The dimensions along the vertical direction and the dimensions along the wall width direction of the receiving recess 32 are the door height dimension and the door width dimension of the hinged door 20 so that the hinged door 20 can be accepted (the door of the portion accepted by the receiving recess 32). It is said to be larger than the width dimension).

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the receiving recess 32 is a finger between the end surface 26 on the door end side of the hinged door 20 in the open state and the inner surface 34 of the receiving recess 32 facing the end surface 26. The hinged door 20 is housed so that an insertable gap is formed. The door end side end surface 26 of the hinged door 20 in the open state and the inner side surface 34 of the receiving recess 32 are arranged substantially parallel to each other. That is, a gap having substantially the same width is formed over the entire vertical direction between the door end side end surface 26 of the hinged door 20 in the open state and the inner side surface 34 of the receiving recess 32. The dimension (gap) along the wall width direction from the door end side end surface 26 of the hinged door 20 in the open state to the inner side surface 34 of the receiving recess 32 may be a dimension in which fingers can be inserted, for example, 20 mm to 50 mm. It may be a degree.

In the door-mounted panel 30, the surface facing the door-mounted panel 10 side (rear end surface) is brought into contact with the surface (front surface) of the door-tail side panel portion 18 of the door-mounted panel 10 facing the door-mounted panel 30 side. It is arranged orthogonally to the panel 10. In the illustrated example, the door-storing panel 30 is arranged so that the bottom surface 33 of the receiving recess 32 is substantially flush with the inner surface of the front side portion of the door tail side panel portion 18 of the door-attached panel 10. Is shown. Further, an example is shown in which other partition walls are arranged so as to be connected to the panel side (front side) with a counter door of the door storage panel 30.
In addition, although the example in the figure shows an example in which the door-to-door panel 30 is integrally molded in a solid state, it is assumed that the panel 30 is configured by combining a strip-shaped material, a base rail, a board material, and the like as described above. May be good.
Further, the joint portion between the door-attached panel 10 and the door-mounted panel 30 may be provided with a concave portion or a convex portion as an engaging portion that engages with each other. Further, the door-attached panel 10 and the door-mounted panel 30 are not limited to separate bodies, but may be integrally provided.

The hinged door 20 has a substantially rectangular flat plate shape that is long in the vertical direction. The door width dimension and the door height dimension of the hinged door 20 may be appropriately set according to the opening width and the opening height of the opening 11. Further, the door thickness dimension of the hinged door 20 may be about 20 mm to 50 mm.
In the closed state, the door stop side end of the hinged door 20 is in contact with or close to the door stop portion 17a of the door end side panel portion 17, and the door tail side end portion 23 is the door stop portion 18a of the door tail side panel portion 18. Contact or close to. Further, in the figure example, an example in which a chamfered portion is provided at the door tail side end portion 23 of the hinged door 20 is shown. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which the chamfered portion is formed into an arc shape having the axis of the holding portion 19 (bearing portion 25) as a circular center when viewed in the door height direction. Depending on how the hinged door 20 is held by a hinge or the like, such a chamfered portion may not be provided.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the end of the hinged door 20 is directed toward the inner side surface 34 of the receiving recess 32 of the door storage panel 30 facing the door end side end surface 26 of the hinged door 20 in the open state. There is a clue recess 27 that opens. In the present embodiment, the handle recess 27 is placed at a portion facing the bottom surface 33 side (second surface 22 side portion) of the receiving recess 32 in the open state of the door end side end in the height direction of the hinged door 20. It is configured to be provided in a concave step shape throughout. That is, a concave step portion is formed on the second surface 22 side portion so that the first projecting piece portion 28 is formed on the first surface 21 side portion of the door tip side end portion of the hinged door 20 over the entire height direction. It is configured to have a clue recess 27 in the shape of a clue. The first projecting piece portion 28 is provided along the first surface 21 and so as to project outward in the door width direction. Further, the tip surface of the first projecting piece portion 28 constitutes the door end side end surface 26 of the hinged door 20.

Further, in the present embodiment, the handle recess 27 is configured to be able to be hooked on the surface side facing the bottom surface 33 of the receiving recess 32 in the open state of the hinged door 20, that is, on the second surface 22 side. Has been done. Further, a second projecting piece portion 29 is provided on the second surface 22 side portion of the hinged door 20 so as to be along the second surface 22 and to project outward in the door width direction. The second projecting piece portion 29 is provided over the entire height direction of the hinged door 20 so as to partition the second surface 22 side of the handle recess 27.
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the second projecting piece portion 29 has a protruding dimension (hand) so that a clue can be made while facing the closed hinged door 20 on the second surface 22 side. The protrusion dimension from the bottom of the hanging portion 27) is smaller than the protrusion dimension of the first projecting piece portion 28. That is, in the closed state of the second projecting piece portion 29, a gap into which a finger can be inserted is formed between the tip surface of the second projecting piece portion 29 and the inner surface of the door end side panel portion 17 facing the tip surface of the second projecting piece portion 29. It is provided so as to. The opening operation in the state of facing the hinged door 20 in the closed state on the first surface 21 side may be performed by pushing the door end side end portion to the opening side.

Further, in the figure, an example is shown in which the dimension of the second projecting piece portion 29 along the door thickness direction is smaller than the dimension of the first projecting piece portion 28 along the door thickness direction. Further, an example is shown in which the second projecting piece portion 29 has a tapered shape toward the tip end side in the protruding direction when viewed in the door height direction. Further, an example is shown in which the protruding dimension of the second protruding piece portion 29 is set to about ½ of the protruding dimension of the first protruding piece portion 28. Further, the dimension of the first protruding piece portion 28 along the door thickness direction is set to about ½ of the door thickness dimension of the hinged door 20, and the protruding dimension of the first protruding piece portion 28 is the inner side surface 34 of the receiving recess 32 described above. An example is shown in which the size is slightly larger than the gap of. The protruding dimensions of the first protruding piece portion 28 and the second protruding piece portion 29 and the dimensions along the door thickness direction are not limited to the above-mentioned dimensions, and are appropriate dimensions from the viewpoint of handleability and strength. And it is sufficient.

Further, in the present embodiment, the first surface 21 of the hinged door 20 and the second surface 22 excluding the portion where the handle recess 27 is provided have a flat surface shape. That is, the hinged door 20 is configured so that the double-sided 21 and 22 in the door thickness direction are not provided with a protrusion due to an opening / closing operation portion such as a handle or a handle portion. The hinged door 20 is not limited to the one in which both sides 21 and 22 in the door thickness direction have a substantially flat surface shape, but a stile panel shape in which a mirror plate-shaped portion is provided so as to form a recess in the central portion. It may be the one provided, or the one provided with a ventilation portion such as a louver, a translucent portion, or the like. Further, the opening / closing operation portion may be provided in an embedded shape on both sides of the door end side end portion of the hinged door 20 in the door thickness direction. In this case, the latch portion immersed by the opening / closing operation portion may be provided on the door end side end surface 26 of the hinged door 20. Further, in this case, a latch receiver (strike) for receiving the latch portion of the hinged door 20 may be provided on the inner surface of the front side portion of the door end side panel portion 17. Further, in this case, the configuration may be such that the closing device 14 as described above is not provided.

Further, the closing maintenance mechanism for maintaining the closed state of the hinged door 20 and the fully opening maintaining mechanism for maintaining the fully open state are not limited to the closing device 14 and the latch portion. For example, at the end of the hinged door 20 on the door end side, an engaging protrusion that is urged in the protruding direction by a urging member such as a spring and whose tip surface has a curved surface shape in a plan view can freely appear and disappear in the door width direction. It may be the configuration provided in. That is, the hinged door 20 may be configured to be provided with an engaging projection that is immersive against the urging of the urging member such as a spring as the end of the hinged door 20 moves toward the opening side in the door thickness direction. Alternatively, various catching mechanisms such as magnet catch, push catch, ball catch, roller catch, and tightening member may be adopted as a closing maintenance mechanism or a fully open maintenance mechanism, and other various configurations may be adopted. It is possible.

Further, the hinged door 20 may be made of a wood-based material or other various materials, and a face material is attached to a core material such as a paper core or a core material filled with a foam material in a frame-shaped core material. It may be in the form of a flash panel.
Further, the door-attached panel 10 and the door-mounted panel 30 may form a wall base surface on which a decorative layer such as a wall cloth is provided on the surface exposed in the constructed state, and the decorative layer provided with an appropriate decorative layer may be provided. It may be a face.

The panel device 1 according to the present embodiment has the above-mentioned configuration, so that the workability can be improved and the hinged door 20 in the open state can be stored in a good-looking manner.
That is, the hinged door 20 is provided with an opening 11 that is opened and closed, and is provided with a door-attached panel 10 that rotatably holds the hinged door 20. Therefore, the workability can be significantly improved as compared with the case where it is necessary to assemble the door frame while adjusting the installation, or to incorporate the hinged door into the door frame while adjusting the installation. Further, the first surface 21 of the hinged door 20 in the open state and the surface 31 of the door housing panel 30 are the same in the receiving recess 32 of the door storage panel 30 arranged orthogonally to the door end side of the door panel 10. The hinged door 20 is housed so as to be flat. Therefore, the hinged door 20 in the open state can be stored in the receiving recess 32 of the door storage panel 30 in a good-looking manner. As a result, the effective opening width can be effectively increased, the hinged door 20 in the open state is less likely to get in the way, and the hinged door 20 can be prevented from being caught when going back and forth through the opening 11.

Further, in the present embodiment, the receiving recess 32 has a gap in which a finger can be inserted between the door end side end surface 26 of the hinged door 20 in the open state and the inner side surface 34 of the receiving recess 32 facing the end surface 26. The hinged door 20 is housed so as to be formed. Therefore, the hinged door 20 can be moved to the closed side by inserting a finger into this gap and putting a hand on the end on the door end side. As a result, as in the present embodiment, it is possible to configure the hinged door 20 so that the first surface 21 is not provided with a clue portion. Further, since a gap is formed in the shape of a concave groove between the door end side end surface 26 of the hinged door 20 in the open state and the inner side surface 34 of the receiving recess 32, the door end side end surface of the hinged door 20 and the receiving recess 32 are formed. It is possible to give a neat impression as compared with the case where the recess for the clue is provided in the middle of the inner surface 34 of the recess 32 in a notch shape.

Further, in the present embodiment, the hinged door 20 is provided with a hook recess 27 that opens toward the inner side surface 34 in the open state at the door end side end portion. Therefore, since the finger can be hung on the hook recess 27, the operability when moving the hinged door 20 to the closing side is improved as compared with the case where the door end side end surface 26 has a flat surface shape over the entire surface. Can be improved. Further, since it is not necessary to provide a handle portion on the first surface 21 of the hinged door 20, the first surface 21 can be made into a flat surface as in the present embodiment.

Further, in the present embodiment, the handle recess 27 is provided on the second surface 22 side portion of the door tip side end portion in a concave step shape over the entire height direction of the hinged door 20. Therefore, it is possible to give a neat impression as compared with the case where the cue recess 27 is provided in a notch shape in the middle portion. That is, on the second surface 22 side where the hook recess 27 at the end of the hinged door 20 on the door end side is provided, the hook recess 27 has a concave step shape over the entire height direction of the hinged door 20. The appearance will be exhibited and the appearance can be improved. In addition, instead of such an embodiment, the handle recess 27 may be provided in a notch shape only in the middle portion of the second surface 22 side portion of the door end side end portion of the hinged door 20.

Further, in the present embodiment, the handle recess 27 is configured to be able to be hooked even on the second surface 22 side of the hinged door 20. Therefore, a clue portion may be provided in an embedded manner on the side of the second surface 22 facing the bottom surface 33 of the receiving recess 32, or a clue portion protruding on the second surface 22 may be received on the bottom surface 33 of the receiving recess 32. There is no need to provide a recess. Thereby, as in the present embodiment, both sides of the door tail side of the hinged door 20 can be made to have a flat appearance. In addition, instead of such an embodiment, the handle recess 27 is configured so that it cannot be handled on the second surface 22 side of the hinged door 20, and the handle portion or the protrusion is embedded in the second surface 22. It may be configured to provide a clue portion. In this case, if necessary, the bottom surface 33 of the receiving recess 32 may be provided with a recess for receiving the hook portion protruding from the second surface 22.
Further, the specific configuration of each member and each part included in the panel device 1 according to the present embodiment is not limited to the above-mentioned configuration, and various other modifications are possible.
