Description
すなわち枠部材は内層と外層とを備えるものである。
すなわち枠部材は内層と外層とを備えるものとする。そして凹面は、角部に隣接する双方の部分の外層に対し折れ曲がった一対の外層を備えるものである。
また本発明の樹脂枠の製造方法および樹脂枠によれば、樹脂枠の角部には凹面が形成されていて、一対の枠部材における双方の外周面がその凹面に折れ曲がって備わるものなので、角部に隣接する部分の外周面の外観と角部(凹面)の外周面の外観とは、角部(凹面)を切削加工で形成した場合に比べて、一致したものになる。
前後方向とは、図3(a)では、紙面に直交する方向である。前方向とは、紙面に直交する方向のうち手前を向く方向である。後方向とは、紙面に直交する方向のうち奥側を向く方向である。外側とは、樹脂枠の外形に対し外側を向く方向である。内側とは、樹脂枠の外形に対し内側を向く方向である。
また枠部材2は図1に示すように枠部材2の内側を形成する内層21と、枠部材2の外側を形成すると共に内層21の表面を覆う外層22とを備えるもので、いわゆる積層構造である。つまり内層21と外層22とは、重なり合って一体化されたものである。また内層21と外層22とは異なる樹脂であり、外層22には内層21よりも硬質の樹脂を用いることが望ましい。例えば内層21にはPVC(ポリ塩化ビニル)、外層22にはアクリルを用いる。また内層21は外層22よりも層の厚みを厚くしてある。
型4は前後に突き合わせる前型6と後型8とから構成される。前型6と後型8は協働して枠部材2を前後から挟むと共に、枠部材2を前後方向から視て外側から押さえるものである。前型6と後型8は前後に対称的な構造となっているので、以下では後型8を中心にして説明する。
また後型8は、基準面83aに対し前後方向から視て内側に突出すると共に枠部材2の端部の一部分を押さえる刃部83bを備えるものである。刃部83bは、後型8のうち溝部81の延びる方向の基準面83a側に形成され、基準面83aに対し鈍角に交差する面83cを備えている。刃部83bは溝部81の深さ方向(前後方向)の全長に亘って形成されている。
前型6は、前後方向から視て枠部材2の端部のうち前部に関して前面2aと外周面2cとを少なくとも押さえるものである。本実施形態では前型6は、枠部材2の端部のうち前部に関して前面2aと外周面2cと内周面2dとを囲むものである。前型6は、溝部61を備えるもので、前板部62と外周板部63と内周板部64とを備えるものである。また前型6は、その溝部61の延びる方向(2方向)を向く端面をそれぞれ備えており、そのうち樹脂枠の角部側の端面は、溝部61の幅全長に対応する部分を、傾斜面65とし、溝部61の幅全長に対応する部分よりも前後方向から視て外側部分を、当該傾斜面65を外側に向かって延長した面よりも、反対側の端面側に向かって凹んだ面65aとしてある。
まず樹脂枠を形成するための枠部材2を準備する準備工程が行われる。より詳しく言えば、樹脂枠は、前後方向から見て角部を含む枠状の一例としての矩形に複数本の枠部材2を組み合わせて形成されるものである。このような樹脂枠を形成するための枠部材2を必要とする本数分だけ準備する。
2)その後に図2(b)に示すように枠部材2の上部に上型6の溝部61を、下型8の溝部81と同様に嵌め合わせる。このようにすることによって、枠部材2は上下方向に関しては一対の型4,4によって挟まれ、移動不能の状態になり、外側に関しては一対の型4,4によって隙間Gのある状態で覆われ、その隙間Gの分だけ移動可能の状態になる。
また凹面2sは、前後方向から視て枠部材2の周方向の両側に外層22を備え、一対の外層22,22の間に内層21を備えるものである。また凹面2s(角部)の一対の外層22,22は、角部に隣接する双方の部分の外層22に対し内側に折れ曲がった状態になっている。
なお凹面2sとは反対側、つまり隣り合う一対の枠部材2,2の内層21,21側においても溶着代の一部2tがはみ出す。
一方、角部において存在する枠部材の本数が3本の場合は、本発明でいう角部において隣り合う一対の枠部材に該当しない。たとえば角部において存在する枠部材の本数が3本の場合とは、多角形の角部の近傍から離れる方向に延びる2本の枠部材であって当該角部の近傍から隣り合う二辺に沿って延びる2本の枠部材と、当該角部から当該隣り合う二辺の間を仕切るように延びる1本の枠部材とを備える場合である。

- 複数本の枠部材を前後方向から見て角部を含む枠状に組み合わせて樹脂枠を形成するために複数本の前記枠部材を準備する準備工程と、
前記枠部材を前後方向から視て枠状に組み合わせるときの外周面から押さえる基準面、および前記基準面に対し前後方向から視て内側に突出すると共に前記枠部材の端部の一部分を前記外周面から押さえる刃部を備える型を用い、複数本の前記枠部材のうち前記角部において隣り合わせる予定の一対の前記枠部材を一対の前記型に対し別々に設置する設置工程と、
複数本の前記枠部材のうち前記角部において隣り合わせる予定の一対の前記枠部材の端面を加熱して溶着代として溶融する溶融工程と、
一対の前記枠部材の溶着代を突き合わせて溶着する溶着工程とを備え、
前記設置工程は、
当該設置工程で用いる型を、協働して前記枠部材を前後から挟む前型と後型とから構成されるものとし、
一対の前記枠部材を一対の前記型に対し別々に設置することによって、一対の前記枠部材が前後方向に関しては型によって挟まれ、移動不能の状態になり、外側に関しては基準面に対して隙間のある状態で覆われ、その隙間の分だけ移動可能の状態になるものであり、
前記溶着工程は、
前記角部に隣接する部分においては、一対の前記型のうち隣り合う一対の前記基準面で一対の前記枠部材を押し込むことによって、一対の前記枠部材の端面同士を溶着するものであり、
前記角部においては、一対の前記型のうち一対の前記刃部で一対の前記枠部材を押し込むことによって、一対の前記刃部の間から溶着代がはみ出して切断されると共に、一対の前記枠部材における双方の前記外周面が前後方向から視て内側に折り曲げられて、前記角部に隣接する部分に対して前記角部を凹面にすることを特徴とする樹脂枠の製造方法。 - 前記枠部材は内層と外層とを備えるものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂枠の製造方法。
- 前後方向から見て角部を含む枠状の樹脂枠を構成する複数本の中空の枠部材を備え、
前記角部において隣り合う一対の前記枠部材は、互いの端面が前記角部において突き合わされて溶着によって接合されると共に、前後方向から視て一対の前記枠部材における前記角部の外周面を、一対の前記枠部材における前記角部に隣接する双方の部分の外周面の延長線よりも前記樹脂枠の内側に凹んだ凹面とし、
前記凹面は、前記角部に隣接する双方の部分の前記外周面に対し折れ曲がった一対の前記外周面を備え、
前記枠部材は、前記中空の内面であって前記凹面とは反対側において、はみ出した溶着代の一部を備えることを特徴とする樹脂枠。 - 前記枠部材は内層と外層とを備え、
前記凹面は、前記角部に隣接する双方の部分の前記外層に対し折れ曲がった一対の前記外層を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の樹脂枠。 - 前記凹面は一対の前記外層の間に前記内層を備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の樹脂枠。
