Claims (14)
- 可視光を生成するように構成された少なくとも1つの発光ダイオード(LED)モジュール(115)と、
ネオジム(Nd)、フッ素(F)、および酸素(O)をそれぞれの濃度で有しているNdFxOyの化合物を含む少なくとも1つのコンポーネントと
を備える装置(110A、110B、110C、110D)であって、
xおよびyの値は、FおよびOの比を決定し、前記生成される可視光を前記NdFxOy化合物を用いてフィルタリングすることによって実現される少なくとも所望の出力光スペクトルを含む当該装置(110A、110B、110C、110D)の所望の出力光パラメータを提供するように、前記NdFxOy化合物の製造の際に調整され、
前記xの値は、0.3〜0.5の間であり、前記yの値は、1.25〜1.33の間である、
装置(110A、110B、110C、110D)。 - 前記所望の出力光パラメータの提供は、前記生成される可視光の色相関温度(CCT)、彩度指数(CSI)、演色評価指数(CRI)、演色値R9、および顕現度のうちの1つ以上を向上させることをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置(110A、110B、110C、110D)。
- 前記NdFxOy化合物は、前記所望の出力光スペクトルをもたらすために560nm〜600nmの間の波長範囲内の所望の吸収ピークを有する、請求項1に記載の装置(110A、110B、110C、110D)。
- 前記所望の吸収ピークにおける所望の屈折率が、1.6〜1.8である、請求項3に記載の装置(110A、110B、110C、110D)。
- 前記NdFxOy化合物は、単結晶相化合物である、請求項1に記載の装置(110A、110B、110C、110D)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのLEDモジュール(115)は、有機LEDを備える、請求項1に記載の装置(110A、110B、110C、110D)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコンポーネントは、前記少なくとも1つのLEDモジュール(115)の上に堆積させられたカプセル層(114A)である、請求項1に記載の装置(110A)。
- 前記カプセル層(114A)は、ガラス、ポリマー、ポリマー前駆体、ポリカーボネート、プラスチック材料、熱可塑性または熱硬化性ポリマーまたは樹脂、シリコーン、あるいはシリコーンエポキシ樹脂である、請求項7に記載の装置(110A)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコンポーネントは、蛍光体をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の装置(110A)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコンポーネントは、蛍光体を含むさらなるカプセル層(114B)上に堆積させられたカプセル層(118B)であり、前記さらなるカプセル層(114B)は、前記少なくとも1つのLEDモジュール(115)の上に堆積させられている、請求項1に記載の装置(110B)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコンポーネントは、表面にコーティングを有する透明、半透明、または反射性基材(156)を備える光学コンポーネントであり、前記コーティングは前記NdFxOy化合物を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の装置(110C、110D)。
- 前記コーティングにおける前記化合物の重量パーセントは、1%〜20%である、請求項11に記載の装置(110C、110D)。
- 前記コーティングの厚さは、50nm〜1000ミクロンの範囲にある、請求項11に記載の装置(110C、110D)。
- 前記基材(156)は、電球、レンズ、および前記少なくとも1つのLEDモジュール(115)を囲むドーム(112)で構成されるグループから選択される拡散体である、請求項11に記載の装置(110C、110D)。
