(1)ハイブリッド車両の駆動装置100は、内燃機関としてのエンジン1と、エンジンの動力を車軸57に伝達する動力伝達経路71に配置されるとともに、係合および解放が可能なブレーキ機構30と、係合および解放が可能なクラッチ機構40とを有し、ブレーキ機構30とクラッチ機構40との係合動作に応じてHVローモードまたはHVハイモードに切り換わる変速機構70と、動力伝達経路71,72のうちの変速機構70と車軸57との間に接続された第2モータジェネレータ3と、動力伝達経路71,72のうちの第2モータジェネレータ3と変速機構70との間に介装されたトルクリミッタ60と、HVハイモードからHVローモードへの切換時に、係合状態にあるブレーキ機構30を解放するとともに、解放状態にあるクラッチ機構40を係合するように、変速機構70を制御するコントローラ4と、を備える(図1)。この駆動装置100は、回転数センサ34,35,38,39をさらに備える。コントローラ4は、回転数センサ34,35,38,39からの信号に基づいてトルクリミッタ60の滑りが検出されると、滑りが検出されないときよりも、HVハイモードからHVローモードへの切換時のクラッチ機構40の係合力が大きくなるように変速機構70を制御する(図11)。
Claims (4)
- 内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関の動力を車軸に伝達する動力伝達経路に配置されるとともに、係合および解放が可能な第1摩擦係合機構と、係合および解放が可能な第2摩擦係合機構とを有し、前記第1摩擦係合機構と前記第2摩擦係合機構との係合動作に応じて低速段または高速段に切り換わる変速機構と、
前記動力伝達経路のうちの前記変速機構と前記車軸との間に接続されたモータジェネレータと、
前記動力伝達経路のうちの前記モータジェネレータと前記変速機構との間に介装されたトルクリミッタと、
高速段から低速段への切換時に、係合状態にある前記第1摩擦係合機構を解放するとともに、解放状態にある前記第2摩擦係合機構を係合するように、前記変速機構を制御する制御部と、を備えるハイブリッド車両の駆動装置において、
前記トルクリミッタの滑りを検出する滑り検出部をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記滑り検出部により前記トルクリミッタの滑りが検出されると、滑りが検出されないときよりも、高速段から低速段への切換時の前記第2摩擦係合機構の係合力が大きくなるように前記変速機構を制御することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置において、
前記変速機構は、前記変速機構の出力軸に接続されたサンギヤと、前記内燃機関からの動力が入力されるキャリアと、リングギヤと、を有する遊星歯車機構を有し、
前記第1摩擦係合機構は、前記リングギヤの回転を制動または非制動するブレーキ機構である一方、前記第2摩擦係合機構は、前記サンギヤと前記リングギヤとを一体に結合または分離するクラッチ機構であり、
前記リングギヤの回転数を検出するリングギヤ回転数検出部と、
前記キャリアの回転数を検出するキャリア回転数検出部と、をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、高速段から低速段への切換時に前記滑り検出部により前記トルクリミッタの滑りが検出されたとき、前記リングギヤ回転数検出部により検出された前記リングギヤの回転数が前記キャリア回転数検出部により検出された前記キャリアの回転数よりも大きいと、前記リングギヤの回転数が前記キャリアの回転数以下のときよりも、前記リングギヤ回転数検出部により検出された前記リングギヤの回転数が目標回転数を越えて増加したときの前記第2摩擦係合機構の係合力が大きくなるように前記変速機構を制御することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置において、
前記滑り検出部は、前記サンギヤの回転数から前記モータジェネレータの回転数を減算した回転数差が第1所定値よりも大きく、かつ、この回転数差の変化率が第2所定値よりも大きいとき、前記トルクリミッタに滑りが生じていることを検出することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置において、
前記モータジェネレータは第2モータジェネレータであり、
前記内燃機関と前記変速機構との間の前記動力伝達経路に配置された動力分割機構と、
前記動力分割機構を介して分割された動力が入力される第1モータジェネレータと、をさらに備えることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。
