Description
Karenz社のAOI−VM(M.W141.25)5gと、Bayer社のpolyester−carbonate diolであるDesmophen(登録商標) C1200(Equivalent weight:1000)40gを、アセトニトリル(acetonitrile)溶液20gに分散させた後、触媒剤のDBTDL少量を入れた後、常温で5時間反応させて、ウレタンアクリレート系オリゴマー(ポリマー)を製造した。そして、図1のように、赤外線スペクトルを通してウレタンアクリレートが生成(1630cm−1近傍のpeakが増加)されたかを確認した。
Karenz社のAOI−VM(M.W141.25)5gと、Bayer社のpolyurethane−carbonate diolであるDesmophen(登録商標) C850(Equivalent weight:200)40gを、アセトニトリル(acetonitrile)溶液20gに分散させた後、触媒剤のDBTDL少量を入れた後、常温で5時間反応させて、ウレタンアクリレート系オリゴマー(ポリマー)を製造した。
Karenz社のAOI−VM(M.W141.25)5gと、Bayer社のpolyester−carbonate diolであるDesmophore VPLS2249/1(Equivalent weight100)40gを、アセトニトリル(acetonitrile)溶液20gに分散させた後、触媒剤のDBTDL少量を入れた後、常温で5時間反応させて、ウレタンアクリレート系オリゴマー(ポリマー)を製造した。
前記製造例1のウレタンアクリレート系オリゴマー(アクリレート系官能基に対するウレタン官能基のモル比約1)100重量部対比、光感応剤5,10,15,20−テトラキス(4−メトキシフェニル)−ポルフィン(CAS no.22112−78−3)1重量部、光開始剤(商品名:Darocure TPO)2重量部、界面活性剤(商品名:RS90 DIC社)0.1重量部、トルエン50重量部、エタノール50重量部を混合して、抗菌性高分子コーティング溶液(固形分の濃度を50%)を製造した。
前記製造例2のウレタンアクリレート系オリゴマー(アクリレート系官能基に対するウレタン官能基のモル比約4)を用いた点を除き、実施例1と同様の方法で抗菌性高分子コーティング溶液(固形分の濃度を50%)および抗菌性高分子フィルム(10μmの厚さ)を製造した。
メチルメタクリレート(MMA)100重量部対比、トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート(TMPTA)5重量部、光感応剤5,10,15,20−テトラキス(4−メトキシフェニル)−ポルフィン(CAS no.22112−78−3)1重量部、光開始剤(商品名:Darocure TPO)2重量部、界面活性剤(商品名:RS90 DIC社)0.1重量部、トルエン50重量部、エタノール50重量部を混合して、高分子コーティング溶液(固形分の濃度50%)を作った。
メチルメタクリレート(MMA)100重量部対比、トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート(TMPTA)5重量部、光感応剤5,10,15,20−テトラキス(4−メトキシフェニル)−21H,23H−ポルフィンコバルト(II)(CAS no.28903−71−1)1重量部、光開始剤(商品名:Darocure TPO)2重量部、界面活性剤(商品名:RS90 DIC社)0.1重量部、トルエン50重量部、エタノール50重量部を混合して、高分子コーティング溶液(固形分の濃度50%)を作った。
前記製造例3のウレタンアクリレート系オリゴマー(アクリレート系官能基に対するウレタン官能基のモル比約11)を用いた点を除き、実施例1と同様の方法で高分子コーティング溶液(固形分の濃度を50%)および高分子フィルム(10μmの厚さ)を製造した。
実施例および比較例の高分子フィルムの酸素透過度を、ASTM D3895の方法により、Oxygen Permeation Analyzer(Model8000、Illinois Instruments社製品)を用いて、25℃、60RH%の雰囲気下で測定した。
図2に模式的に示した時間分解燐光レーザ分光学装置を用いて、実施例および比較例の高分子フィルムの一重項酸素(singlet oxygen)の生成量および寿命を測定した。
Claims (14)
- (メタ)アクリレート系官能基に対するウレタン官能基のモル比が1〜10のウレタンアクリレート系オリゴマーまたは高分子;可視光線照射時に活性酸素が発生する光感応剤;および光開始剤;を含む、抗菌性高分子コーティング組成物。
- 前記ウレタンアクリレート系オリゴマーまたは高分子は、200g/mol〜50,000g/molの重量平均分子量を有する、請求項1に記載の抗菌性高分子コーティング組成物。
- 前記ウレタンアクリレート系オリゴマーまたは高分子において、(メタ)アクリレート系官能基に対するウレタン官能基のモル比が4〜8である、請求項1または2に記載の抗菌性高分子コーティング組成物。
- 前記(メタ)アクリレート系官能基に対するウレタン官能基のモル比が1〜10のウレタンアクリレート系オリゴマーまたは高分子100重量部対比、前記光感応剤0.01〜5重量部を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の抗菌性高分子コーティング組成物。
- 前記光感応剤は、ポルフィン系(porphine)化合物、ポルフィリン系(porphyrins)化合物、クロリン系(chlorins)化合物、バクテリオクロリン系(bacteriochlorins)化合物、フタロシアニン系(phthalocyanine)化合物、ナフタロシアニン系(naphthalocyanines)化合物、および5−アミノレブリンエステル系(5−aminoevuline esters)からなる群より選択された1種以上を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の抗菌性高分子コーティング組成物。
- 前記光感応剤は、炭素数1〜10のアルコキシが導入されたフェニル基が1〜8個導入されたポルフィン化合物またはポルフィリン化合物を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の抗菌性高分子コーティング組成物。
- 有機溶媒または界面活性剤をさらに含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の抗菌性高分子コーティング組成物。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の抗菌性高分子コーティング組成物の硬化物を含む抗菌性高分子フィルム。
- (メタ)アクリレート系官能基に対するウレタン官能基のモル比が1〜10のウレタンアクリレート系高分子樹脂を含む基材層;および前記基材層に分散し、可視光線照射時に活性酸素が発生する光感応剤;を含み、
5〜100cc/m2dayの酸素透過度を有する、抗菌性高分子フィルム。 - 前記抗菌性高分子フィルムは、10μm〜10,000μmの厚さを有する、請求項9に記載の抗菌性高分子フィルム。
- 時間分解燐光レーザ分光学測定により測定した一重項酸素の寿命が0.4ms以上である、請求項9または10に記載の抗菌性高分子フィルム。
- JIS R1702(KS L ISO27447;2011)により測定した抗菌性が90%以上である、請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載の抗菌性高分子フィルム。
- 請求項8に記載の抗菌性高分子フィルム、または請求項9に記載の抗菌性高分子フィルムを含む、電子製品。
- 前記電子製品は、加湿器、冷蔵庫又はエアワッシャーである、請求項13に記載の電子製品。
