Claims (34)
- 聴覚機器の部品を形成する装置であって、前記部品は、ハウジングを有するイヤピースを含み、前記ハウジングは第1材料から形成された壁を有し、前記ハウジングの前記壁は、前記第1材料で囲まれた第2材料を有し、
前記装置は、
前記第1材料と前記第2材料とを収容する内部空洞を有する成形型と、
前記成形型内に前記第1材料が送り込まれた後に前記第1材料の一部と置き換わることで前記第1材料内に空洞を形成する、液体または空気の供給源と、を有し、
前記成形型は、
前記第1材料を受け入れる第1ポートと、
前記第2材料を受け入れる第2ポートと、
前記第2材料を前記第1材料内に導く第1流路と、を有し、
前記第2材料は、前記液体または前記空気によって形成された前記空洞内に収容される、装置。 - 前記成形型は使い捨て成形型を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- さらに、前記第1材料の第1供給源を有する、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記第1材料は、シリコーンまたはウレタンを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- さらに、前記第2材料の第2供給源を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記成形型はさらに、前記第2材料を前記第1材料内に導くための第2流路を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第2材料は、シリコーンゲル、シリコーンフォーム材、ウレタンゲル、またはウレタンフォーム材を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記成形型は、カスタマイズされた成形型を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- ハウジングを有するイヤピースを含み、
前記ハウジングは第1材料から形成される壁を有し、
前記ハウジングの前記壁は、前記第1材料で囲まれた第2材料を有する、聴覚機器の部品であって、
前記部品は、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置によって形成される、前記部品。 - 前記ハウジングは、流路を有し、前記壁は前記流路を囲む、請求項9に記載の部品。
- 前記イヤピースは、カスタマイズされたシェルを有する、請求項9または10に記載の部品。
- 前記第2材料は前記聴覚機器に関連した低音効果を向上するように構成される、請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載の部品。
- 前記第2材料は外音を減衰することで、音響密閉性を実現するように構成される、請求項9から12のいずれか一項に記載の部品。
- 前記第2材料は、前記聴覚機器に関連したオクルージョン効果を低減するように構成される、請求項9から13のいずれか一項に記載の部品。
- 前記第1材料は、第1シリコーンを含む、請求項9から14のいずれか一項に記載の部品。
- 前記第2材料は、前記第1シリコーンとは異なる、第2シリコーンを含む、請求項15に記載の部品。
- 前記第1シリコーンは第1硬度を有し、前記第2シリコーンは前記第1硬度とは異なる第2硬度を有する、請求項16に記載の部品。
- 前記第2シリコーンは、シリコーンゲルを含む、請求項16または17に記載の部品。
- 前記第2シリコーンは、シリコーンフォーム材を含む、請求項16から18のいずれか一項に記載の部品。
- 前記第1材料は、第1ウレタンを含む、請求項9から19のいずれか一項に記載の部品。
- 前記第2材料は、前記第1ウレタンとは異なる第2ウレタンを含む、請求項20に記載の部品。
- 前記第1ウレタンは第1硬度を有し、前記第2ウレタンは前記第1硬度とは異なる第2硬度を有する、請求項21に記載の部品。
- 前記第2ウレタンは、ウレタンゲルを含む、請求項21または22に記載の部品。
- 前記第2ウレタンは、ウレタンフォーム材を含む、請求項21から23のいずれか一項に記載の部品。
- 前記第2材料は、液体を含む、請求項9から24のいずれか一項に記載の部品。
- 前記第2材料は、フォーム材を含む、請求項9から25のいずれか一項に記載の部品。
- 前記第2材料は、空気を含む、請求項9から26のいずれか一項に記載の部品。
- 成形型を使用して聴覚機器の部品を作製する方法であって、
前記部品は、ハウジングを有するイヤピースを含み、前記ハウジングは第1材料から形成された壁を有し、前記ハウジングの前記壁は、前記第1材料で囲まれた第2材料を有し、
前記成形型は前記第1材料および前記第2材料を収容するための内部空洞を有し、前記成形型は前記第1材料を受け入れる第1ポートと、前記第2材料を受け入れる第2ポートと、前記第1材料内に前記第2材料を送り込むための第1流路とを有し、
前記方法は、
耳の形状を表わすデータを有する電子ファイルを決定することと、
スプルー特徴部を有する前記成形型の電子的モデルを生成するために、前記電子ファイルを処理することと、
前記成形型の前記電子的モデルに基づいて、前記成形型を作製することと、
前記成形型に前記第1材料を注入することと、
前記第1材料内に空洞を作るために、前記第1材料の内部を除去することと、
前記第1材料に前記第2材料が囲まれるように前記第2材料を前記成形型に注入することと、
を含み、
前記第2材料は、前記第1材料内の前記空洞内に注入され、
前記除去することは、前記第1材料内に液体または空気を送り込むことを含む、方法。 - 前記電子的モデルは、CADモデルを含む、請求項28に記載の方法。
- 前記データは耳甲介、外耳道外側部、外耳道内側部の形状を表わす、請求項28または29に記載の方法。
- 前記成形型は3Dプリンタを使用して作製される、請求項28から30のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記スプルー特徴部は、前記第1材料を送り込むための第1スプルーを表わす第1スプルー特徴部を含む、請求項28から31のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記スプルー特徴部は、前記第2材料を送り込むための第2スプルーを表わす第2スプルー特徴部を含む、請求項32に記載の方法。
- 前記成形型を破壊して、前記部品を取り出すことを含む、請求項28に記載の方法。
