Claims (7)
- 常時外部電源が入力される外部電源入力部と、
電力が蓄えられるバッテリーと、
前記常時外部電源及び前記バッテリーの電力を調節する電力調節装置と、
を備えてなり、
前記バッテリーは、
一つ以上のバッテリーセルにより構成されたバッテリーモジュールと、
バッテリー管理システムと、
前記バッテリーモジュールと前記バッテリー管理システムとの間の経路及び前記バッテリーモジュールと前記電力調節装置との間の経路に配置されるメインスイッチと、
前記電力調節装置からウェイクアップオン信号を受信して、バッテリー管理システムにウェイクアップ信号を伝送するウェイクアップリレイと、
を備えてなり、
前記バッテリー管理システムは、
前記バッテリーモジュールの残存容量が所定の容量以下になれば、前記メインスイッチをオフにして前記バッテリーモジュールと前記バッテリー管理システムとの接続を遮断することにより、スリープモードに進入し、
前記電力調節装置は、前記バッテリーモジュールが充電状態であるときは前記常時外部電源から、放電状態であるときはバッテリーモジュールから駆動電力を入力されることを特徴とするエネルギー貯蔵システム。 - 前記電力調節装置は、
前記常時外部電源の入力部への前記常時外部電源の接続有無を判断し、且つ、前記ウェイクアップリレイを制御する制御部
を備えてなり、
前記制御部において、前記常時外部電源が接続されている状態であると判断されれば、前記電力調節装置は、前記常時外部電源から前記バッテリーモジュールに電力を供給して前記バッテリーモジュールを充電し、
前記制御部において、前記常時外部電源が接続されていない状態であると判断されれば、前記電力調節装置は、前記バッテリーモジュールの電力を外部に放電することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵システム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記電力調節装置に供給される前記常時外部電源とバッテリー電源が両方とも遮断されてオフ状態になっていて、前記常時外部電源が供給されて前記電力調節装置がオンになる瞬間にのみ、ウェイクアップリレイオン信号を生成して、前記ウェイクアップリレイに入力することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエネルギー貯蔵システム。 - 前記ウェイクアップリレイは、
一方の端が前記電力調節装置の制御部に接続されて、前記電力調節装置の制御部からウェイクアップリレイオン信号を入力されれば、リレイがオンになって、前記バッテリーモジュールの電力が前記スリープモードで動作中のバッテリー管理システムに入力されるように接続して、前記スリープモードで動作中の前記バッテリー管理システムを活性化させることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のエネルギー貯蔵システム。 - 前記バッテリー管理システムは、
活性化された後に、
前記メインスイッチをオンにし、
前記ウェイクアップリレイをオフにすることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のエネルギー貯蔵システム。 - エネルギー貯蔵システムの過放電を防止し、且つ、再起動させるための方法において、
バッテリー管理システムにおいてエネルギー貯蔵システムを構成するバッテリーモジュールの残存容量を測定するバッテリーモジュールの残存容量の測定ステップと、
前記測定されたバッテリーモジュールの残存容量が所定の容量以下である場合、バッテリーモジュールの放電を遮断し、前記バッテリー管理システムがスリープモードに切り替えるエネルギー貯蔵システムの過放電防止ステップと、
前記バッテリー管理システムがスリープモードにある間に、電力調節装置において、前記エネルギー貯蔵システムの常時外部電源の異常有無を判断する常時外部電源の異常有無の判断ステップと、
前記エネルギー貯蔵システムの前記常時外部電源の異常有無を判断したところ、前記常時外部電源が正常である場合、前記バッテリー管理システムを活性化させて前記エネルギー貯蔵システムを再起動させるエネルギー貯蔵システムの再起動ステップと、
を含んでなり、
前記エネルギー貯蔵システムの再起動ステップにおいて、
常時外部電源に異常があると判断される場合、前記バッテリー管理システムのスリープモードを保持し続け、
前記常時外部電源が正常である場合、前記バッテリー管理システムを活性化させることは、
前記電力調節装置の制御部において、ウェイクアップリレイオン信号を生成するウェイクアップリレイオン信号の生成ステップと、
前記生成されたウェイクアップリレイオン信号をウェイクアップリレイに入力するウェイクアップ信号の入力ステップと、
前記ウェイクアップリレイオン信号を入力した前記ウェイクアップリレイがオンになるウェイクアップリレイオンステップと、
を含んでなり、
前記ウェイクアップリレイがオンになれば、
バッテリーモジュールの電力がスリープモードで動作中の前記バッテリー管理システムに入力されて、前記スリープモードで動作中の前記バッテリー管理システムが活性化されることを特徴とするエネルギー貯蔵システムの過放電防止及び再起動方法。 - 前記スリープモードで動作中の前記バッテリー管理システムが活性化された場合、
前記バッテリー管理システムは、
メインスイッチをオンにし、前記ウェイクアップリレイをオフにするステップをさらに含んでなることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のエネルギー貯蔵システムの過放電防止及び再起動方法。
