Description
Claims (11)
- 予め定められた液圧を有する液体を液体開口部(10)から排出するための圧力調整システム(1、16、19)であって、
液相(8)と、気相(9)とを有する弾性バッグ(3)であって、前記液体開口部(10)が前記弾性バッグ(3)の作動位置において前記弾性バッグ(3)の下方領域に形成されている、弾性バッグ(3)と、
前記弾性バッグ(3)の対向する壁に当接する少なくとも2つの押し要素(2)と、
少なくとも1つの押し要素を駆動するように構成された少なくとも1つの駆動ユニット(4)であって、前記少なくとも2つの押し要素を、少なくとも1つの押し要素を駆動させることによって互いに向かって移動させることができる少なくとも1つの駆動ユニット(4)と、
通信のために前記少なくとも1つの駆動ユニット(4)に接続されている制御ユニット(5)と、を備え、
前記弾性バッグ(3)は前記気相(9)の中に延びるガス開口部を有し、前記圧力調整システム(1、16、19)は、比例圧力弁を備える通気ユニット(6)を有し、前記通気ユニット(6)は、通信のために前記制御ユニット(5)に接続されるとともに、前記弾性バッグ(3)の前記ガス開口部に接続しており、前記通気ユニット(6)は、前記比例圧力弁を利用して、前記弾性バッグ(3)へのガスの供給および/または前記弾性バッグ(3)からのガスの排出によって、前記液体開口部(10)を通して排出される液体の液圧を調整することを特徴とする、圧力調整システム(1、16、19)。 - 押し要素(2)が互いに向かって移動する場合、前記弾性バッグ(3)内の圧力が前記通気ユニット(6)によって一定に保たれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の圧力調整システム(1、16、19)。
- 前記弾性バッグ(3)は、本質的に平面形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の圧力調整システム(1、16、19)。
- 前記弾性バッグ(3)は、折り畳まれ、その縁部(15)でシールされたプラスチックフィルムから形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の圧力調整システム(1、16、19)。
- 前記ガス開口部は、前記弾性バッグ(3)の作動位置において前記弾性バッグ(3)の上側から前記気相(9)内に突出する、または前記弾性バッグ(3)の作動位置において前記弾性バッグ(3)の下側から前記気相(9)内に突出する第1の管(12、17)によって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の圧力調整システム(1、16、19)。
- 前記ガス開口部および/または前記液体開口部(10)がそれぞれ破損防止部(12)を有し、前記ガス開口部および前記液体開口部(10)は、それぞれの破損防止部(12)が割れたときのみ外されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の圧力調整システム(1、16、19)。
- 前記ガス開口部および/または前記液体開口部(10)は、ルアー接続を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の圧力調整システム(1、16、19)。
- 前記圧力調整システム(1、16、19)は伸張要素(18)を有し、前記伸張要素(18)は、前記押し要素が互いに向かって移動するとき、前記少なくとも1つの押し要素の動きに対して横方向に前記弾性バッグ(3)を伸張させることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の圧力調整システム(1、16、19)。
- 前記少なくとも2つの押し要素が、互いに平行に配置されたプレート(2)によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の圧力調整システム(1、16、19)。
- 前記弾性バッグ(3)を取り囲むために、各々が前記プレート(2)に当接する複数の側壁(20)を有することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の圧力調整システム(1、16、19)。
- 少なくとも1つのセンサ(7)を有し、前記少なくとも1つのセンサ(7)は、気相(9)と、液相(8)との間の液面(13)を検出するように構成され、押し要素上に配置されるか、または前記弾性バッグ(3)上に適用されることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の圧力調整システム(1、16、19)。
