Description

The present invention relates to a bracket for connecting a beam material bridged between columns installed at predetermined intervals to the column.

Conventionally, a fence body (beam material) is placed between a plurality of columns erected at predetermined intervals in a place where a sharp curve or angle such as a road curve is drawn, or in a place where the curve is inclined in the height direction at the same time. Fence body mounting metal fittings that enable mounting are known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
The fence body mounting bracket includes a first mounting bracket, a second mounting bracket, and a bracket, and the bracket is interposed between the first and second mounting brackets to mount the end portion of the beam material. It is a member having a U-shaped cross section. By forming the end face on the support column side in an arc shape, the bracket corresponds to a large angle in the vertical direction on a slope. Further, the bracket is attached to the column via the first and second mounting brackets with the opening having a U-shaped cross section facing downward.

Japanese Patent No. 4214050

By the way, when a beam material is attached between columns erected on a slope via a bracket, for example, a plurality of workers lift or hold the beam material and bolt each end of the bracket and the beam material. It was necessary to connect them to each other with nuts and the like and attach them to the columns. When connecting the bracket and the beam material, the worker must insert the bolt into the aligned hole while maintaining the aligned state of the holes formed in both the bracket and the beam material through which the bolt is inserted. The work load was heavy.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a bracket that reduces the burden of attaching a beam material to a support column.

<How to lay beam materials between columns>
Next, a method of erection of the beam member 3 between the columns 1 and 1 to which the brackets 5 and 7 are attached will be described with reference to FIG. 7. Hereinafter, a method of erection of a beam material between the columns 1 and 1 via the bracket 5 will be described. FIG. 7 is a diagram for explaining a method of erection of a beam member between columns via brackets.
As shown in FIG. 7, since the columns 1 and 1 are erected on a slope having a slope, the beam member 3 of the beam panel P is obliquely attached between the columns 1 and 1. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 7, the beam member 3 is erected between the columns 1 and 1 by the brackets 5 and 5, but the beam members 3 are erected between the brackets 7 and 7 or by the brackets 5 and 7. May be good.

First, the worker lifts the beam panel P and inserts both ends of the beam member 3 between the holding portions 53 and 53 of the brackets 5 and 5. Since the distance between the holding portions 53 and 53 increases as the distance from the support column 1 to which the bracket 5 is attached increases, the beam member 3 can be easily inserted between the holding portions 53 and 53.
Even if the worker releases the beam member 3 from the beam member 3 after inserting the beam member 3 between the holding portions 53 and 53 of the brackets 5 and 5, the brackets 5 and 5 are provided with the overhanging portion 55. The beam member 3 is temporarily placed on the overhanging portions 55 and 55. Since the maximum distance Md between the overhanging portions 55 and 55 is smaller than the width dimension 3d of the beam member 3, the beam member 3 does not fall from between the overhanging portions 55.
Further, even if the beam member 3 falls into the gap between the overhanging portions 55 and 55 and tries to widen the gap, the insertion member 54 is inserted into each of the hole portions 53b and 53b, and the tip of the insertion member 54 is a fastening member. Since it is tightened by 54N, it is possible to prevent the pair of holding portions 53, 53 from expanding.

The length of the beam member 3 is designed so that the distance between the columns 1 and 1 and the hole portion 31a of the beam member 3 and the hole portion 53a of the bracket 5 match. However, when the columns 1 are erected on a slope, the actual distance between the columns 1, 1 may deviate from the design interval. Due to the deviation of the standing interval between the columns 1 and 1, in the state where the beam material 3 is temporarily placed on the bracket 5, the end face of the beam material 3 slides toward the lowland side until it abuts on the column 1, and the beam material 3 is on the highland side. The end portion may fall from the overhanging portion 55 of the bracket 5 (the beam member 3 is indicated by a two-dot chain line).
It is conceivable to extend the length of the beam material 3 or extend the extending length of the overhanging portion 55 of the bracket 5 to prevent the fall, but in this case, the beam material 3 and the bracket 5 become large. It ends up.

On the other hand, the bracket 5 in the present embodiment is provided with a hole 53b between the mounting portion 51 and the hole 53a in the holding portions 53 and 53, and the insertion member 54 is inserted through the hole 53b. Therefore, even when the beam material 3 slides to the lowland side, the end surface of the beam material 3 lowered to the lower side abuts on the insertion member 54 on the lowland side, so that further slipping of the beam material 3 is suppressed. The end portion of the upper beam member 3 can be maintained in a state of being temporarily placed on the overhanging portion 55 (the beam member 3 is indicated by a alternate long and short dash line).
Since the state in which the beam material 3 is temporarily placed on the bracket 5 can be maintained, it is possible to suppress the increase in size of the beam material 3 and the bracket 5, and the state in which the beam material 3 is lifted by a plurality of workers is maintained. No need. Thus, the work load in the work of connecting the beam member 3 and the bracket 5 can be significantly reduced.

Further, as will be described with reference to FIG. 8, the hole portion 53b is formed in the following positional relationship with the beam member 3. FIG. 8 is a schematic view for explaining a position where a hole through which an insertion member is inserted is formed.
The end portion 55e of the overhanging portion 55 on the opposite side of the mounting portion 51 (see also FIGS. 4C and 4D) and the outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion 54a of the insertion member 54 are connected in a straight line at the shortest length. The hole portion 53b is formed in the sandwiching portion 53 at a position where the length l is larger than the dimension (length) 3l of the beam member 3 in the height direction of the support column 1. The "end of the overhanging portion on the opposite side of the mounting portion" is at least the end portion 55e at the connecting portion between the overhanging portion 55 and the holding portion 53.

Since the hole portion 53b is provided in the holding portion 53 at an appropriate position in relation to the insertion member 54 and the beam member 3, for example, the beam is provided between the columns 1 and 1 erected on a slope having a remarkably large slope. Even when the member 3 is tilted, the beam member 3 is securely temporarily placed on the overhanging portion 55 as long as the end surface of the beam member 3 is in contact with the shaft portion 54a of the insertion member 54. Can be maintained.
If the beam member 3 is temporarily placed on the bracket 5, one worker lifts the end portion of the beam member 3 housed in the bracket 5 and aligns the 31a of the beam member 3 with the hole portion 53a of the bracket 5. The beam member 3 can be easily connected to the bracket 5 simply by inserting the bolt B2.

<その他>
<Others>
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be appropriately modified without exceeding the scope of the present invention. For example, if the upper end portion of the support column 1 is closed by a predetermined cover or the like, the cover member 51c in the mounting portion 51 of the bracket 5 may be omitted.
