Description

The present invention relates to inner gloves worn under rubber gloves such as latex and nitrile.

When performing various tasks, for example, work in a clean room, work handling food, and rubber gloves are worn in the medical field. As for rubber gloves, thin ones are gradually becoming widespread so that they fit tightly to the hands in order to perform detailed work, and are approaching the tactile sensation when directly handled by hand. On the other hand, in addition to being made to fit snugly, the material is rubber, so the rubber does not slip easily on the skin, and it takes a very long time to wear it perfectly to the fingertips. In addition, the rubber gloves may be torn if you try to wear them quickly and use too much force or get caught in your nails. In particular, after washing your hands, or if you get wet while wearing rubber gloves and try to wear them again on damp hands, the rubber gloves will be more slippery, which will make them more difficult to wear and will tear. There are many things.

In order to improve the difficulty of putting on and taking off such rubber gloves, an inner glove to be worn under the rubber glove has been proposed (Patent Document 1).

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2012-162813

The inner glove described in Patent Document 1 is a seamless knitted inner glove characterized by an elongation rate of 150% or more in the vertical direction and an elongation recovery rate of 90% or more, and the wearing feeling is improved. The fit can be improved regardless of the size of the hand, and the structure is suitable for detailed work, but the feeling of the fingertips is dull compared to the case without inner gloves, so the factory In hospitals, dental clinics, etc., where the feeling of fingertips is particularly important, further improvement in fit and reduction in wearing feeling have been required.

In addition, in hospitals and dental clinics, it is necessary to keep the working hands clean in order to prevent infection, and the hands are washed after each work. If the inner gloves are made of thick material or have high hygroscopicity, they will absorb water and you cannot wash your hands as they are. Therefore, it was necessary to remove the inner gloves, wash the hands, and put them on again, which was troublesome.

The present inventors have made extensive studies to overcome the above technical problems. As a result, in the inner gloves worn under the rubber gloves, the thread used was 10 to 65 denier, and by using mixed knitting or zokki knitting, the fit was improved and only the rubber gloves were used for the feeling of the fingertips. In some cases, the fabric can be made very close to each other, the fabric does not become thick, and the hygroscopicity can be suppressed. Therefore, it has been found that the hands can be washed while wearing inner gloves, and the present invention has been completed.

That is, the present invention is an inner glove for facilitating the putting on and taking off of the rubber glove by putting it on the hand in advance before putting on the rubber glove, and is one kind selected from the group consisting of polyamide, polyester and polyurethane. a plurality kinds combination, a Oh Ru yarn total denier 17-30 denier, polyurethane core yarn, a covering yarn using a polyamide sheath yarn using a yarn comprising more than 50 wt%, a gauge number fabric density expressed is 300N~512N, becomes configured seamlessly by mixed knitting viewed dough or Zokki knitted fabric, a inner glove wherein an.

In the inner glove of the present invention, the total fineness of the thread used is 10 to 65 denier, and by using a fine thread, the thickness of the inner glove can be reduced and the feeling of the fingertip can be prevented from being deteriorated. can. In addition, since the absorption of water can be suppressed due to the lack of thickness of the fabric, the water evaporates immediately when the rubber gloves are removed, so that the feeling of stuffiness is immediately eliminated and the rubber gloves are immediately put on. It becomes possible to do. In addition, when washing hands while wearing inner gloves, thinning the fabric allows the water to come into direct contact with the hands, giving a refreshing feeling, and the water can be immediately removed with a towel or air blow. Therefore, it is possible to wear rubber gloves immediately after washing the hands.

In addition, by using mixed knitting or zocchi knitting, the elastic force is improved and the hands and inner gloves fit perfectly. As a result, the inner glove does not shift during work, the sense of unity between the hand and the inner glove is increased, and the feeling of wearing the inner glove can be further reduced, so that the feeling of the fingertip can be maintained. In addition, the inner gloves do not shift from the hand when the rubber gloves are put on and taken off, and the inner gloves can be put on and taken off more smoothly.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.

The inner glove of the present invention uses a thread having a total fineness of 10 to 65 denier in order to make the thickness of the fabric as thin as possible and to minimize the wearing feeling of the glove. If the total fineness is less than 10 denier, the strength of the thread is weakened and the inner glove is easily torn. Further, the elasticity is reduced, so that the fit is reduced. In addition, when the total fineness is more than 65 denier, the fabric becomes thick and the sensation of the fingertips, which is important when performing fine work, becomes dull. From the viewpoint of achieving both the durability of the yarn and the thickness of the fabric, the total fineness is preferably 15 to 45 denier, more preferably 17 to 30 denier.

The material of the yarn used in the present invention is not particularly limited, and known materials can be used. Examples thereof include chemical fibers such as polyester, polyamide, polyurethane, acrylic, polyvinyl chloride, acetate, rayon and cupra, and natural fibers such as cotton, silk and yarn. Among them, synthetic fibers such as polyester, polyamide, acrylic and polyurethane which are durable and have high elasticity and elasticity are preferable, and among them, polyester, nylon and polyurethane having low hygroscopicity are most preferable. If the elasticity and elasticity are high, the fit when wearing the inner gloves will be improved, the wearing feeling will be reduced, and the inner gloves will not shift from the hands when putting on and taking off the rubber gloves, and it will be possible to put on and take off more smoothly. .. Further, if the hygroscopicity is low, the moisture evaporates immediately when the rubber gloves are removed, so that the feeling of stuffiness is immediately eliminated and the rubber gloves can be immediately put on. Further, in the present invention, the threads of the various materials shown above may be used alone or in combination of two or more.

Further, the shape derived from the thread processing method used in the present invention is not particularly limited, and known ones can be used. For example, ordinary single yarns such as spun yarns and filament yarns, ordinary decorative yarns such as nep yarns, slab yarns and corn yarns, single twisted yarns, various twisted yarns, knot yarns, loop yarns, twisted yarns such as covering yarns, twisting-heat fixing-untwisting. Examples thereof include bulky processed yarns produced by a method, a false twisting method, a high-pressure air jet method, a shaping method, a composite winding method, a mixed fiber method, or the like. Among them, covering yarns and bulky processed yarns are preferable from the viewpoint of elasticity. Further, it is particularly preferable to use a covering yarn in order to achieve both strength and elasticity. The covering yarn may be a double covering yarn or a single covering yarn. From the viewpoint of workability, a single covering yarn having good stretchability and a soft touch is most preferable. As the core thread and sheath thread of the covering thread, the thread of the material shown above is used. Considering the strength and elasticity of the yarn, polyurethane is most preferably used for the core yarn and polyamide is most preferably used for the sheath yarn. Further, the core yarn may be a monofilament or a multifilament (2 to 10 yarns). Further, the sheath yarn is preferably 10 to 50 multifilaments. The number of times the sheath yarn is wound around the core yarn is preferably 700 to 2000 times / m. Further, although 100% of such a covering yarn may be used, it may be used in combination with a yarn having another shape such as a normal single yarn. When used in combination, the covering yarn is preferably used in an amount of 50% by weight or more, more preferably 70% by weight or more, for the purpose of imparting strength and elasticity.

The form of the inner glove of the present invention is a five-finger type, and can be used on both sides, left and right. The knitting structure of the inner glove is knitted by cross knitting or zokki knitting to improve the elastic force, and the hand and the inner glove fit perfectly. Further, from the viewpoint of strength and durability, Zokki knitting is particularly preferable.

The inner glove of the present invention is manufactured by using a seamless knitting machine. As for the manufacturing method, for example, for a five-finger glove, the index finger, the middle finger, and the ring finger are first knitted, and then the three-fingered glove is knitted. Next, the little finger bag is knitted, and the little finger is joined to the three torso to form a four torso. Subsequently, after knitting the thumb bag, the four torso and the thumb finger bag are joined, and the five torso extending to the wrist is knitted in a tubular and seamless state.

The number of gauges is preferably 250N to 512N, more preferably 270N to 512N, and further preferably 300N to 512N. By setting the gauge number to 250N to 512N, elastic force can be imparted, the fit of the inner gloves is improved, the wearing feeling is reduced, and the effect of maintaining the feeling of the fingertips is improved. If the number of gauges is less than 250N, the elastic force is weak and the fit is reduced, causing the inner gloves to slip during work, or the inner gloves to slip or come off from the hand when the rubber gloves are put on or taken off. .. The larger the number of gauges, the better the feel and fit, which is more preferable. Here, the gauge number indicates the number of stitches per 9.525 cm.

The outer gloves used together with the inner gloves of the present invention are not particularly limited, and known ones can be used. For example, natural rubber gloves, vinyl gloves, nitrile rubber gloves, polyurethane gloves, silicone gloves, hyperon gloves, fluororubber gloves and the like can be mentioned. In particular, it is preferable to use the inner gloves as outer gloves such as natural rubber gloves, vinyl gloves, and nitrile rubber gloves, which are thin and have good workability, because the effect of ensuring workability is highly exhibited. In addition, it is especially recommended for medical professionals who often put on and take off gloves to prevent infection, for example, doctors, dentists, nurses, dental hygienists, etc., as inner gloves for medical gloves while delicate work is required. Suitable. In addition, the inner gloves of the present invention have excellent washing durability and can be washed and used many times.

From the results shown in Table 2, when the inner gloves were worn, the time when the rubber gloves were re-worn and after hand-washing was within 3 seconds, and smooth wearing was possible. On the other hand, when the inner gloves were not worn (Comparative Example 1), the rubber gloves became less slippery due to the moisture of the hands, and it took more than 3 minutes for both re-wearing and hand-washing. Further, in the case of inner gloves having a total fineness of 10 to 65 denier (Examples 1 to 18), it is a fine work 4) Workability 3. It was possible to perform the work of rolling the composite resin for dental filling without any problem, but in the case of more than 65 denier (Comparative Examples 2 and 3), the fabric of the inner glove becomes thick and the fingertip feels. Due to the dullness, it became difficult to perform detailed work, and it was not possible to roll the composite resin for dental filling. Further, when the total fineness is more than 65 denier and the material has high hygroscopicity (Comparative Example 3), the inner gloves have high hygroscopicity, and when the hands are washed while wearing the inner gloves, moisture remains in the inner gloves. It turned out that it caused discomfort. In addition, the thicker the inner gloves, the worse the feeling of cleaning the hands.

Further, it was found that when the knitting method is mesh knitting or plain knitting (Comparative Examples 4 and 5), the fit is reduced, and the inner gloves are displaced during work, resulting in reduced workability.
