Description
実施の形態1.
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1による冷凍サイクル装置を示す模式的な構成図である。本実施の形態では、冷凍サイクル装置が空気調和機1として用いられている。空気調和機1は、圧縮機2、室外熱交換器3、膨張弁4、室内熱交換器5及び四方弁6を有している。この例では、圧縮機2、室外熱交換器3、膨張弁4及び四方弁6が室外機に設けられ、室内熱交換器5が室内機に設けられている。
また、実施の形態1では、断面形状が扁平形状になっている扁平管が伝熱管15として用いられているが、断面形状が円形状になっている円管を伝熱管15として用いてもよい。
図11は、この発明の実施の形態3による室外熱交換器3の熱交換部材14を切断した状態を示す斜視図である。また、図12は、図11の熱交換部材14を示す断面図である。伝熱管15の外周面は、伝熱管15の厚さ方向について互いに対向する第1の厚さ方向端面151及び第2の厚さ方向端面152と、伝熱管15の幅方向について互いに対向する上流側端面153及び下流側端面154とを有している。伝熱管15は、上流側端面153を下流側端面154よりも気流Aの上流側に向けて配置されている。
図15は、この発明の実施の形態4による室外熱交換器3の熱交換部材14を示す断面図である。気流Aの方向についての伝熱板本体部161の上流側及び下流側のそれぞれの端部は、伝熱管15の外周面を覆う曲部161a,161bになっている。伝熱板本体部161の上流側の曲部161aは伝熱管15の上流側端面153を覆っており、伝熱板本体部161の下流側の曲部161bは伝熱管15の下流側端面154を覆っている。
図16は、この発明の実施の形態5による室外熱交換器3の熱交換部材14を切断した状態を示す斜視図である。また、図17は、図16の熱交換部材14を示す断面図である。上流側の延在部162には、延在部162での熱伝導を抑制する熱抵抗部としての複数の切り込み部21が設けられている。切り込み部21は、延在部162の厚さ方向に貫通する線状の切り目である。この例では、複数の切り込み部21が伝熱管15の長手方向に沿って延在部162に設けられている。他の構成は実施の形態1と同様である。
図22は、この発明の実施の形態6による室外熱交換器3の熱交換部材14を示す断面図である。熱交換器本体11は、複数の第1の熱交換部材32及び複数の第2の熱交換部材34を複数の熱交換部材として有している。複数の第1の熱交換部材32及び複数の第2の熱交換部材34のそれぞれの構成は、実施の形態3による熱交換部材14の構成と同様である。
図23は、この発明の実施の形態7による室外熱交換器3の熱交換器本体11の要部を示す正面図である。熱交換器本体11は、複数の熱交換部材14と、互いに隣り合う2つの熱交換部材14間に接続されている伝熱フィン41とを有している。複数の熱交換部材14の配置及び構成は、実施の形態1と同様である。
図24は、この発明の実施の形態8による室外熱交換器3を示す斜視図である。室外熱交換器3は、熱交換器本体11と、第3方向であるx方向において熱交換器本体11の複数の熱交換部材14の風上側、即ち複数の熱交換部材14よりも気流Aの上流側に配置されている渦発生器42とを有している。熱交換器本体11の構成は、実施の形態1と同様である。
Claims (8)
- 第1方向において互いに間隔を置いて配置されている複数の熱交換部材
を備え、
前記複数の熱交換部材は、前記第1方向に交差する第2方向に沿って延びる伝熱管と、
前記第2方向に沿って前記伝熱管に設けられている伝熱板とをそれぞれ有し、
前記伝熱板は、前記第1方向及び前記第2方向のそれぞれに交差する第3方向において
前記伝熱管から離れるように延在する延在部を有し、
前記伝熱板は、前記伝熱管とは別部材になっており、
前記伝熱管は、扁平管であり、
前記扁平管の厚さ方向は、前記第1方向と一致しており、
前記扁平管の外周面は、前記扁平管の厚さ方向について互いに対向する第1の厚さ方向端面及び第2の厚さ方向端面を有し、
前記伝熱板は、前記第1の厚さ方向端面に重なる伝熱板本体部を有し、
前記伝熱板本体部は、前記扁平管の外周部を覆う曲部を有し、
前記扁平管の外周面は、前記扁平管の幅方向について互いに対向する上流側端面及び下流側端面を更に有し、
前記曲部は、前記扁平管の前記上流側端面を覆っており、
前記第2の厚さ方向端面及び前記下流側端面は、外部に露出しており、
前記延在部は、前記曲部の端部から出ている一方の延在部を有しており、
前記一方の延在部は、前記扁平管の厚さ方向について、前記第2の厚さ方向端面の位置に合わせて配置されている熱交換器。 - 前記扁平管は、前記第2方向に直交する断面において長軸及び短軸を有する形状であり、
前記伝熱板本体部は、前記扁平管の外周面のうち前記長軸の方向に沿った部分に重なっている請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記伝熱板は、前記扁平管に接合部材を介して接合されている請求項1又は請求項2に
記載の熱交換器。 - 前記延在部には、前記延在部での熱伝導を抑制する熱抵抗部が設けられている請求項1
~請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記複数の熱交換部材が接続されているヘッダタンク
を備え、
前記複数の熱交換部材では、前記第2方向における前記伝熱管の端部が前記伝熱板から
突出しており、
前記ヘッダタンク内の空間には、前記伝熱板から突出した前記伝熱管の端部が挿入され
ている請求項1~請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。 - 第1の列に並べられた複数の第1の熱交換部材と、前記第1の列から前記第3方向につ
いて離れた位置にある第2の列に並べられた複数の第2の熱交換部材とを前記複数の熱交
換部材として備え、
前記第3方向に沿って見たとき、前記複数の第2の熱交換部材のそれぞれは、前記複数
の第1の熱交換部材の間に配置されている請求項1~請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の熱
交換器。 - 互いに隣り合う前記熱交換部材間に接続されている伝熱フィンを備えている請求項1~
請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。 - 請求項1~請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器
を備えている冷凍サイクル装置。
