body warmers of the present embodiment is grade 3 or higher in the measurement method in the 100-time measurement of the Gakushin type. If the wear resistance is less than 3rd grade, if the number of times of kneading increases when using it as a body warmer, it will cause fluffing, which will worsen the feel of the user and also cause a change in the heat transfer. Not preferable for Cairo applications.

The surface friction coefficient of the long fiber nonwoven fabric for body warmers of the present embodiment is 0.29 or less, preferably 0.27 or less, and more preferably 0.25 or less. If it is 0.29 or less, it is possible to obtain a texture that is comfortable to touch as a non-woven fabric for body warmers, and it is possible to suppress fluffing due to friction during the kneading operation. The smaller the surface friction coefficient, the better, but if you try to make it extremely small, it is necessary to greatly increase the crimping area ratio, which leads to the increase in the above-mentioned KES bending rigidity, and the feeling of stiffness when used as a non-woven fabric for body warmers becomes stronger. .. Further, the surface friction coefficient can be reduced by increasing the coating amount of the surfactant, but the bonding strength may decrease when laminating with the film, so 0.15 or more is preferable.

The basis weight of the long fiber nonwoven fabric for body warmers of the present embodiment is preferably 15 to 60 g / m 2 , more preferably 20 to 50 g / m 2 , and even more preferably 25 to 45 g / m 2 . If the basis weight is less than 15 g / m 2 , the strength of the non-woven fabric is too low, and the basic performance of Cairo application of wrapping the exothermic agent cannot be maintained. On the other hand, if the basis weight is larger than 60 g / m 2 , no matter how much the crimping is adjusted, the feeling of stiffness due to the height of the basis weight cannot be eliminated, and the kneading property is inferior.

The long fiber non-woven fabric for body warmers of the present embodiment can be efficiently manufactured by, for example, the spunbond method. For example, the polyester-based resin described above is heated and melted and discharged from a spinneret, and the obtained spun yarn is cooled by a known cooling device and traction-thinned by a high-speed airflow traction device using an air jet. Subsequently, the threads discharged from the suction device are opened and then deposited on a conveyor to form a web. Next, the nonwoven fabric is passed between a pair of heating rolls composed of a web formed on the conveyor, an embossed roll having an uneven surface structure, and a flat roll to form a thermocompression bonding portion uniformly dispersed throughout the nonwoven fabric. Therefore, a long fiber spunbonded non-woven fabric can be obtained.

The long fiber nonwoven fabric for body warmers of the present embodiment contains a surfactant. Examples of the surfactant include known fiber softeners. Specifically, carboxylate-based anionic surfactants, sulfonate-based anionic surfactants, sulfate ester salt-based anionic surfactants, and phosphate ester salt-based anionic surfactants (particularly alkyl phosphates). Anionic surfactants such as ester salts); polyhydric alcohol monofatty acid esters such as sorbitan fatty acid esters, diethylene glycol monostearate, diethylene glycol monooleate, glyceryl monostearate, glyceryl monooleate, propylene glycol monostearate, N- ( 3-Oreyloxy-2-hydroxypropyl) diethanolamine, polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil, polyoxyethylene sorbit beetle wax, polyoxyethylene sorbitan sesquistearate, polyoxyethylene monooleate, polyoxyethylene sorbitan sesquistearate, polyoxy Non-ionic systems such as ethylene glyceryl monooleate, polyoxyethylene monostearate, polyoxyethylene monolaurate, polyoxyethylene monooleate, polyoxyethylene cetyl ether, polyoxyethylene lauryl ether, nonionic modified aminosilicone oil, etc. Surfactants; cationic surfactants such as quaternary ammonium salts, amine salts or amines; aliphatic derivatives of secondary or tertiary amines containing carboxy, sulfonate, sulfate, or heterocyclic secondary or Androgynous ion surfactants such as aliphatic derivatives of tertiary amines; and the like.
Of these, nonionic surfactants are preferable. Since the disposable body warmer laminates a film such as polyethylene on a cloth such as a non-woven fabric in order to wrap the exothermic agent that generates heat in the air, a nonionic surfactant having a relatively good affinity with polyolefin is preferable.

The coating amount (oil pickup amount) of the surfactant is preferably 0.1 wt% to 3.0 wt%, more preferably 0.3 wt% to 2.0 wt%, still more preferable, with respect to the weight of the nonwoven fabric. Is 0.4 wt% to 1.0 wt%. If the amount applied is too small, it is not possible to develop sufficient flexibility and suppress fluffing due to reduction of surface friction. Sufficient flexibility can be exhibited if the surface of the fiber constituting the non-woven fabric is appropriately covered with a lipophilic group. Even if the coating amount is excessively increased, the flexibility is not significantly improved, and on the contrary, the bonding strength may be lowered when laminating with the film. The type and amount of the surfactant can be appropriately selected depending on the balance of drying after coating.

The method for applying the surfactant may be a known method. For example, a direct gravure coater, a chamber doctor coater, an offset gravure coater, a kiss coater, a reverse kiss coater, a bar coater, a curtain coater, an air doctor coater, a blade coater, an impregnation coater, and the like can be mentioned.

Regarding the thermocompression bonding portion in the dot structure of the long fiber non-woven fabric for body warmers of the present embodiment, it is preferable that thermocompression bonding is performed at a thermocompression bonding portion area ratio in the range of 6 to 40% with respect to the total area of the nonwoven fabric, and more preferably. It is 7 to 30%, more preferably 7 to 25%. If the area ratio of the thermocompression bonding portion is within this range, good thermocompression bonding between fibers can be performed, and the obtained nonwoven fabric has appropriate mechanical strength, rigidity, and dimensional stability. be able to.
The shape of the thermocompression bonding portion is not particularly limited, but preferably a texture pattern, an iron pattern, a pinpoint pattern, a diamond pattern, a square pattern, a hexagonal pattern, an elliptical pattern, a lattice pattern, a polka dot pattern, a round pattern, or the like. can.

The distance between the thermocompression bonding portions transferred to the non-woven fabric by thermocompression bonding is preferably in the range of 0.6 to 3 mm in both the flow direction (mechanical direction) of the non-woven fabric and the direction perpendicular to the direction (width direction). It is preferably 0.8 to 2.5 mm, more preferably 1 to 2 mm. If the distance between the thermocompression bonding parts is within this range, when the surfactant is applied, the effect of reducing friction between the threads that are not pressure-bonded and have a high degree of freedom due to the kneading operation is sufficiently exhibited, and the flexibility is increased. At the same time, it is possible to sufficiently suppress the phenomenon that the yarn having a high degree of freedom that has not been crimped comes off from the crimped portion and fluffs. That is, if the distance between the thermocompression bonding portions is too narrow, fluffing is likely to be suppressed, but the friction reducing effect of the surfactant is low, and if the distance between the thermocompression bonding portions is too wide, the friction reducing effect of the surfactant and the base material The softness is fully exhibited, but it becomes easy to fluff.

The temperature of thermocompression bonding should be appropriately selected depending on the conditions such as the basis weight and speed of the supplied web, and although it is not unconditionally determined, it is 10 to 90 ° C lower than the melting point of the resin constituting the long fiber. The temperature is preferably 20 to 60 ° C. lower. The thermocompression bonding pressure should also be appropriately selected depending on the conditions such as the basis weight and speed of the supplied web, and is not unconditionally determined, but is preferably 10 to 100 N / mm, more preferably 30. If it is within this range of about 70 N / mm, good thermocompression bonding between fibers can be performed, and the obtained nonwoven fabric has appropriate mechanical strength, rigidity, and dimensional stability. Can be done.

The apparent density of the long fiber nonwoven fabric for body warmers of the present embodiment is preferably 0.06 to 0.35 g / cm 3 , and more preferably 0.1 to 0.33 g / cm 3 . If the apparent density is less than 0.06 g / cm 3 , the non-woven fabric becomes too bulky and it becomes difficult to have the required wear resistance. On the other hand, when the apparent density exceeds 0.35 g / cm 3 , the feeling of stiffness increases, and the feeling of rubbing by hand, which is peculiar to Cairo, deteriorates.

The spinning speed at the time of producing the long fiber nonwoven fabric for Cairo of the present embodiment by the spunbond method is preferably 3000 m / min to 6000 m / min, more preferably 3500 to 5500 m / min, and further preferably 3700 to 5000 m / min. It is min. If the spinning speed is less than 3000 m / min, thermal shrinkage during thermocompression bonding is likely to occur. On the other hand, when the spinning speed exceeds 6000 m / min, defects due to yarn breakage during spinning are likely to occur, the orientation and crystallinity of the yarn become too high, and the adhesion at the thermocompression bonding portion is not sufficient during thermocompression bonding. , Causes a decrease in cloth strength.

The birefringence (Δn) of the fibers in the non-thermocompression bonding portion of the long fiber nonwoven fabric for body warmers of the present embodiment is preferably 0.10 to 0.15, more preferably 0.12 to 0.15, and further preferably 0.13 to 0.15. ..
The double refraction of the fiber before thermocompression bonding the long fiber non-woven fabric for Cairo of the present embodiment is preferably in the range of 0.06 to 0.10, but by thermocompression bonding this fiber, the orientation of the fiber is enhanced and the fiber is not oriented. The Δn of the fiber in the thermocompression bonding portion is in the above range, and when it is in this range, the fine structure of the fiber is stable, the shrinkage is low, the dimensional stability is excellent, and the fiber strength between the thermocompression bonding portions is sufficient.

The average fiber diameter of the long fibers constituting the long fiber nonwoven fabric for body warmers of the present embodiment is preferably 7.0 μm or more and 20.0 μm or less, more preferably 8.0 μm or more and 18 μm or less, and further preferably 9.0 μm or more. It is 16.5 μm or less. From the viewpoint of spinning stability, it is preferably 7.0 μm or more. On the other hand, from the viewpoint of strength and heat resistance, the number of fiber constituents is reduced, the number of contacts between fibers is reduced, and thermocompression bonding is difficult, so that wear resistance may not be obtained. Therefore, 20 μm or less is preferable.

7. Surface friction coefficient According to JIS-K7125, a sample cut to a length of 20 cm in the vertical direction (MD direction) x 8 cm in the horizontal direction (CD direction) is set with a common cloth on the friction element so that the friction direction is vertical.
