Description
Claims (5)
- 電動ブレーキであって、
制動要求に基づき、被制動部材に押圧される制動部材を移動させるピストンに、電動モータの駆動により発生する推力を伝達するブレーキ機構と、
前記電動モータの駆動を制御すると共に、非制動状態のときに、前記制動部材と前記被制動部材とのクリアランスが所定量となる所定クリアランス位置に前記ピストンを移動させる制御装置と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記制動要求が発生したときの前記ピストンの位置に拘わらず、前記制動要求が発生してから前記制動部材が前記被制動部材を押圧開始するまでの時間が所定時間となるように前記電動モータを駆動する電動ブレーキ。 - 請求項1において、
前記制御装置は、
前記ピストンを、前記所定クリアランス位置まで、前記被制動部材から離間する方向に移動させているときに前記制動要求が発生した場合、前記所定時間を、前記所定クリアランス位置にある前記ピストンが、前記被制動部材を押圧開始するまでの時間と同じにする電動ブレーキ。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記制御装置は、
前記ピストンを、前記所定クリアランス位置まで、前記被制動部材から離間する方向に移動させているときに前記制動要求が発生した場合、前記ピストンの位置を維持することで、前記制動要求が発生してから前記制動部材が前記被制動部材を押圧開始するまでの時間を前記所定時間にする電動ブレーキ。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記制御装置は、
前記ピストンを、前記所定クリアランス位置まで、前記被制動部材から離間する方向に移動させているときに前記制動要求が発生した場合、前記ピストンを前記所定クリアランス位置から移動させる場合に比して、前記ピストンの移動速度を減速することで、前記制動要求が発生してから前記制動部材が前記被制動部材を押圧開始するまでの時間を前記所定時間にする電動ブレーキ。 - 制御装置であって、前記制御装置は、
制動要求に基づき、被制動部材に押圧される制動部材を移動させるピストンに、電動モータの駆動により発生する推力を伝達するブレーキ機構の前記電動モータの駆動を制御すると共に、
前記制動要求が発生したときの前記ピストンの位置に拘わらず、前記制動要求が発生してから前記制動部材が前記被制動部材を押圧開始するまでの時間が所定時間となるように前記電動モータを駆動する制御装置。
