Description
‐心拍数;心電図から検出可能なECGパラメータ(例えばQT間隔、QRS複合の時間及び/又は振幅、ST部分、P波、Rピーク、T波、Qピーク、Sピーク、U波、0ライン);血糖値;血圧;血中酸素含有量(SpO2);電解質レベル(例えばカルシウム、カリウム、ナトリウムの濃度);体温;呼吸数;毎分呼吸量。
‐被験者の投薬;被験者の姿勢;被験者の現在及び/又は過去の運動状態;被験者の習慣、特に被験者の職業、食習慣、運動頻度。
‐時刻;周囲温度;気圧;湿度;季節。
Claims (12)
- 被験者の生体信号を監視するための方法であって、
前記方法は:
‐前記被験者の複数の参照生体信号を検出するステップであって、前記複数の参照生体信号それぞれに、参照パラメータの値が割り当てられ、前記参照パラメータは心拍数を含む、ステップ;
‐前記被験者の対照生体信号を測定するステップ;
‐前記対照生体信号に割り当てられる前記参照パラメータの値を決定するステップ;
‐少なくとも1つの比較生体信号を、前記対照生体信号に割り当てられた前記参照パラメータの前記値、及び前記複数の参照生体信号に割り当てられた前記参照パラメータの複数の値に基づいて、記憶された前記複数の参照生体信号から選択するステップ;
‐測定された前記対照生体信号を、選択された前記比較生体信号と比較するステップ
を含み、
前記参照パラメータの前記値は、前記被験者の生理学的状態、及び/又は周囲の境界条件を、少なくとも部分的に記述し、
前記複数の参照生体信号は、連続的な時系列の複数の区間として提供される、方法。 - 前記複数の参照生体信号のうちの1つを、前記比較生体信号として選択し、前記複数の参照生体信号のうちの前記1つに割り当てられた前記参照パラメータの値は、前記対照生体信号に割り当てられた前記参照パラメータの前記値と同一であるか、又は前記対照生体信号に割り当てられた前記参照パラメータの前記値の次に高い値若しくは次に低い値を表す、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記参照パラメータは複数の成分を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記参照パラメータの前記値が割り当てられた、測定された前記対照生体信号は、前記参照パラメータの値が割り当てられた前記複数の参照生体信号のセット中に記録される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記生体信号は心電図であるか、又は前記生体信号は、心電図から検出可能なECGパラメータである、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ECGパラメータは、QT間隔、QRS複合の時間及び/又は振幅、ST部分、P波、Rピーク、T波、Qピーク、Sピーク、U波、0ラインの中から選択される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記参照パラメータはさらに:
‐心電図から検出可能なECGパラメータ、血糖値、血圧、血中酸素含有量、電解質レベル、体温、呼吸数、毎分呼吸量;
‐被験者の投薬、被験者の姿勢、被験者の現在及び/又は過去の運動状態、被験者の職業、被験者の食習慣、被験者の運動頻度;
‐時刻、周囲温度、気圧、湿度、季節
のうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 情報を出力するステップを更に含み、前記情報は:前記対照生体信号に割り当てられた前記参照パラメータの値;選択された前記比較生体信号に割り当てられた前記参照パラメータの前記値;前記対照生体信号;前記比較生体信号;前記対照生体信号と前記比較生体信号との間の偏差;前記対照生体信号に割り当てられた前記参照パラメータの前記値と、選択された前記比較生体信号に割り当てられた前記参照パラメータの前記値との間の偏差;前記対照生体信号と前記比較生体信号との間の偏差に基づく動作の推奨のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記生体信号は:血圧曲線;血球数;心電図;脳波図;筋電図;網膜電図;呼吸気体の組成の記録;排泄物の組成の記録のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- コンピュータ可読媒体に記憶され、コンピュータによって実行されるプログラムコードによって、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項で定義された方法のステップを実施する、コンピュータプログラム製品。
- 被験者の生体信号を監視するためのシステムであって:
‐前記被験者の対照生体信号を測定するための、少なくとも1つのセンサ、
‐前記被験者の複数の参照生体信号を記憶するためのメモリであって、前記複数の参照生体信号それぞれに、参照パラメータの値が割り当てられ、前記参照パラメータは心拍数を含む、メモリ;
‐コントローラであって:
‐前記対照生体信号に割り当てられる前記参照パラメータの値を決定し;
‐決定された前記参照パラメータの前記値、及び前記複数の参照生体信号に割り当てられる前記参照パラメータの複数の前記値に基づいて、記憶された前記複数の参照生体信号から、少なくとも1つの比較生体信号を選択し;
‐前記対照生体信号と前記比較生体信号とを比較する
よう構成され、前記複数の参照生体信号は、連続的な時系列の複数の区間として提供される、コントローラ
を備える、システム。 - ある心電図の、対照心電図に対する比較心電図としての使用であって:
‐前記心電図は、複数の参照心電図から選択されたものであり;前記複数の参照心電図は、連続的な時系列の複数の区間として提供され、
‐前記複数の参照心電図それぞれ、及び前記対照心電図に、参照パラメータの値が割り当てられ;前記参照パラメータは心拍数を含み、
‐前記心電図の選択は、割り当てられた前記参照パラメータの値に基づくものである、使用。
