Description

The present invention relates to a building board used for an outer wall material or the like and a construction structure of the building board.

When constructing outer wall materials such as ceramic siding, the joints may be sealed to prevent water from entering the joints between adjacent outer wall materials. The sealing process is performed by the following procedure (see, for example, Patent Document 1). With the backup material attached to the joint-corresponding parts of the wall base in advance, first, apply masking tape to the surface of the outer wall material on both sides of the joint that is adjacent to the joint, and then attach the sealing material to the joint. Is filled, the surface is leveled with a spatula or the like, the masking tape is removed, and the sealing material is cured.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 10-21990 (see paragraph 0014, FIG. 6, etc.)

By the way, some outer wall materials have convex portions irregularly provided on the surface. When such outer wall materials are arranged side by side and a sealing is provided between the adjacent outer wall materials as described above, a linear flat surface formed on the surface of the sealing is formed in the uneven surface formed by a plurality of outer wall materials. There is a risk that various aspects will appear and give the viewer a different texture. In addition, the conspicuous ceiling emphasizes the panel feeling, which may give an inexpensive and easy impression to the exterior of the building.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and even if the seam is sealed, the building board and the building board which do not give a strange texture to the viewer and do not give an inexpensive and easy impression to the appearance of the building. It is an object of the present invention to provide the construction structure of this building board.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention devises the shape of the convex portion provided on the surface of the building board.

Specifically, the present invention targets building boards constructed by arranging a plurality of sheets side by side in a predetermined direction via a ceiling, and has taken the following solution.

That is, in the first invention, a plurality of ridges extending in the predetermined direction are provided on the surface so as to be arranged in a direction orthogonal to the predetermined direction, and each of the ridges is arranged in a plurality of the predetermined directions. It is composed of strip-shaped convex portions, and the plurality of convex portions are formed from a parallel convex portion whose surface is a parallel surface parallel to the predetermined direction and the orthogonal direction, and an inclined surface whose surface is inclined in the predetermined direction. It is characterized in that it is composed of an inclined convex portion.

According to the first invention, the surface of the building board is composed of a ridge formed by a parallel convex portion whose surface is a parallel surface and an inclined convex portion whose surface is an inclined surface. Therefore, the surface of the ridge is formed so as to undulate in the direction in which the building boards are lined up. Therefore, if the building boards are lined up with a gap, it becomes difficult to align the surface heights of the ridges located on both sides of the gap. When the gap is filled with a sealing material and leveled with a spatula or the like in such a state, a part of the surface of the sealing is inclined in the width direction from the surface of one ridge to the surface of the other ridge. As a result, a part of the surface of the ceiling is inclined in the same manner as the surface of the inclined convex portion of the ridge.

Furthermore, since a plurality of ridges are provided side by side on the surface of the building board in a direction orthogonal to the direction in which the building boards are lined up, that is, in a direction in which the ceiling extends, the surface of the ceiling is not continuously formed with the same inclination. , The tilt angle of the surface changes in the direction in which the sealing extends. Therefore, it becomes difficult to distinguish between the surface of the ceiling and the surface of the building board, and the ceiling can be made inconspicuous. As a result, it is difficult to give a strange texture to the viewer, and it does not give an inexpensive and easy impression to the appearance of the building.

In the second aspect of the invention, in the first invention, the surface of the convex portion has a substantially quadrangular shape, and the sides arranged in the predetermined direction thereof are the convex portions adjacent to each other in the orthogonal direction when viewed from the orthogonal direction. It is characterized in that it deviates from the side of the surface arranged in the predetermined direction.

According to the second invention, since the convex portions are difficult to align in the extending direction of the sealing, the inclination of the sealing surface is likely to change depending on the extending direction. As a result, it becomes more difficult to give the viewer a different texture. In addition, even if the building board is cut in the direction in which the sealing extends, that is, in the direction in which the ridges are lined up, it is difficult to align the convex portions in this direction, so it is possible to reduce the conspicuousness of the sealing even if the cut product is installed. ..

According to the third aspect of the present invention, in the first or second invention, the inclined convex portion includes a convex portion whose surface is inclined so as to rise to one side in the predetermined direction and a convex portion whose surface is lowered to one side in the predetermined direction. It is characterized in that there are two types of convex portions, that is, an inclined convex portion.

According to the third invention, since there are a plurality of types of inclined surfaces of the inclined convex portion, it becomes more difficult to make the surface heights of the ridges on both sides of the ceiling uniform. Therefore, it is possible to further reduce the different texture given to the viewer.

Further, according to the third invention, when a pseudo joint is formed between the ridges, the height of the ridge adjacent to the pseudo joint changes along the pseudo joint, so that the pseudo joint is formed. There is a change in the shadows that are created. Therefore, the viewer can be given the impression that the width of the pseudo joints changes unevenly, and as a result, when the pseudo joints are displaced between the building boards, the deviation is less noticeable. can do.

The fourth invention is characterized in that, in any one of the first to third inventions, the parallel convex portions include a plurality of types of convex portions having different surface heights.

According to the fourth invention, since there are a plurality of types of parallel convex portions having different surface heights, the surface heights of the ridges on both sides of the ceiling are more difficult to be aligned, and the sealing surface is likely to be inclined.

A fifth aspect of the invention is characterized in that, in any one of the first to fourth inventions, the plurality of convex portions include the convex portions having a width of 5 mm or more and 15 mm or less in the predetermined direction.

According to the fifth invention, the width of the ceiling is usually about 10 mm, and a convex portion having a width equivalent to the ceiling width exists on the surface of the building board, so that the ceiling can be made less noticeable.

The sixth invention is intended for a construction structure of a building board in which a plurality of building boards are arranged side by side in a predetermined direction through a sealing in any one of the first to fifth inventions, and the following solutions are taken. rice field.

That is, the sixth invention is characterized in that the surface heights of the ceiling side ends of the building boards installed on both sides of the ceiling are different at the same positions in the orthogonal direction.

According to the sixth invention, as in the first invention, it becomes difficult to distinguish between the surface of the ceiling and the surface of the building board, and the ceiling can be made inconspicuous. As a result, it becomes difficult to give the viewer a different texture.

According to the present invention, a part of the surface of the sealing is inclined in the same manner as the surface of the inclined convex portion of the ridge, and the surface of the sealing is not continuously formed with the same inclination, and the inclination angle changes. It becomes difficult to distinguish the surface from the surface of the building board, it becomes difficult to give a strange texture to the viewer, and it becomes difficult to give an inexpensive and easy impression to the appearance of the building.

It is a front view which shows an example of the construction state of the outer wall material which concerns on embodiment of this invention. 2A is a partially cross-sectional enlarged perspective view schematically showing the vicinity of the sealing of FIG. 1, and FIG. 2B is an end view of the portion A of FIG. 2A. It is a perspective view which shows the adjacent ridges schematically. It is a front view which shows a part of a ridge. 5A and 5B are diagrams schematically showing a vertical cross section of an example of a vertical connection portion in a state where the outer wall materials according to the embodiment of the present invention are arranged one above the other.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that the following description of the preferred embodiment is essentially merely an example and is not intended to limit the present invention, its application or its use. In this embodiment, an example in which the building board according to the present invention is applied to an outer wall material will be described.

FIG. 1 is a front view showing a state in which a plurality of outer wall materials 1 according to the present embodiment are horizontally laid on a wall base 3 (see FIG. 2B). Hereinafter, the horizontal direction and the vertical direction in FIG. 1 are referred to as "horizontal direction" and "vertical direction", respectively. Further, the back side and the front side of the paper surface in FIG. 1 are defined as the "indoor side" and the "outdoor side", respectively, and the "height position" in the outer wall material 1 means the position in the indoor / outdoor direction, and the outdoor side is higher. do. Note that FIG. 1 shows a state in which sunlight is applied from the upper right.

The outer wall material 1 is made of, for example, a ceramic siding material, a metal siding material, or the like, and has a rectangular plate shape that is long in the left-right direction. A plurality of the outer wall materials 1 are attached to the wall base 3 side by side, vertically and horizontally, for example, by metal fittings or nails. The outer wall materials 1 arranged in the vertical direction are connected to each other by a siding joint described later. On the other hand, the outer wall materials 1 arranged in the left-right direction are attached with a gap 5. The gap 5 is formed linearly in the vertical direction and is sealed. The sealing treatment is a treatment in which the sealing material filled in the gap 5 is cured to form the sealing 7. The sealing 7 prevents water from entering the back surface side of the outer wall material 1 from the gap 5.

On the surface 1a of the outer wall material 1, a plurality of strip-shaped ridges 9 extending in the left-right direction are formed so as to be lined up in the vertical direction. Horizontal joints 11 extending continuously in the direction are formed. It is preferable that 4 to 30 ridges 9 are formed in the vertical direction. Each of the horizontal joints 11 is composed of a pair of inclined surfaces facing each other in the vertical direction and a box joint composed of a flat bottom surface. The inclined surface and the bottom surface of the box joint may intersect at an angle, or the connection point between the inclined surface and the bottom surface may be curved, and further, between the inclined surface and the bottom surface. A gently sloping slope (inclination angle of, for example, less than 30 °) that is more gently inclined than the inclined surface may be formed. In this way, the position of the horizontal joint 11 can be obscured by weakening the edge feeling without making the connection portion between the inclined surface and the bottom surface sharp. Further, the plurality of horizontal joints 11 are not uniformly formed in the vertical width, and are preferably formed non-uniformly.

Each of the ridges 9 is continuously formed from one end to the other end of the outer wall material 1 in the left-right direction. Each of the ridges 9 is composed of a plurality of strip-shaped convex portions 13 arranged in the left-right direction. Each of the above-mentioned ridges 9 is preferably composed of 30 to 100 convex portions 13.

2A is a partially cross-sectional enlarged perspective view schematically showing the vicinity of the sealing 7 of FIG. 1, and FIG. 2B is an end view of the portion A of FIG. 2A. The surface 13a of each of the convex portions 13 has a substantially quadrangular surface, and fine irregularities such as stone surfaces are formed, and both the left and right sides thereof extend in the vertical direction. The left-right width of these convex portions 13 is not uniform and has various left-right widths. Among them, a plurality of the convex portions 13 having a left-right width of 5 mm or more and 15 mm or less are randomly arranged in the left-right direction. It is preferable that the convex portion 13 having the left-right width is formed by about 10% of all the convex portions 13 formed on the surface of the outer wall material 1. Further, as shown in FIG. 2A, the convex portion 13 has an inclination composed of a parallel convex portion 15 having a parallel surface 15a whose surface is parallel in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, and an inclined surface 17a whose surface is inclined in the horizontal direction. There are two main types, the convex portion 17.

In the parallel convex portion 15, the surface heights are not all the same, and there are a plurality of types of convex portions 15 having different surface heights. On the other hand, the inclined convex portion 17 is composed of a right-down inclined convex portion 171 formed of an inclined surface 171a whose surface is inclined downward toward the right side and an inclined surface 173a whose surface is inclined so as to be raised toward the right side. There is a right-up inclined convex portion 173 (the inclined surface 171a and the inclined surface 173a are collectively referred to as an inclined surface 17a). The parallel convex portion 15, the right downward inclined convex portion 171 and the upper right inclined convex portion 173 are irregularly arranged on a straight line to form the ridge 9. The inclined surface 17a of the inclined convex portion 17 is preferably inclined by 15 ° to 85 ° with respect to the parallel surface 15a.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view schematically showing a part of the ridges 9 adjacent to the top and bottom. In these ridges 9, the sides of the substantially quadrangular surface of the convex portion 13 arranged in the left-right direction, that is, the sides extending in the vertical direction, are left and right on the surface of the convex portion 13 adjacent to each other in the vertical direction when viewed from the vertical direction. It is formed so as to deviate from the sides lined up in the direction.

It should be noted that, between the convex portions 13 constituting each of the ridges 9, a V joint extending in the vertical direction (a pseudo joint composed of a pair of inclined surfaces facing in the left-right direction) and a box joint (a pair of inclined surfaces facing in the left-right direction). Pseudo joints consisting of a surface and a flat bottom surface) are randomly provided.

FIG. 4 is a front view showing a part of one ridge 9. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the upper and lower ends of the convex portion 13 constituting each of the ridges 9 are inclined so as to be located on the central side in the width direction of the convex portion 13 toward the outdoor side. It has a tapered shape. Since the surface of the convex portion 13 of the tapered portion 91 is composed of a parallel surface 15a and an inclined surface 17a, the vertical width of the tapered portion 91 becomes non-uniform. As a result, the width of the horizontal joint 11 seems to change non-uniformly in the length direction thereof.

Further, the outer wall material 1 is connected in the vertical direction by a siding. FIG. 5 is a vertical cross-sectional view schematically showing the connection points of the outer wall materials 1 adjacent to each other on the upper and lower sides. On the upper end surface of each outer wall material 1, a siding receiving portion 19 projecting upward from the indoor half portion thereof is formed over the entire left-right direction. The outdoor side surface 19a of the siding receiving portion 19 is located at a position higher than the bottom surface of the horizontal joint 11 formed on the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the outer wall material 1, in other words, the outdoor side surface 19a. The surface 19a is formed shallower than the bottom surface of the horizontal joint 11. For example, when the depth of the horizontal joint 11 is 5.0 mm to 5.8 mm, the surface 19a on the outdoor side of the fitting receiving portion 19 has a depth of about 2.5 mm from the longest portion of the ridge 9. It is set. Further, the connecting portion between the outdoor side surface 19a of the mating receiving portion 19 and the ridge 9 adjacent thereto is curved so as to project toward the indoor side. On the other hand, on the lower end surface of the outer wall material 1, a siding holding portion 21 projecting downward from the outdoor side half portion is formed over the entire left-right direction, and the outdoor side of the siding holding portion 21 is formed. The surface 21a is at the same height as the average height of the ridges 9, and the indoor surface 21a is larger than the bottom surface of the horizontal joint 11 formed on the upper end and the lower end of the outer wall material 1. It is in a high position.

Then, in a state where the siding holding portion 21 of the upper outer wall material 1 is located on the outdoor side of the siding receiving portion 19 of the lower outer wall material 1, these two outer wall materials 1 are connected in the vertical direction. To. In this state, the outdoor side surface 19a of the mating receiving portion 19 is formed shallower than the bottom surface of the horizontal joint 11 as described above, so that the shadow formed on the outdoor side surface 19a is described above. It is thinner than the shadow formed on the horizontal joint 11. Therefore, the upper and lower connecting portions of the outer wall materials 1 adjacent to each other on the upper and lower sides are less noticeable.

A plurality of the outer wall materials 1 having the above configuration are attached to the wall base 3 vertically and horizontally. Specifically, as described above, a plurality of outer wall materials 1 connected in the vertical direction by a siding joint, and a plurality of outer wall materials 1 connected in the vertical direction adjacent to each other in the left-right direction. As shown in FIG. 2B, the gap 5 between the above is subjected to a sealing treatment in a state where the sealing backup material 23 such as a hat-type joiner is fixed to the wall base 3 in advance. In this state, unevenness is formed in the vertical direction by the ridges 9 and the horizontal joints 11 on both the left and right sides of the gap 5, while in the left-right direction, the ridges 9 formed so as to undulate in the left-right direction. The height positions are not very aligned. Then, the sealing material is filled from the outdoor side of the backup material 23, and the surface of the sealing material is leveled in the vertical direction with a spatula or the like before the sealing material is cured. Then, a part of the surface 7a of the sealing 7 is inclined in the width direction from the surface of one ridge 9 to the surface of the other ridge 9. As a result, a part of the surface 7a of the sealing 7 is inclined in the same manner as the surface 17a of the inclined convex portion 17 of the ridge 9. Further, since a plurality of ridges 9 are provided side by side in the vertical direction in which the sealing 7 extends on the surface 1a of the outer wall material 1, the surface 7a of the sealing 7 is not continuously formed with the same inclination, and the surface 7a is not formed continuously. The tilt angle of is changed in the extending direction of the sealing 7. Therefore, it becomes difficult to distinguish the surface 7a of the sealing 7 from the surface 1a of the outer wall material 1, and the sealing 7 can be made inconspicuous. As a result, it becomes difficult to give the viewer a different texture.

-Effects of Embodiments of the Invention-
According to the present embodiment, as described above, the unevenness of the outer wall material 1 and the inclination of the sealing 7 are substantially the same, and it is difficult to give a different texture to the viewer.

Further, according to the present embodiment, since the convex portions 13 are difficult to align in the extending direction of the sealing 7, the inclination of the surface 7a of the sealing 7 is likely to change depending on the extending direction. As a result, it is less likely to give the viewer a different texture, and it does not give an inexpensive and easy impression to the appearance of the building.

Further, according to the present embodiment, since there are a plurality of types of inclination of the surface 13a of the inclined convex portion 13, it becomes more difficult for the surface heights of the ridges 9 on both sides of the sealing 7 to be uniform. Therefore, it is possible to further reduce the different texture given to the viewer. Further, even if the outer wall material 1 is cut in the vertical direction, the convex portions 13 are difficult to align in this direction, so that the conspicuousness of the sealing 7 can be reduced even if the cut product is constructed.

Further, according to the present embodiment, since the height of the ridge 9 adjacent to the horizontal joint 11 changes along the horizontal joint 11, the shadow formed on the horizontal joint 11 changes. Therefore, the viewer can be given the impression that the width of the horizontal joint 11 is unevenly changed, and as a result, when the horizontal joint 11 is displaced between the outer wall materials 1, the deviation is obtained. Can be made inconspicuous. Further, since the upper and lower ends of the convex portion 13 have a tapered shape and the vertical width of the tapered portion 91 changes along the horizontal joint 11, the deviation of the horizontal joint 11 can be made less noticeable.

Further, according to the present embodiment, since there are a plurality of types of parallel convex portions 15 having different surface heights, it becomes more difficult for the surface heights of the ridges 9 on both sides of the sealing 7 to be uniform, and it becomes more difficult for the surface heights of the sealing 7 to be aligned. Tilt is likely to occur.

Furthermore, according to the present embodiment, the width of the ceiling is usually about 10 mm, and the convex portion 13 having the same width as the width of the ceiling 7 exists on the surface 1a of the outer wall material 1, so that the ceiling 7 is provided. It can be made less noticeable. Further, since the convex portion 13 having the left-right width is formed to be about 10% of the total area of the surface 1a of the outer wall material 1, the same texture as that of the sealing 7 is given, and the sealing 7 becomes more inconspicuous.

(Modified Example of Embodiment of the Invention)
In the above embodiment, the outer wall material has been described as an example of the building board, but the present invention is not limited to this, and any building board constructed by using sealing may be used.

Further, in the above embodiment, the example in which the outer wall material 1 is horizontally stretched has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, the outer wall material 1 may be vertically stretched. In the case of vertical construction, the sealing 7 is installed in the horizontally extending gap between the outer wall materials 1 adjacent to the upper and lower sides, and the surface of the sealing 7 is inclined in the vertical direction along the edge of the outer wall material 1 on both the upper and lower sides. It is provided to do so.

Further, in the above embodiment, the connection portion between the outdoor side surface 19a of the mating receiving portion 19 and the ridge 9 adjacent thereto is curved, but the connection portion is not limited to this, and for example, an inclined surface having a different inclination angle is formed. May be formed in multiple stages. Further, as shown in FIG. 5B, the surface 19a on the outdoor side of the siding receiving portion 19 and the upper end surface of the outer wall material 1 may be orthogonal to each other.

Further, in the above-described embodiment, the inclined surface 17a of the inclined convex portion 17 is an inclined surface 17a in which the inclined surface 171a descending to the right and the inclined surface 173a upward to the upper right are combined to form an inclined surface 17a. May be good.
