Description
前記実施例1~3と比較例1の色相を図13に示した。実施例1の場合、左右色相が黄色系で類似に見えるが、左側で赤いトーンの変化を確認することができた。実施例2の場合、左側の角度が減少するに伴って、色相が紫トーンに変化する。実施例3の場合、実施例2よりも濃い紫色となった。これに対し、比較例1の場合、左右同一に黄色系の色相が現れることを確認することができた。

- 光反射層と、
前記光反射層上に備えられた光吸収層と
を含む
色発現層を含み、
前記光吸収層は、厚さが異なる2以上の地点を含み、
前記光吸収層は、銅酸化物、銅窒化物、銅酸窒化物、アルミニウム酸化物、アルミニウム窒化物、アルミニウム酸窒化物およびモリブデンチタン酸窒化物の中から選択される1種または2種以上を含む単一層または多層であり、
前記光吸収層の厚さは、5~500nmであり、
前記光吸収層は、400nmにおける屈折率が1~3であり、
前記光吸収層は、400nmにおける消滅係数が0超過4以下である、
装飾部材。 - 前記光吸収層は、厚さが異なる2以上の領域を含む、
請求項1に記載の装飾部材。 - 前記光吸収層は、上面が傾斜角度0度超過90度以下の傾斜面を有する領域を1つ以上含み、
前記光吸収層は、いずれか1つの傾斜面を有する領域における厚さと異なる厚さを有する領域を1つ以上含む、
請求項1または2に記載の装飾部材。 - 前記光吸収層は、厚さが漸進的に変化する領域を1つ以上含む、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の装飾部材。 - 前記光吸収層は、上面が傾斜角度0度超過90度以下の傾斜面を有する領域を1つ以上含み、
少なくとも1つの傾斜面を有する領域は、光吸収層の厚さが漸進的に変化する構造を有する、
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の装飾部材。 - 前記光吸収層は、ΔE*ab>1の二色性を有する、
請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の装飾部材。 - 前記光吸収層の上面は、
コーン(cone)形態の突出部または溝部を有するパターン、
最高点が線形態の突出部または最低点が線形態の溝部を有するパターン、または
コーン形態の上面が切り取られた構造の突出部または溝部を有するパターン
を含む、
請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の装飾部材。 - 前記コーン形態の突出部または溝部を有するパターンは、
前記コーン形態のパターンを上面から観察した時、
コーンの頂点を基準として360度回転時、
同一の形態が2個以下存在する、
請求項7に記載の装飾部材。 - 前記最高点が線形態の突出部または最低点が線形態の溝部を有するパターンは、
上面から観察した時、
重心点を基準として360度回転時、
同一の形態が1個しか存在しない、
請求項7に記載の装飾部材。 - 前記光反射層は、インジウム(In)、チタン(Ti)、スズ(Sn)、シリコン(Si)、ゲルマニウム(Ge)、アルミニウム(Al)、銅(Cu)、ニッケル(Ni)、バナジウム(V)、タングステン(W)、タンタル(Ta)、モリブデン(Mo)、ネオジム(Nb)、鉄(Fe)、クロム(Cr)、コバルト(Co)、金(Au)および銀(Ag)の中から選択される1種または2種以上の材料、その酸化物、窒化物または酸窒化物、炭素および炭素複合体のうちの1種または2種以上の材料を含む単一層または多層である、
請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の装飾部材。 - 前記光反射層の厚さは、1nm以上である、
請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の装飾部材。 - 前記光吸収層の領域別厚さの差は、2~200nmである、
請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の装飾部材。 - 前記光反射層の下面に備えられた基材をさらに含む、
請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の装飾部材。 - 前記装飾部材は、デコフィルム、またはモバイル機器のケースである、
