Claims (3)
- プライマリシャフトに固定されたプライマリ固定シーブ、及び、前記プライマリシャフトと一体回転するとともに軸方向に相対移動可能なプライマリ可動シーブを有するプライマリプーリと、セカンダリシャフトに固定されたセカンダリ固定シーブ、及び、前記セカンダリシャフトと一体回転するとともに軸方向に相対移動可能なセカンダリ可動シーブを有するセカンダリプーリと、前記プライマリプーリ及び前記セカンダリプーリに巻き掛けられた伝動ベルトと、が設けられた無段変速機と、
エンジンからの回転駆動力によって駆動して作動油を吐出するオイルポンプと、
前記オイルポンプから吐出された前記作動油を、前記プライマリ可動シーブ及び前記セカンダリ可動シーブに作用させるための油圧制御装置と、
を備え、
前記プライマリ可動シーブを移動させるためのプライマリ推力と、前記セカンダリ可動シーブを移動させるためセカンダリ推力とを制御する、動力伝達機構の制御装置において、
最大変速比の要求時に、前記セカンダリ推力を発生させるためのセカンダリ目標圧がオイルポンプ吐出能力よりも小さい場合には、前記セカンダリ目標圧がオイルポンプ吐出能力より大きい場合よりも、前記プライマリ推力を発生させるためのプライマリ目標圧を小さくすることを特徴とする動力伝達機構の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の動力伝達機構の制御装置において、
前記無段変速機は、前記プライマリ可動シーブの移動が機械的に阻止されることにより前記最大変速比が定められるものであり、
前記無段変速機の実際の変速比が既に前記最大変速比となっており、且つ、前記セカンダリ目標圧が前記オイルポンプ吐出能力として前記作動油の油温とエンジン回転数から決まる上限圧以下の場合に、前記プライマリ推力を所定値低くすることを特徴とする動力伝達機構の制御装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の動力伝達機構の制御装置において、
前記無段変速機の実際の変速比が既に前記最大変速比となっており、且つ、前記セカンダリ目標圧が前記オイルポンプ吐出能力として前記作動油の油温とエンジン回転数から決まる上限圧よりも大きい場合に、前記セカンダリ推力を所定値高くすることを特徴とする動力伝達機構の制御装置。
