光反射層と、前記光反射層上に備えられ、非対称構造の断面を有する凸部または凹部形状を含む光吸収層とを含む色発現層、
前記色発現層のいずれか一面上に備えられたエレクトロクロミック素子、および、
前記色発現層の他の一面上に備えられたインモールドラベル層、
を含む装飾部材を提供する。
本出願のもう一つの実施態様によれば、前記光吸収層は、厚さの異なる2以上の領域を含む。
本出願のもう一つの実施態様によれば、前記光吸収層は、厚さが漸進的に変化する領域を1つ以上含む。
本明細書において、ある層の「厚さ」とは、当該層の下面から上面までの最短距離を意味する。

本出願のもう一つの実施態様によれば、前記光吸収層は、厚さの異なる2以上の領域を含むことができる。
色の表現は、CIE L*a*b*で表現可能であり、色差は、L*a*b*空間での距離(ΔE*ab)を用いて定義される。具体的には、
前記カラーフィルムは、1枚または、同種または異種が2枚以上積層された状態で備えられる。

<実施例1>
PETフィルムの一面にカラープライマーコーティングを進行させた生地に、UV Molding層(非対称パターン)を形成した。前記PET基材に光反射層(Al、厚さ100nm)および光吸収層{アルミニウム酸窒化物(AlON)、厚さ40nm}を蒸着して色を発現させ、スクリーン印刷を利用した光遮蔽印刷工程(ブラック4度DM(防水)インク1度)を適用した。
実施例1の一体化(インモールドラベリング)工程を行わず、光反射層および光吸収層を形成しておらず、PET基材上に、厚さ210nmのITOと厚さ250nmのWO3層を順次に積層した。この後、実施例1と同一の貼り合わせ工程により、透過型エレクトロクロミックフィルム(ITO/WO3/GPE/PB/ITO)を製造した。このように製造されたフィルムを実施例1と同様の方法で変色速度を測定した。
前記実験において、抵抗および変色時間(着色時間および脱色時間)は、下記の方法で測定した。
