Description

The present invention relates to a table system that can easily and appropriately change the layout from a single state to a continuous state, and can be easily separated again.

Conventionally, it is common practice to connect a plurality of tables to form a large table. In such a case, as shown in Patent Document 1, the leg located at the end on the connecting side is used as a common intermediate leg, and the top plate is added while adding a beam to the leg, or as shown in Patent Document 2. The top plates are connected to each other by a connecting tool so that the legs are not located in the middle to secure the continuity of the lower limb space, and as shown in Patent Document 3, the wiring duct is mainly used around this wiring duct. The top plate is assembled.

特開2008-279212号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2008-279212 特許第04204819号公報Japanese Patent No. 042048919 特開2010-110473号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2010-110473

However, as seen in these conventional examples, individual tables that form a large table by being assembled are usually equipped with an adjuster at the lower end in order to give priority to stable installation.

However, due to the variety of layouts in recent years, there is a demand for a table system that has a certain degree of stable installation rather than long-term stable installation and fluidity such as rearrangement due to movement, expansion, and separation. It is a fact.

In such a case, it is conceivable to attach casters to the lower ends of the legs to make the table movable, but for that purpose, it is desirable that the table be constructed as simple and lightweight as possible. Further, since it takes time and cost to connect the top plates and the tables with the beam, the connecting member, the wiring duct, etc. as in the above patent document, it is desirable to be able to fix the caster at a predetermined moving destination. However, simply locking the wheels of the caster is likely to cause skidding when the weight of the table is reduced, and it is expected that problems such as a gap between adjacent top plates will occur. Even if the casters can be prevented from skidding, if the weight of the entire table is reduced and the strength of the legs attached to the top plate is reduced, the legs will wobble and a gap will still be created between the adjacent top plates. Can be.

In view of these points, the present invention has a structure in which a single table can be easily and appropriately added in spite of having a simple structure, and a gap is unlikely to occur between the top plates, and the tables can be separated from each other. The purpose is to provide a table system with new functions that has been made convenient.

The present invention has taken the following measures in order to achieve such an object.

That is, the table system of the present invention is a table system in which the table can be matched with other tables and can be used as a large table by ensuring the continuity between the edges of the top plate by matching the tables.
The table comprises a top plate, legs that extend downward to the corners of the top plate, and common casters that are attached to the lower ends of all legs, which casters are wheels and lower ends. Equipped with a grounding member that can be raised and lowered between the position where the wheel protrudes below the ground contact part of the wheel and the position where it sinks upward, and the caster wheel is in contact with the floor on all legs and on all legs. It is possible to switch between the state where the grounding member of the caster is in contact with the floor on the surface.
By grounding all the grounding members of the table at the installation position where the edges of the top plate are butted against each other without any gap, the table can be fixed without causing a positional deviation from the abutted installation position. And
The table is connected to each other, and when the tables are connected to each other, the leg located at the center of the connecting direction can be retracted to the inner back of the top plate .

The table of the present invention configured in this way can be freely moved on the floor when the caster is grounded, and the grounding member protrudes downward and touches the ground at a predetermined moving destination, so that the moving function of the caster is restricted. .. In this case, the function of the caster is restricted by grounding the grounding member instead of locking the caster itself, so that the grounding area can be increased and stable installation is possible. Therefore, even if the tables are not connected to each other by a connecting member or a wiring duct at the positions where the tables are butted against each other, it is possible to effectively prevent a gap between the top plates due to the positional deviation of the grounding position. Then, a large table can be constructed by immediately increasing the number of tables from a single table, and the table can be separated again, dramatically increasing the degree of freedom in layout. Further, when the tables are connected to each other, the leg located at the center in the connecting direction can be retracted to the inner back of the top plate.

At that time, since this caster stabilizes the ground contact state by projecting the ground contact member, even if the shape and size of the ground contact surface and the weight of the table are reduced, effective static friction force is applied through the material and the like. Can be granted.

Specifically, the following aspects can be mentioned.
The top plate is a fixed top plate that does not flap.
The lower parts of the four sides of the top plate are all open without a curtain plate between the legs.
The legs are rod-shaped.
The table has the same shape as other tables.
A leg base is attached to the corner of the top plate, legs are attached to this leg base, and the leg bases are connected to each other with a frame material at the required points.

Since the present invention has the configuration described above, even if it is simply configured, it is possible to easily and appropriately increase the number of single tables, and there is a gap between the top plates without connecting the tables with a special connecting member. It is possible to provide a table system that can easily separate tables from each other by making it a structure that is less likely to cause It can be suitably used for constructing an office that combines the above. Further, when the tables are connected to each other, the leg located at the center in the connecting direction can be retracted to the inner back of the top plate.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

In the table system of this embodiment, the standard table (unit table) A shown in FIG. 1 is used alone as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 (a), and by connecting or temporarily connecting the required number and the required direction. As shown in FIG. 2B, a table B having an island-shaped arrangement structure that allows face-to-face seating can be used, or the legs 2 located at the center of the connection direction at the time of connection are retracted to the inner part of the top plate 3 (FIG. 2). As shown in c), functions such as making a so-called wagon-free type large table C in which the lower limb space is opened along the connecting direction so that the wagon WG and the like can be freely arranged are provided, thereby laying out in various modes. Is to be realized.

In this standard table A, as shown in FIG. 3, the legs 2 are attached to the leg base 1, the leg base 1 is attached to the top plate 3, and four lower surfaces near the four corners of the top plate 3 are attached via the leg base 2. It is supported by the leg 2 of.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the leg base 1 has a wide extension end 1b side with respect to the base end 1a, and is integrally made of, for example, aluminum die-cast. The leg base 1 has a pair of first standing walls 11 extending in a tapered direction from a base end 1a to which the legs 2 are attached, and a reverse tapered closing direction following the first standing walls 11. A pair of extending second standing walls 12 are provided, the first standing wall 11 is longer than the second standing wall 12, and the third standing wall 13 is arranged between the ends of the second standing wall 12. Standing walls 11, 12, and 13 form a closed peripheral wall 1x as a whole. The peripheral wall 1x has a pentagonal shape that is a deformed rhombus. Then, the lower ends of these standing walls 1x are connected by a bottom wall 14 having the same shape to form a boat-shaped structure having a flat space open upward inward. The vicinity of the base end 1a where the first standing walls 11 and 11 are gathered is thick with the bottom wall 14 raised upward, and the leg mounting portion 15 is formed on the lower surface. The leg mounting portion 15 has a first leg fitting portion 15a having a shape corresponding to the mounting hole 21 for fitting a leg 2 having a mounting hole 21 having an elongated cross section, and the first leg fitting. Adjacent to the second leg fitting portion 15b having a perfect circular cross section for fitting a large leg 102 having a mounting hole 121 having an oblong cross section larger than the leg 2 paired with the joint portion 15a. The line surrounding the second leg fitting portion 15b and the first leg fitting portion 15a corresponds to the mounting hole 121 of the large leg 102. In this embodiment, the mounting hole 21 of the leg 2 has an oval shape, the first leg fitting portion 15a has a corresponding oval cross section, and the second leg fitting portion 15b has a perfect circular cross section. It is said to be in the shape. Then, leg mounting holes 15c that open in the vertical direction are opened at least at two positions of the leg base 1 that penetrate the leg fitting portion 15a, and are inside the mounting holes 21 and 121 of the corresponding legs 2, 102. By forming screw holes 22 and 122 in the legs and tightening a screw (not shown) inserted into the leg mounting hole 15c of the leg base 1 from above to the screw holes 22 and 122 of the legs 2 and 102, the legs 2 and 102 are attached to the leg base. It is designed to be connected in a state of being drawn to 1. As described above, the leg base 1 is composed of the first standing wall 11 and the second standing wall 12 in which a part of the peripheral wall 1x is a pair of facing walls, but the distance between the facing walls is narrow. 1 Connect the intersection of the first standing wall 11 and the second standing wall 12 and the bottom wall 14 at the position where the vicinity of the base end of the standing wall 11 and the bottom wall 14 are connected and the part where the distance between the facing walls is the largest. Reinforcing portions 10 are formed by bulging inward positions, and a top plate mounting hole 10a is formed through these reinforcing portions 10 in the vertical direction, and is shown in FIG. 3 by a screw v1 inserted from below. As described above, the lower surface of the top plate 3 can be attached to the upper surface of the peripheral wall 1x of the leg base 1.

As shown in FIG. 4, the elevation surface of the second standing wall 12 located on the extending end side of the leg base 1 is a frame that connects to the other leg base 1 by denting a part of the outer surface. A frame material mounting surface 12a for mounting the material 4 is formed. The pair of second standing walls 12, 12 in this embodiment are orthogonal to each other, and the frame member mounting surfaces 12a, 12a are also orthogonal to each other, and the end faces 4a, 4a of the pair of frame members 4, 4 extending in different directions by 90 ° are also orthogonal to each other. Is abutted against and engaged with these frame material mounting surfaces 12a and 12a, and the frame material 4 is pulled toward the leg base 1 side by a screw v2 so that it can be connected. The thickness (height dimension) of the leg base 1 and the thickness (height dimension) of the frame member 4 are set to be substantially the same, and the upper surface of the frame member 4 is also arranged at a height that supports the top plate 3. Screw insertion holes 12b and 12b are opened in the frame member mounting surfaces 12a and 12a, and screw insertion holes 4b are formed in the inner circumference of the frame member 4a. Further, the transparent windows 11b and 11b are opened in the elevations of the pair of first standing walls 11 and 11, and the screws of the frame material mounting surface 12a of the second standing wall 12 at a position crossing these transparent windows 11b. The path L connecting the insertion hole 12b is used as an insertion / removal path for the screw v2 for pulling and connecting the frame member 4 to the leg base 1. The elevation surface of the first standing wall 11 provided with the transparent window 11b is made into an optional member mounting surface 11d by denting a part of the outer surface, and the optional member is attached to a part of the optional member mounting surface 11d. The screw hole 11c is provided.

If necessary, ribs may be provided inside the leg base 1 to connect the portions of the peripheral wall 1x as appropriate.

The leg 2 is a rod-shaped (post-shaped) one, and as shown in FIG. 3, the lower end of the leg 2 has a grounding portion 21a at a position deviated from the support shaft m and is a swing type that can rotate around the support shaft m. It is movably supported by the caster 21 of the above. An operation unit 21b is provided in a part of the caster 21, and a grounding member 20 that moves up and down by the operation of the operating unit 21b and projects to the same as or below the grounding portion 21a of the caster 21 is provided. That is, the sliding function of the caster 21 is not hindered at the immersion position of the grounding member 20, the sliding function of the caster 21 is stopped at the protruding position of the grounding member 20, and the leg 2 can be stably grounded at that position.

As shown in FIG. 23, the caster 21 has a caster main body 211 having a bearing hole 211a in the center and a pair of wheels 213 pivotally attached to both ends of an axle 212 inserted into the bearing hole 211a of the caster main body 211. And. A mounting shaft 214 is projected from the top of the caster main body 211, and the mounting shaft 214 is mounted on the lower end of the leg 2 by an appropriate structure such as screwing or press fitting. A vertical hole 215 is provided in the caster main body 211 at a position deviated from the bearing hole 211a, and the support rod 201 of the grounding member 20 is inserted into the vertical hole 215 so that the grounding member 20 is a pair of wheels 213. It is configured so that it can be recessed between 213 in a direction parallel to the mounting shaft 214. In this case, for example, the cross sections of both are formed into a rectangular shape or the like so that the support rod 201 does not rotate with respect to the vertical hole 215. A tension spring 202 is provided between the inner end of the vertical hole 215 and the support rod 201 of the grounding member 20, and the grounding member 20 is urged in the immersion direction. The grounding member 20 has a plate-shaped grounding portion 203 that is wider than the support rod 201 on the lower end side, and is in contact with the lower end surface 211b of the caster main body 211 to be restricted from further upward movement.

Further, the operating member 200 is rotatably engaged with the axle 212. In this operating member 200, a pair of face plate portions 200a and 200a are interposed in the gap between the caster main body 211 and the wheel 213, and the axle 212 is inserted into the shaft hole 200b provided in the face plate portion 200a, and the face plate portion 200a is the caster main body. The operation unit 200c is formed by connecting the tip portions extending from 211. The operation member 200 is in the upper standby position when the grounding member 20 is in the immersion position shown in FIG. 24 (a), and the operation unit 200c is moved downward from here as shown in FIGS. 24 (a) → (b). When the pressing operation is performed, the edge of the face plate portion 200a rotates while pushing down the ground contact portion 203, and holds the ground contact portion 203 in the protruding position at a predetermined rotation position. At this position, the immersion direction of the ground contact portion 203 and the rotation direction of the operation unit 200c do not match as shown by the arrows in FIG. 24 (b), so that the operation is performed even if a reaction force from the floor acts on the ground contact portion 203. The unit 200c does not rotate upward, but rotates upward as shown in FIGS. 24 (b) → (a) for the first time by the operating force applied to the operation unit 200c and the auxiliary operation unit 200d provided in the vicinity of the operation unit 200c. be able to.

In this embodiment, in the side view shown in FIG. 24 seen from the direction orthogonal to the traveling direction of the caster 21, the center 20 m of the ground contact member 20 touches the ground at substantially the same position as the position 213 m where the wheel 213 touches the ground. It is configured. Further, the ground contact width Xc of the ground contact member 20 along the traveling direction is set to be smaller than the diameter M of the caster. The plate-shaped grounding portion 203 has a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view or a bottom view, and is configured so that the lower end thereof comes into contact with the floor on the surface, and a non-slip member 203a such as a urethane pad is attached or applied to the lower surface. Has been done. In this way, the lower end of the grounding member 20 is provided with a shape or material that increases the frictional resistance with the floor as compared with the case where the caster 21 is grounded in the locked state.

That is, as shown in FIG. 1, since the casters 21 having such a grounding member 20 are attached to all the legs 2, the table is being used with the grounding member 20 grounded in addition to the mobility. In addition, the rolling of the caster 21 can be accurately suppressed. Further, since the function of the caster 21 is restricted by grounding the grounding member 20 instead of locking the wheel 213, skidding of the lower end of the leg 2 while using the table can be effectively suppressed.
That is, this table has a top plate 3, a leg base 1 attached to a corner of the top plate 3, a rod-shaped leg 2 attached to the leg base 1 by extending downward, and all the legs 2. The caster 21 is provided with a common caster 21 attached to the lower end, and the grounding member 20 projects downward due to an operation applied to the operation unit 200, and the lower end of the grounding member 20 comes into contact with the floor on the surface. The grounding member 20 is configured to be immersed by the operation in the direction, and the grounding member 20 of all the casters 21 is brought into contact with the floor on the surface by the operation applied to all the operation units 20.
At that time, the operation unit 200 is rotatably engaged with the axle 212 of the caster 21 and attached.
Further, in the side view, the axle 212 is positioned at a portion that deviates from the mounting shaft 214 attached to the center m of the leg 2 and fits within the width dimension of the leg 2.
Further, the grounding member 20 is arranged so as to extend on both sides beyond the center m of the leg 2.
Further, the operation unit 200 is configured to project the ground contact member 20 downward while the force point gradually moves toward the protrusion direction of the ground contact member 20 and toward the direction orthogonal to the protrusion direction as the rotation operation is performed around the axle 212. ing.
Further, the power point of the operation unit 200 is configured to move substantially directly below the axle 212 at the protruding position of the ground contact member 20 and slip under the leg 2.

The top plate 3 is rectangular, more specifically square, and has a shape similar to the shape of the top plate 3 as a hole for inserting wiring in the center, specifically, a square shape similar to the top plate 3. The wiring hole 31, which is a wiring opening, is opened through the wiring hole 31 in the wall thickness direction. As shown in FIG. 6, leg base mounting portions 3A and 3B are formed on the lower surface of the top plate 3 in the vicinity of the four corners and the vicinity of the wiring holes 31 by using the insert nuts 30, and the four top plate edge portions 3x. The frame member mounting portions 3C and 3C'are formed by using the insert nut 30 at the position along the top plate edge portion 3x on the inner side and from the center. As shown in FIG. 14, the wiring hole 31 at the substantially central portion of the top plate 3 shown in FIG. 1 is set so that the distance d between the peripheral edge thereof and each seatable top plate edge portion 3x is substantially equal. There is.

Then, by attaching the leg base 1 to the leg mounting portions 3A on the lower surfaces of the four corners of the top plate 3 as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the top plate 3 can be made self-supporting with the four legs 2 as shown in FIG. The standard (unit) table A is configured. The top plate 3 extends from the corners of the four corners toward the inside (center side) of the top plate 3, and the leg base 1 also corresponds to this and the legs on the base end 1a side shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. It has a divergent shape from the mounting portion 15 toward the top plate mounting hole 10a, and is shown in FIG. 8 and the like with the base end 1a of the leg base 1 substantially aligned with the corner portion of the top plate 3 as shown in FIG. By arranging the legs 2 as close to the end of the top plate 1 as possible, the contact distance between the legs can be increased, and the top plate 3 and the leg base 1 spread at least to the back side of the leg base 1. By connecting the legs to the top plate mounting hole 10a provided in the portion, an appropriate fixing state can be obtained for the leg base 1 and the leg 2 with respect to the top plate 3. As shown in FIG. 7, the adjacent leg bases 1 are set so that the frame material mounting surfaces 12a and 12a are parallel to each other in the mounted state, and any leg bases 1 and 1 are connected by the frame material 4. The frame member 4 can be attached to the frame member mounting portion 3C shown in FIG. 6 along the top plate edge portion 3x. The lumber 4 has a square pipe shape, and the lumber 4 is pulled by a screw v2 through the insertion / removal path L shown in FIG. 4 with the end surface 4a abutting against the lumber mounting surface 12a. It is connected to the leg base 1. If the legs bases 1 and 1 at the four corners are connected by the frame member 4, a gate-shaped leg composed of a pair of legs 2 and 2 and a pair of leg bases 1 and 1 and a frame member 4 in between, as shown in FIG. The body 2x is formed on each of the four top plate edge portions 3x. Of course, as shown in FIG. 9, it is also possible to provide the frame member 4 only on a part of the top plate edge portion 3x and open the lower surface of the other top plate edge portion 3x. In this case, there is no frame member 4. It is also possible to attach a drawer or the like at the position. In this way, the rigidity of the top plate can be effectively increased by connecting the leg bases 1, 1 to each other at the required points by the frame member 4.

Then, the blind cover 5a shown in FIG. 10A and the pair of wiring covers 5b shown in FIG. 10B can be selectively attached to the wiring hole 31 so as to partially open and close the opening. .. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 10 (d), the wiring holes 31 are projected in a plurality of sets in a state where the shafts 31a are paired and face each other at the required points on the inner circumference of the facing edges. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 11, the wiring cover 5b is composed of a first lid 51 and a second lid 52, and is provided with a notch 51a that opens outward on the edge of the first lid 51 on one end side. The second lid 52 has a shape corresponding to the notch 51a, via a support portion 50 including a shaft 50a and a bearing 50b so that the second lid 52 can be opened and closed with respect to the first lid 51. Are interconnected. The first lid 51 is further provided with a pair of bearings 51b that open downward at the edges orthogonal to these in the vicinity of the edge on one end side and the edge on the other end side, and these bearings 51b are provided. As shown in FIG. 11B, the bearing portion is configured by engaging with the shaft 31a protruding from the corresponding position on the inner circumference of the wiring hole 31 shown in FIGS. 1 and 10D. Then, by disengaging the shaft 31a of the bearing portion near the edge of either one end side or the other end side and the bearing 51b, the bearing portion becomes one end side as shown by a solid line or an imaginary line in FIG. 10 (d). The wiring cover 5b can be opened on both sides in both the upright direction and the upright direction on the other end side. A desktop outlet C is arranged in the wiring hole 31 supported by a main wiring receiver 6 (see FIG. 13 (a)) described later, and the outlets c1 to c3 of the desktop outlet C are shown in FIG. 10 (c). As shown, the first lid 51 is closed and the second lid 52 is opened so that it can be exposed upward. The outlets c1 to c3 correspond to, for example, a power plug, a first information plug, and a second information plug. The relationship between the bearing 51b constituting the bearing portion and the shaft 31a is such that the wiring cover 5b can be mounted even if the wiring cover 5b is swiveled by 180 ° in a plan view. The first lids 51, 51 can also be arranged so that the second lids 52, 52 are adjacent to each other. The blind cover 5a shown in FIG. 10A has slits 53 opened on four sides for passing the base portion p20 and the like of the clamp p2 (see FIG. 21) described later. As for the wiring cover 5b, as shown by an imaginary line in FIG. 3 (e), an opening by a notch 51a is also provided on the other end side of the first lid 51, and a position for opening and closing the notch 51a on one end side and the other end side. The second lid 52 can be provided in pairs with the above.

Further, a wiring receiving mounting portion 3D is formed by an insert nut in the vicinity of the four corners of the wiring hole 31 on the lower surface of the top plate 3 shown in FIG. The main wiring receiver 6 shown in a) can be attached. The main wiring receiver 6 is provided with a pair of standing pieces 62 and 63 on each of the four sides of the bottom wall 61 by bending a sheet metal, and the pair of standing pieces 62 extends further upward and has a tip. The mounting piece 64 is formed by bending outward, and the main wiring receiver 6 is provided in the vicinity of the wiring hole on the lower surface of the top plate 3 by utilizing the screw insertion hole 64a provided in the mounting piece 64. It is designed to be attached to the receiving attachment part 3D. The main wiring receiver 6 of the present embodiment has a rectangular shape (substantially square shape) in a plan view, and the wiring space S1 is open to a pair of standing pieces 63 having a small rising dimension. A gap 65 is formed between the pair of standing pieces 63 and the adjacent standing pieces 62 on both sides. In the vicinity of the four corners of the bottom wall 61, slits 66 are formed at the boundary between the bottom wall 61 and the upright piece 62 so as to penetrate at least parallel to the bottom wall 61 and reach the inside and outside of the wiring space S1.

Further, the expansion wiring receiver 7 shown in FIGS. 12 (b) and 13 (a) can be added to the main wiring receiver 6 as needed. The expansion wiring receiver 7 is provided with a pair of standing pieces 72 and 73 on each of the four sides of the bottom wall 71 by bending a sheet metal, and the pair of standing pieces 72 are further upward from both ends thereof. The mounting piece 74 is formed by extending the hanging piece 76 inward and bending the mounting piece 74 inward at the tip, and temporarily elastically deforms the pair of hanging pieces 76, 76 in the direction of opening between them to form the mounting piece 74. Is inserted into the slit 66 of the main wiring receiver 6 to be elastically engaged, and screwed using the screw insertion hole 74a provided in the mounting piece 74 and the screw insertion hole 61a provided in the bottom wall 61 at that position. As a result, the expansion wiring receiver 7 is suspended and supported by the main wiring receiver 6 via the hanging piece 76. The extended wiring receiver 7 of the present embodiment has a rectangular shape substantially corresponding to the shape of the main wiring receiver 6 in a plan view, and the wiring space S2 is open to all the standing pieces 72 and 73. A gap 75 is formed between the pair of standing pieces 73 and the adjacent standing pieces 72 on both sides.

Further, the wiring holes 60a and 60b, which penetrate the thickness of the wiring holes 31 of the table A at the corresponding positions of the wiring holes 31 in the bottom wall 61 of the main wiring receiver 6 and the bottom wall 71 of the expansion wiring receiver 7. 70a is open. Specifically, a wiring hole 70a of one expansion wiring receiver 7 larger than this is located directly under the wiring holes 60a of the plurality (two) of the main wiring receiver 6, and the wiring hole 60b of the main wiring receiver 6 is located. The face plate portion of the bottom wall 71 of the expansion wiring receiver 7 is located directly below. A protective frame is attached to the opening of the wiring hole 70a of the expansion wiring receiver 7, and the hole 60c on the side of the main wiring receiver 6 is used as a mounting hole for the desktop outlet C shown in FIG. 10 (c). .. In this case, the bottom wall 61 of the main wiring receiver 6 is attached so as to position the outlet C so that the outlets c1 to c3 face a position substantially matching the upper surface of the top plate 3 and the outlet C is arranged. It is used as a member.

As described above, in the table A of the present embodiment, the main wiring receiver 6 is attached to the lower surface of the central portion of the top plate 3, and the expansion wiring receiver 7 can be attached to the main wiring receiver 6. However, as shown in FIG. 14, the table A of this embodiment has a usage area 3α (a range of use 3α) that is applied to the lower limb space of a standard seater between each top plate edge 3x under the top plate and a predetermined position in the inner back. The used area 3β (the figure (b)) assigned to the storage space of the storage member such as a wagon is set in FIG. The plan view dimension of the expansion wiring receiver 7 is set so as to fit in the enclosed position), and the expansion wiring receiver 7 is attached to the expansion wiring receiver 7 in a state of hanging from the main wiring receiver 6 as shown in FIG. 13 (a). I have to. The main wiring receiver 6 is attached to the lower surface of the top plate and is flat, but the main wiring receiver 6 is also provided at a position where it does not overlap (enclosed position) with these used areas 3α and 3β in a plan view. There is.

Further, the wiring duct 8 shown in FIG. 13 can be connected to these wiring receivers 6 and 7 as needed. The wiring duct 8 has a channel shape having upright pieces 82 and 82 provided on both sides of the bottom wall 81 and opens upward, and the end portion of the upright piece 82 projects in the longitudinal direction from the bottom wall 81 to provide the mounting piece 83. Is forming. Then, the mounting piece 63 is inserted at a position where it overlaps with the standing pieces 62 and 72 through the gaps 65 and 75 of the wiring receivers 6 and 7, and the screw insertion holes 62a provided in the standing pieces 62 and 72 at that position. The main wiring receiver 6 and the wiring duct 8 or the expansion wiring receiver 7 and the wiring duct 8 can be connected by using the 72a and the screw insertion hole 8a provided in the mounting piece 83. Of course, this table system also includes a main wiring receiver 6 and an auxiliary wiring receiver 7 in which a gap similar to the above gap 65 is provided between the standing pieces 62 and 72 and the adjacent standing pieces 63 and 73. It is also possible to connect the wiring duct 8 in a direction orthogonal to the illustrated example).

Next, the continuous function of the standard table of the present embodiment configured in this way will be described.

As described above, the standard table A is movable by the casters 21, and the structure is also a lightweight four-legged structure, so that the standard table A can be moved on the floor extremely easily. Then, the top plate edge portions 3x and 3x are butted against each other, and at that position, the main wiring receivers 6 and 6 or the extended wiring receivers 7 and 7 are located at the top plate edge portions as shown in FIGS. 13 (a) and 13 (b). By connecting with a wiring duct 8 so as to pass between the pair of legs 2 and 2 of 3x, the positional relationship between the top plates 3 and 3 is established via the wiring receiver 6 (7) as shown in FIG. 2 (b). It can be temporarily connected so as to be maintained by the wiring duct 8, and the continuous wiring function is also ensured, so that the table B can be used as an island-shaped arrangement in a state where the top plate 3 is expanded substantially flush with each other. Further, as described above, the caster 21 has a lock function, and the grounding member 20 is grounded by the lever operation to fix the table A. Therefore, in combination with the connection structure by the wiring duct 8, the island-shaped arrangement is provided. A state in which the table B can be used stably can be obtained. This table system also has a function of connecting the top plates 3 and 3 to each other with the auxiliary connecting tool g1 as needed, as shown in FIG. In the illustrated example, a receiver g2 made of resin or the like can be attached near the corner of each top plate edge portion 3x, and the top plate edge portion is connected between these receivers g2 by an auxiliary connecting tool g1 such as a resin fastener. The continuity between 3x and 3x can be easily guaranteed. The receiving tool g2 can be mounted by using the leg base mounting portion 3A and the frame member mounting portion 3C shown in FIG. Furthermore, since this standard table A is lightweight, it is possible to make a simple connection using only the auxiliary connecting tool g1 and the receiving tool g2 without connecting the wiring receivers 6 and 6 (7, 7) with the wiring duct 8. can. Although FIGS. 2 (b) and 2 (c) show a state in which two stations are connected by utilizing such a connected structure, it is also possible to increase the number of stations to three or more by the same structure.

On the other hand, in FIG. 8, when the top plate edge portions 3x and 3x are abutted against each other, the top plate edge portion 3x side, which is the abutting edge portion of each top plate 3, is supported for more accurate connection. A gate-shaped leg body 2x composed of a pair of legs 2 and 2 and a pair of leg bases 1 and 1 and a frame member 4 between them is used by using the leg base mounting portion 3B and the frame material mounting portion 3C'shown in FIG. Then, as shown in FIG. 16, the large top plate 30 is formed and replaced in parallel at positions extending between the adjacent top plates 3 and 3 along the direction intersecting (orthogonal) with the top plate edge portion 3x. It is also possible to support the large top plate 30 by the leg body 2x that has been performed and the leg body 2x that has not been replaced. In this embodiment, the replaced leg 2x is displaced from the position supporting the top plate edge 3x on the butt side to the center side of the top plate (center side with respect to the depth direction and the connection direction), that is, wiring. It is replaced near the hole 31, and the leg 2 is retracted to the inner part of the top plate edge portion 30x of the large top plate 3 as shown in FIG. 2 (c). As a result, the lower limb space is continuous along the connecting direction of the top plate 3, and a so-called wagon-free state in which the wagon WG or the like can be stored at any position along the longitudinal direction is realized.

In this case, the end faces 4a between the frame members 4 and 4 connected to the replaced leg base 1 are opened, and a gap is created between the end faces 4a and 4a, but in this embodiment, the gaps are connected by the connecting member 40. I am doing it. As shown in FIG. 17, the connecting member 40 has a U-shape having standing pieces 40a at both ends, and is made by, for example, plastic deformation processing of a metal plate. By facing the screws inserted into the standing pieces 40a and fastening them to the screw holes 4b of the frame members 4, the frames 4 and 4 can be pulled together and connected. The connecting member 40 is fixed to the lower surface of the top plate 3 by using the leg base mounting portion 3A. Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 16, the leg base 1 is set so as to be parallel to the frame member 2 from which the leg base 1 has been removed and the frame member mounting surface 12a of the replaced leg base 1, and the connecting member 140 is further set between them. It is also possible to connect with. Although the illustrated example shows three stations, the number of stations can be increased to two or four or more by the same connection structure.

Further, since the leg base 1 has orthogonal rack member mounting surfaces 12a, even if the top plates 3 are arranged in an L shape as shown in FIG. 18A, the rack members of the adjacent top plates 3 are arranged in an L shape. The mounting surfaces 12a face each other in parallel, and it is possible to realize an L-shaped connection by connecting the mounting surfaces 12a with a frame member 8. Further, by utilizing this property, it can be easily developed into a T-shaped concatenated table as shown in the figure (b) and a cross-shaped concatenated table as shown in the figure (c).

In this case, if the main wiring receiver 6 and the auxiliary wiring receiver 7 are provided with the gaps 65 and 75 shown in FIG. 13, the wiring receivers 6 and 6 (7 and 7) are provided according to the layout. It is also possible to connect the wires vertically and horizontally with the wiring duct 8. Since the wiring duct 8 at that time is set to pass through the inside of the replaced leg body 2x and 2x, interference is effectively avoided, and the wiring duct 8 is the wiring receiver 6 shown in FIG. Since it fits in the used areas 3α and 3α (between 3β and 3β) set at two locations from the top plate edge 3x and 3x facing inward due to the positional relationship with 7 and 7, those used areas 3α It is possible to realize vertical and horizontal connection and continuous wiring functions while effectively avoiding interference with 3β.

Further, a small table D shown in FIG. 19 having a size obtained by dividing the top plate of the standard table A into integers can be used in combination with this desk system. The small table D has a notch-shaped wiring opening 131 that opens on the top plate 103 on the side of the top plate edge 103x, and the top plate 3 of the standard table A shown in FIG. 1 passes through the wiring hole 31. It corresponds to the shape divided into two by a line parallel to the top plate edge 3x. The wiring opening 131 is also provided with a shaft portion 131a similar to the shaft portion 31a shown in FIG. 1, so that one wiring cover 5b shown in FIGS. 10 (b) to 10 (d) can be mounted so as to be openable on both sides. I have to. Therefore, the wiring cover 5b can also be used, and if the small tables D and D are butted against each other so that the wiring openings 131 are adjacent to each other as shown in FIG. 19B, the standard table A shown in FIG. 1 is used. It is also possible to construct a standard table A'with the same top plate area. In this case, it is effective to make the wiring receiver half-split structure of the wiring receivers 7 and 8 of the standard table A so that the wiring receiver equivalent to the wiring receivers 7 and 8 is configured when they are butted against each other. The connection between the legs is also the same as the connection between the top plates 3 and 3 by replacing the legs 2x in the standard table A, and the connection between the wiring receivers 7 and 7 (between 8 and 8) by the wiring duct 8. It is effective to adopt the above structure. The same applies to the auxiliary connector g1 and the like.

In this way, it is possible to configure another large table A'by connecting the small tables D in succession, and it is possible to easily develop a layout in which the small table D is added to a part of the standard table A. can.

The side panel SP shown in FIGS. 2A to 2C is an elevation surface provided with the optional member mounting surface 11d on the optional member mounting surface 11d of the leg base 1 as shown in FIGS. 4 and 20. The bracket p1 is used to close the transparent window 11b of the above, and when the outlet box SC is arranged below the top plate edge 3x as shown in FIG. 1, an appropriate bracket is used in the same manner as above. The mounting can be realized by mounting it on the optional member mounting surface 11d. As described above, each leg base 1 is provided with a plurality (two) optional member mounting surfaces 11d, and in addition to this, various optional members such as a curtain plate for closing the lower limb space can be used. Can be attached.

Further, the desktop panel DTP shown in FIG. 2B can be attached to the opening edge of the opening hole 31 of the top plate 3 by using the clamp p2 shown in FIG. 21. The clamp p2 engages the U-shaped base portion p20 in the wiring hole 31 shown in FIG. 1 so as to sandwich the top plate 3 in the thickness direction, and rotates the shaft portion p21 screwed to the base portion p20. It is possible to mount the top plate 3 with the top plate 3 sandwiched between the lower end of the shaft portion p21 and the lower piece of the base portion 20, and insert a support rod into the hole p22 provided in the shaft center portion of the shaft portion p21. And the desktop panel DTP is set up. The base p20 is raised through the slit 53 shown in FIG. 10 (a).

The desk system of the present embodiment configured in this way realizes a degree of freedom in layout not found in the conventional desk system.

That is, the conventional table system uses a table system in which furniture can be distributed everywhere to make free addresses, or a table in which desks for one person are appropriately connected to realize an island-shaped facing arrangement structure. The structure is specialized based on either the concept of using a system or a table system in which the legs support the position that does not obstruct the lower limb space of the large top plate, and the layout is constructed by this structure. It was customary. However, the required layout varies depending on the attributes and number of people of the organization used, organizational changes, etc., so it did not always fit the needs of users.

Specifically, if the needs of users for free table layouts can be broadly divided into two, one is to improve team building, eliminate boundaries with other departments, and change the way of using the day (1). There is a type that emphasizes qualitative effects such as being able to respond to desk work (desk work, meetings), being lively, and inspiring creativity. It can be considered that there is a type that emphasizes quantitative efficiency, such as shortening and increasing the frequency of communication.

However, for example, the conventional free address desk has the advantage of the former, but it has the disadvantages that communication within the department is not good, it is uncomfortable because the individual seats are small, and the number of seats is insufficient if the enrollment rate is high. The conventional island-type facing structure has the advantage of the latter, but since the continuous installation direction is limited to one direction, it is not suitable for organizations that need to cooperate vertically and horizontally in various parts of the floor such as project teams, and it is fixed. Therefore, there is a problem that it is difficult to see what kind of office layout is optimal for the future. Furthermore, the conventional large table structure can handle the increase and decrease of the number of people in the department, but it is not suitable for the project team mentioned above because the arrangement direction is also limited, and the top plate area can be expanded. There is a problem that meetings and meetings cannot be held in the desk space due to lack of space.

In this way, conventional desks are not supposed to be connected, or the connection direction is extremely limited, and the structure corresponds to the functions of free address type, island type, and large table type in advance. Because it was made in Japan and has strong attributes, if you use it alone, you cannot eliminate the tendency to be biased toward either a qualitative effect-oriented layout or a quantitative efficiency-oriented layout. It was a thing.

On the other hand, in the present embodiment, the standard tables A are connected vertically and horizontally, the tables A and A are temporarily connected by using the wiring duct D, and the positions of the legs 2x are changed if necessary. Strong connection between the top plates 3 and 3 and wagon-free are realized, and the small table D is laid out as appropriate so that it can be used in combination with the standard table A.

Then, the standard table A with four legs is used as the basic configuration unit, and from the place where a plurality of the standard tables A are arranged, the nearest four-legged table can be separated, gathered, and dispersed as needed. Based on the square (rectangular) standard table A corresponding to personal work, from the place where it is arranged in a matrix, by connecting and expanding it vertically and horizontally as needed, islands can be found in any direction. It can be expanded to a mold table B or a large table C, and vice versa. Therefore, when laying out the office space, the ratio of the qualitative zone and the quantitative zone can be appropriately set and changed according to the organization, and a fluid layout can be realized.

As described above, the table A of the present embodiment includes the top plate 3, the leg base 1 attached to the corner of the top plate 3 and extending from the corner toward the inside of the top plate 3, and the leg base 1. A rod-shaped leg 2 attached so as to extend downward and a caster 21 attached to the lower end of the leg 2 are provided, and the caster 21 is a grounding member 20 facing downward by an operation applied to the operation unit 200. Is configured so that the grounding member 20 is immersed by the operation in the opposite direction.

As shown in FIG. 25, the table A of the present embodiment configured as described above can be freely moved on the floor in the XY direction, the diagonal direction, or the θ direction when the caster 21 is grounded, and is operated at a predetermined moving destination. When the unit 200 is operated, the grounding member 20 protrudes downward and touches the ground as shown in FIGS. 24 (a) to 24 (b), so that the moving function of the caster 21 is restricted. In this case, since the function of the caster 21 is restricted by grounding the grounding member 20 instead of locking the caster 21 itself, the grounding area can be increased and the caster 21 can be stably installed on the floor. Therefore, as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 25, at the positions where the tables A and A are butted against each other, even if the tables A and A are not particularly connected by a connecting member or a wiring duct, the position of the grounding position shifts between the top plates 3 and 3. It is possible to effectively prevent the formation of gaps and the like. Further, if the operation unit 200 is operated in the opposite direction as shown in FIGS. 24 (b) to 24 (a), the table A can be moved again by the caster 21. As described above, it is possible to immediately configure a large table from the single table A and separate it into the single table A again, and the degree of freedom in layout can be dramatically increased.

At that time, since the caster 21 stabilizes the grounding state by projecting the grounding member 20, even if the table A is lightened, the shape and size of the grounding surface, that is, the lower surface of the grounding portion 202. Effective static frictional force can be applied through the material or the like.

In particular, since the leg base 1 for attaching the leg 2 to the top plate 3 spreads toward the inside of the top plate 3, the attachment state of the leg base 1 to the top plate 3 is stable, and the attachment strength of the leg 2 is obtained. In addition, by bringing the legs 2 as close to the corners of the top plate 3 as possible, the contact distance between the legs 2 and 2 can be increased, and the stability of the contact state can be improved.

Further, as described above, the caster 21 of the present embodiment is grounded at a position displaced in the horizontal direction from the center of the leg 2 and can swing around the center of the leg 2, but the grounding member 20 is a grounding member 20. Since the center is configured to touch the ground at substantially the same position as the position where the wheel 213 is touching the ground in the side view shown in FIG. 24 when viewed from the direction orthogonal to the traveling direction of the caster 21, the center is shown in FIG. 25 through the caster 21. After adjusting the table A to the position where it is desired to be fixed as shown, the grounding member 20 can be grounded as it is at the grounding position of the caster 21, and it is effective that the adjusted grounding state shifts when switching from the caster 21 to the grounding member 20. Can be prevented.

Further, the ground contact member 20 is provided so as to be retractable between the pair of wheels 213 and 213 as shown in FIG. 23, and the ground contact width is set smaller than the diameter M of the caster 21 as shown in FIG. 24. Since the grounding member 20 is hidden inside the caster 21, the appearance is improved and at the same time, the grounding area can be sufficiently secured to some extent.

Further, since the lower end of the grounding member 20 is configured to come into contact with the floor on the surface and the non-slip member 203a is provided at the lower end thereof, the grounding state of the grounding member 20 can be stabilized.

In addition to the above, in the table A of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 8, four legs 2 are arranged at the four corners of the top plate 3 via the leg base 1, and two adjacent legs 2 are arranged at the required points. Since the upper ends of the legs 2 and 2 are connected by the frame member 4 via the leg base 1, the leg base 1 can be used to effectively increase the mounting strength of the legs 2 and the rigidity of the top plate 3. Combined with an appropriate grounding state by the grounding member 20, it is possible to effectively prevent problems such as a gap between the top plates 3 and 3 during continuous installation shown in FIG. 25.

In particular, the table A of this embodiment is a gate-shaped leg configured by connecting the upper ends of the two legs 2 and 2 with the frame member 4 via the leg base 1 as shown in FIG. Since the bodies 2x are arranged in pairs at positions supporting the facing edges of the top plate 3 and the legs 2x are further connected by the frame member 4, the legs are used by using the leg base 1. The mounting strength of 2 as a whole and the rigidity of the top plate 3 as a whole can be effectively increased, and in combination with an appropriate grounding state by the grounding member 20, there is a problem that a gap is generated between the top plates 3 and 3 during continuous installation shown in FIG. Can be prevented even more effectively.

Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the specific configuration of each part is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

For example, as shown in FIG. 26, the ground contact member 20 is substantially directly below the leg 2 with respect to the caster 21 which is grounded at a position displaced horizontally from the center of the leg 2 and can swing around the center of the leg. It is also effective to configure the center so that it touches the ground. In this way, the caster 21 can be moved when it is grounded, but when the grounding member 20 is grounded, the load of the rod-shaped leg 2 is supported at the optimum position directly below, so that when the table A is grounded, it is movable. It can be an effective configuration when you want to improve the stability. The operating member may be configured according to the operating principle of FIGS. 23 and 24.
