Description
Claims (6)
- エンジンと、前記エンジンによって駆動される発電機と、駆動輪に連結されかつ電力が供給されて走行用の駆動トルクを出力する駆動用モータと、前記発電機で発電された電力を充電可能な蓄電装置とを備え、前記発電された電力を前記蓄電装置に充電もしくは前記駆動用モータに直接供給するように構成されたハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記発電機を制御するコントローラを備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記駆動輪がロックするおそれがあるか否かを判断し、
前記駆動輪がロックするおそれがあると判断された場合に、前記発電機により発電される電力を前記蓄電装置に入力可能な予め定められた所定の電力以下に制御するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
車両の姿勢や挙動を制御する制御システムを備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記駆動輪がロックするおそれがあるか否かの判断を、前記制御システムに関するセンサの制御信号に異常がある場合に前記駆動輪がロックするおそれがあると判断するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
車両の姿勢や挙動を制御する制御システムを備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記駆動輪がロックするおそれがないと判断された場合に、前記制御システムがオフか否かを更に判断し、
前記制御システムがオフの場合に、前記発電機で発電される電力を、前記蓄電装置に入力可能な予め定められた前記所定の電力と車速に基づく消費電力とから求まる上限値以下に制御するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記制御システムがオンの場合に、前記発電機で発電される電力を、前記蓄電装置に入力可能な予め定められた前記所定の電力と前記駆動輪の車輪速に基づく消費電力とから求まる上限値以下に制御するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記ハイブリッド車両は、
前記エンジンの動力により前記発電機を駆動させて発電を行い、前記発電により発生した電力に基づいて前記駆動用モータが走行用の前記駆動トルクを前記駆動輪に伝達して走行するシリーズハイブリッド車両である
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記ハイブリッド車両は、
前記エンジンの動力により前記発電機を駆動させて発電を行い、前記発電により発生した電力に基づいて前記駆動用モータが走行用の前記駆動トルクを前記駆動輪に伝達して走行するシリーズHV走行モードと、前記エンジンのトルクおよび前記駆動用モータの前記駆動トルクを前記駆動輪に伝達して走行するパラレルHV走行モードとを選択可能なハイブリッド車両であって、
前記コントローラは、
前記シリーズHV走行モードで走行中に前記駆動輪がロックするおそれがあると判断された場合に、前記エンジンの暖機が完了しているか否かを更に判断し、
前記エンジンの暖機が完了していると判断された場合に、走行モードを前記シリーズHV走行モードから前記パラレルHV走行モードに切り替えるように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
