Claims (12)
- 少なくとも一方向に積層された複数の二次電池を備え、前記二次電池の電極リードが前方及び後方の少なくとも一方へ突出するように構成されたセルアセンブリーと、
前記セルアセンブリーの上部に配置された上部ハウジングと、
前記セルアセンブリーの前方及び後方の少なくとも一方に位置するセンシングブロックであって、電気伝導性材質から構成されて前記二次電池の電極リードと接触するバスバーを備え、前記上部ハウジングとスライド結合したセンシングブロックと、
を含むバッテリーモジュールであって、
前記センシングブロックが、前記上部ハウジングと結合した状態で前記セルアセンブリーの前後方向に沿ってスライド可能であり、且つ、前記上部ハウジングと予め結合した状態で前記上部ハウジングの下部方向への移動によって前記セルアセンブリーの前方及び後方の少なくとも一方に配置できるように構成されていることを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記セルアセンブリーは、前記電極リードが前記セルアセンブリーの前方及び後方の両方へ突出するように構成され、
前記センシングブロックが、前記セルアセンブリーの前方に位置する前方ブロック及び前記セルアセンブリーの後方に位置する後方ブロックを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記センシングブロックが、
前記セルアセンブリーの前方及び後方の少なくとも一方に位置し、前記バスバーが装着されるバスバー装着部と、
前記バスバー装着部の上部に位置し、前記上部ハウジングの方向へ突出するように形成され、前記上部ハウジングとスライド結合する一つ以上のスライド部と、
をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記上部ハウジングにはガイド部が形成され、前記スライド部が前記ガイド部の中に挿入され、前記セルアセンブリーの前後方向に沿って移動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ガイド部は、前記上部ハウジングにおいて前後方向へ長く延びる中空形態として形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記セルアセンブリーの前後方向へ長く延びるように形成され、前記バスバーと電気的に接続して前記バスバーからのセンシング情報を伝達する経路を提供するセンシングケーブルをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記センシングケーブルは、前記セルアセンブリーの前後方向に沿って長さの変化が可能に構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記センシングブロックには、前記バスバーが外側に装着され、前記電極リードが立てられた形態で貫通されるように構成された貫通孔が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールは、板状の熱伝導性材質から構成され、前記セルアセンブリーの下部に配置されて前記セルアセンブリーの熱を吸収する冷却プレートをさらに含み、
前記センシングブロックは、前記冷却プレートに向けて突出するように構成された補助結合部を下部にさらに備え、
前記冷却プレートは、前記センシングブロックが近接するにつれ、前記補助結合部が挿入され、前記セルアセンブリーの前後方向へ移動可能に構成された補助挿入部を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記センシングブロックが、当該センシングブロックのスライド移動距離を所定の距離内に制限するストッパーをさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から10のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から10のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、自動車。
