本実施例における掛け布団中材1及び掛け布団は、編成樹脂網状構造体には、厚み方向へ熱圧着された圧着部2が一方の面(上面)又は他方の面(下面)の全体にわたって所定間隔で複数形成されている点において上記した実施例と異なる。なお、その余の点は上記した実施例と同様であるため説明を省略する。
圧着部2は、編成樹脂網状構造体に対して一方の面(上面)又は他方の面(下面)側から所定温度に加熱した棒材を押し当てること等により線状に形成することができる。所定温度に加熱した棒材が押し当てられた箇所は、熱で編成樹脂21が柔らかくなって押し潰され、編成樹脂21が折り重なった状態で冷え固まる。このように圧着部2を設けることで、キルティングを施さなくとも、掛け布団を引き裂く方向に力が加わったとき等に編成樹脂21同士の熱溶着部分が剥がれにくくなり、耐久性が向上する。圧着部2は、編成樹脂網状構造体を格子状等に区切るように形成することが好ましい。
図2に示す例では、複数の圧着部2を一方の側部から他方の側部にかけて互いに交差するように斜めに設けている。圧着部2の幅は0.5mm~20mm程度である。
なお、図2では、編成樹脂網状構造体に直線状の圧着部2を格子状に設けることで、圧着部2で囲まれた矩形の領域が複数形成された例を示しているが、圧着部2を曲線状に設けて円形の領域等を複数形成しても良い。
また、圧着部2が形成された編成樹脂網状構造体を掛け布団カバーで覆ってキルティングを施せば、編成樹脂21同士の熱溶着部分が更に剥がれにくくなる。

The crimping portion 2 can be formed linearly by pressing a bar heated to a predetermined temperature from one surface (upper surface) or the other surface (lower surface) side against the knitted resin net-like structure. At the place where the bar material heated to a predetermined temperature is pressed, the knitting resin 21 is softened and crushed by the heat, and the knitting resin 21 is cooled and hardened in a folded state. By providing the crimping portion 2 in this way, even if quilting is not performed, the heat-welded portions of the knitting resins 21 are less likely to be peeled off when a force is applied in the direction of tearing the comforter, and the durability is improved. The crimping portion 2 is preferably formed so as to divide the knitted resin net-like structure into a grid pattern or the like.
In the example shown in FIG. 2, a plurality of crimping portions 2 are diagonally provided so as to intersect each other from one side portion to the other side portion. The width of the crimping portion 2 is about 0.5 mm to 20 mm.
Note that FIG. 2 shows an example in which a plurality of rectangular regions surrounded by the crimping portions 2 are formed by providing the linear crimping portions 2 in a grid pattern on the knitted resin net-like structure. 2 may be provided in a curved shape to form a plurality of circular regions and the like.
Further, if the knitted resin net-like structure in which the crimping portion 2 is formed is covered with a comforter cover and quilted, the heat-welded portions of the knitted resins 21 are more difficult to peel off.

図3は本実施例による編成樹脂網状構造体の製造装置を示す図である。
本実施例による製造装置は、熱可塑性樹脂を所定温度で溶融混練して溶融樹脂とし、所定の押し出し速度で溶融樹脂を押し出す押出機10と、押出機10から押し出された溶融樹脂を受けて底面31の多数の孔から溶融樹脂を糸状に流れ落とす樹脂プール30と、冷却水を貯留する冷却水槽40と、樹脂プール30から流れ落ちる糸状溶融樹脂20が冷却水で冷却されてなる編成樹脂21を下方に引き取る引取機50とを備えている。引取機50は、複数の引取ローラ51を対向して備え、冷却水槽40内に配置されている。また、樹脂プール30と引取機50との間には、ガイダー70が設けられている。
糸状溶融樹脂20は、樹脂プール30の底面31の孔から流れ落ちるときに形成される。糸状溶融樹脂20が冷却水で冷却されてなる編成樹脂21は、引取機50で冷却水槽40の底板側に引き取られ、引取機50を通過した後、冷却水槽40内に配置された引上部材である複数の搬送ローラ60によって、冷却水中で冷却されながら斜め上方へ引き上げられて冷却水槽40外へと搬送される。その後、冷却を経て所定の寸法に裁断することにより、掛け布団中材1としての編成樹脂網状構造体が形成される。

While being cooled in the cooling water, the plurality of transport rollers 60 are pulled up diagonally upward and transported to the outside of the cooling water tank 40.
