Claims (3)
- 複数の扁平型のバッテリーを一方向に並べたバッテリースタックを拘束する拘束部材と,前記拘束部材に拘束されている前記バッテリースタックに対して冷却流体を吹き付ける流体供給部とを有するバッテリー製造装置であって,
前記拘束部材は,
前記バッテリースタックを,バッテリーの並び方向である第1方向に荷重を掛けつつ両側から拘束する第1両面部と,
前記バッテリースタックに含まれるバッテリーにおける前記第1方向と異なる第2方向の両面に間隔を置いて対向して両側に位置する第2両面部とを有するとともに,
前記第2両面部に,前記流体供給部から供給された冷却流体を前記第2方向の外向きに流出させる開口部が形成されているものであり,
前記流体供給部は,前記拘束部材に拘束されている前記バッテリースタックへ向けて,前記第1方向とも前記第2方向とも異なる第3方向の両側から冷却流体を吐出する第1吐出部および第2吐出部を有していることを特徴とするバッテリー製造装置。 - 請求項1に記載のバッテリー製造装置であって,前記開口部が,
前記第2両面部における前記第3方向に対する中央部に形成されていることを特徴とするバッテリー製造装置。 - 扁平型のバッテリーを組み立てる組立工程と,
組み立てられた複数のバッテリーを一方向に並べたバッテリースタックを拘束部材で拘束しつつ,前記拘束部材に拘束されている前記バッテリースタックに対して流体供給部により冷却流体を吹き付ける冷却工程と,を行うことによるバッテリー製造方法であって,
前記拘束部材として,
前記バッテリースタックを,バッテリーの並び方向である第1方向に荷重を掛けつつ両側から拘束する第1両面部と,
前記バッテリースタックに含まれるバッテリーにおける前記第1方向と異なる第2方向の両面に間隔を置いて対向して両側に位置する第2両面部とを有するとともに,
前記第2両面部に,前記流体供給部から供給された冷却流体を前記第2方向の外向きに流出させる開口部が形成されているものを用い,
前記流体供給部として,前記拘束部材に拘束されている前記バッテリースタックへ向けて,前記第1方向とも前記第2方向とも異なる第3方向の両側から冷却流体を吐出する第1吐出部および第2吐出部を有するものを用い,
前記冷却工程では,前記第1吐出部から吐出された冷却流体と前記第2吐出部から吐出された冷却流体とが,前記バッテリーにおける前記第2方向の両面と前記第2両面部との間で衝突して合流し,その後に前記開口部から前記第2方向の外向きに流出していくことを特徴とするバッテリー製造方法。
