Claims (7)
- 基板と、前記基板に配置された物理量変化を検知するセンサ部と、前記センサ部に電気的に接続された複数の外部接続端子と、前記センサ部の検知情報を外部に報知する報知部と、前記センサ部を覆うケースと、を有し、
前記ケースには、前記センサ部に通じる穴が設けられ、前記穴を通じて、物理量変化が前記センサ部で検出され、
前記複数の外部接続端子の少なくとも一つに、接続の方向を示すマークが付されていることを特徴とするセンサユニット。 - 前記外部接続端子を介してデータ通信を可能とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサユニット。
- 前記基板の同じ表面側に、前記センサ部、前記外部接続端子、及び前記報知部が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のセンサユニット。
- 前記センサ部は、前記基板の略中央に配置され、2つの前記外部接続端子が、前記センサ部の両側に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載のセンサユニット。
- 前記報知部は、前記センサ部の検出情報に基づいて発光する発光部であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載のセンサユニット。
- 前記センサ部は、流量検出部であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載のセンサユニット。
- 請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の前記センサユニットが複数、前記外部接続端子間に通信ケーブルを介して接続されていることを特徴とする多連式センサ。
