Claims (11)
- 金属層及び高分子樹脂層を含む電池ケースを含むパウチ型電池セルであって、
前記電池ケースは、上部ケース及び下部ケースのいずれか一方に電極組立体収納部が形成され、
前記電池ケースのシーリング部の隣接部のうち前記電極組立体収納部の外側面上にベンティング部材が位置し、
前記ベンティング部材は、電池セルの温度上昇の際、前記電池ケースを貫通するように変形する形状記憶合金からなる、パウチ型電池セル。 - 前記ベンティング部材は、正常温度では一字形であり、温度上昇の際には少なくとも一側端が曲がる、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記ベンティング部材は、変形する部分の末端が尖っている形態を有する、請求項1又は2に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記電池ケースは、前記上部ケース及び前記下部ケースに前記電極組立体収納部が形成された構造を有し、
電極組立体は電極端子が一側方向に形成される単方向電極組立体であり、
前記ベンティング部材は、前記電極端子が位置する前記シーリング部の前記隣接部のうち前記電極組立体収納部の外側面上に位置する、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型電池セル。 - 前記電池ケースは、前記上部ケース及び前記下部ケースに前記電極組立体収納部が形成された構造を有し、
電極組立体は、電極端子が両側方向に形成される両方向電極組立体であり、
前記ベンティング部材は、前記電極端子が位置する前記シーリング部の前記隣接部又は前記電極端子が位置しない前記シーリング部の前記隣接部のうち前記上部ケース及び前記下部ケースの少なくともどの一方の前記電極組立体収納部の外側面上に位置する、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型電池セル。 - 前記ベンティング部材は、前記電極組立体収納部の側面のうち電極端子が位置しない側の外側面上に位置する、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記ベンティング部材は、前記電池ケースの折り曲げられた前記シーリング部と前記折り曲げられた前記シーリング部と向き合う前記電極組立体収納部の側面との間に位置する、請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- パウチ型電池セルを含む電池モジュールであって、
前記パウチ型電池セル、前記パウチ型電池セルを1個以上収納するハウジング(housing)、及び温度変化によって形状が変形して前記パウチ型電池セルを貫通して前記パウチ型電池セルの内部ガスを排出するためのベンティング部材を含み、
前記ベンティング部材は、前記ハウジングの内側面のうち前記パウチ型電池セルのシーリング部と対面する位置に付着される、電池モジュール。 - 前記ベンティング部材は、前記パウチ型電池セルの電極端子が位置する側の前記シーリング部と対面する位置に付着される、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ベンティング部材は、前記パウチ型電池セルの電極端子が位置しない側の前記シーリング部と対面する位置に付着される、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- パウチ型電池セル、又はこれを含む電池モジュールを内部に収容する電池パックであって、
前記パウチ型電池セルの電極端子と結合するエンドプレート、又は前記パウチ型電池セルと接触する冷却フィンには、温度変化によって形状が変形して前記パウチ型電池セルの電池ケースを貫通するベンティング部材を備える、電池パック。
