Description
Claims (2)
- 複数の画素が存在する表示領域を有する表示装置であって、
前記画素はアクティブ素子としての半導体層を有する薄膜トランジスタを有し、
前記薄膜トランジスタを構成するゲート電極を覆って第1の絶縁膜が形成され、
前記ゲート電極は前記第1の絶縁膜の上に形成されている電極または配線と第1のスルーホールを介して接続し、
前記ゲート電極と前記第1の絶縁膜の間には、酸化物半導体が存在しており、
前記第1のスルーホールの底部には前記酸化物半導体は存在していないことを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記酸化物半導体の厚さは3nm乃至10nmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
