Claims (15)
- 第1バッテリ及び第2バッテリを含む複数のバッテリと、
主面、及び前記主面から延長された突出面を含み、前記主面は、前記第1バッテリの一面に位置し、前記突出面は、前記第2バッテリに位置する回路基板と、を含み、
前記回路基板の前記主面が、前記第2バッテリの長手方向端部に対向する端面を含み、
前記回路基板の前記突出面が、前記第2バッテリの側面に対向する端面を含み、
前記第2バッテリは、前記突出面を介して、前記回路基板と電気的に連結されることを特徴とするバッテリパック。 - 前記第2バッテリの第1電極を、前記複数のバッテリのうち1つのバッテリと電気的に連結する連結リードタブと、
前記第2バッテリの第2電極と連結された第2電極リードタブと、をさらに含み、
前記連結リードタブ及び前記第2電極リードタブのうち少なくとも一つは、前記突出面に電気的に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記第1バッテリを収納する第1ホルダと、
前記第2バッテリを収納する第2ホルダと、をさらに含み、
前記回路基板は、前記第1ホルダに固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記回路基板は、前記第1バッテリが固定された面の反対面において、前記第1ホルダに固定されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記第1ホルダは、
前記回路基板の前記主面に結合される基板固定部を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記回路基板は、
前記複数のバッテリの充電及び/または放電を制御するための回路を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。 - 互いに電気的に連結された第1バッテリ、第2バッテリ及び第3バッテリを含む複数のバッテリと、
主面、及び前記主面から延長された突出面を含み、前記主面は、前記第1バッテリの一面に位置し、前記突出面は、前記第2バッテリに位置する回路基板と、を含み、
前記回路基板の前記主面が、前記第2バッテリの長手方向端部に対向する端面を含み、
前記回路基板の前記突出面が、前記第2バッテリの側面に対向する端面を含み、
前記第2バッテリは、前記突出面を介して、前記回路基板と電気的に連結されるバッテリパック。 - 前記第1バッテリの第2電極と、前記第3バッテリの第1電極とを連結する第1連結リードタブと、
前記第2バッテリの第1電極と、前記第3バッテリの第2電極とを連結する第2連結リードタブと、をさらに含み、
前記第1連結リードタブは、前記回路基板の主面に電気的に連結され、
前記第2連結リードタブは、前記回路基板の突出面に電気的に連結されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記第2バッテリの第2電極と連結される電極リードタブをさらに含み、
前記電極リードタブは、前記回路基板の突出面に電気的に連結されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記第1連結リードタブは、
半分に折り畳まれ、一方が、前記第1バッテリの第2電極に固定され、他方が、前記第3バッテリの第1電極に固定されるリード本体と、
前記リード本体から延長され、前記回路基板の前記主面に挿入される延長部と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記複数のバッテリ、及び前記回路基板を収納するハウジングをさらに含み、
前記ハウジングは、前記回路基板と対向する第1面を含み、
前記第1面は、前記回路基板と平行であることを特徴とすることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記ハウジングは、前記第2バッテリと対向する第2面をさらに含み、
前記第2面は、前記第1面の横に位置することを特徴とする請求項11に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記ハウジングは、前記第2バッテリと対向する第2面をさらに含み、
前記ハウジングの前記第2面は、前記第1面の高さにおいて、外側に凸状となる曲面を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記ハウジングの前記第2面の凸状曲面は、対向する前記第2バッテリの面に平行であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記第1バッテリを収納し、前記第1バッテリが収納される面の反対面に、前記回路基板を収納する第1ホルダと、
前記第2バッテリを収納し、前記第2バッテリが収納される面の反対面に、前記第3バッテリを収納する第2ホルダと、を含み、
前記ハウジングは、
前記第1バッテリ及び前記第3バッテリと対向するベースをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のバッテリパック。
