Description

The present invention relates to a display such as an LED vision, an organic EL display, and a liquid crystal display that can be attached to and detached from a wiring duct (also referred to as a duct rail, a writing rail (registered trademark), a writing duct, a slide outlet, etc.).

The wiring duct developed for lighting equipment is attached to the ceiling or the like, and it is possible to suspend and fix the lighting equipment and supply power. Furthermore, since the wiring duct is linear, it has the convenience of being able to move the position of the installation device along the line direction.

The function of the wiring duct may be utilized in electric appliances other than lighting fixtures. Patent Document 1 shows an example of connecting a thin image display device main body to a wiring duct for lighting. In the thin image display device, a plug once provided on the support member is mechanically fixed to the wiring duct for lighting and electrically connected via the support member (support rod).

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2007-279397

The inventor can install the LED vision (display consisting of a matrix of dotted LEDs), which is a relatively heavy object, on the floor by hanging it from the wiring duct already installed in the store as a place to install it in the store. We thought that it would be useful to install the display without taking up an installation space. However, although the weight of the LED vision depends on the size, it is as heavy as 5 kg or more, and the installation location of the LED vision may be above the head of a passerby.

The thin image display device described in Patent Document 1 is fixed by one support member, and one support member is fixed to a wiring duct at one place. Since of such an arm support structure, there is an advantage that the thin image display device can be tilted in an easy-to-see direction. However, there is a risk of large shaking due to vibration caused by, for example, an earthquake or strong wind, and even if the device does not fall immediately due to such shaking, a failure such as deformation of the fixed portion may occur.

An object of the present invention is to provide a display device having excellent stability of fixing to a wiring duct.

Further, the present invention is a display provided with a housing and at least three mounting portions provided on the upper surface of the housing, and is fixed by a first wiring duct and a second wiring duct, and the three or more locations are described above. The wiring duct mounting type display is such that at least two of the mounting portions of the above can be mounted on the first wiring duct, and at least one other mounting portion can be mounted on the second wiring duct.

The present invention is a display having a housing having a mounting base integrally on a display unit and a plurality of mounting parts provided on the upper surface of the mounting base, and the plurality of mounting parts can be fixed to a wiring duct. Therefore, at least one of the plurality of mounting portions can supply power to the display, and at least one of the mounting portions includes a lever for switching between a mounted state and a non-mounted state, and the tip portion of the lever is provided. , It is inside the boundary line of the upper surface of the housing other than the mounting base .

Further, in the present invention, it is preferable that the upper surface of the mounting base is provided with a stepped portion, and the mounted state and the non-mounted state can be distinguished by the position of the tip portion of the lever.

The display according to the present invention can be suspended and fixed to a wiring duct, and can be stably mounted even if there is vibration or wind pressure, so that the display can be safely mounted in a high place.

<Embodiment 1>
<Display>
The front view, the side view, and the top view of the display 50 according to the present embodiment are shown in FIGS. 1A, 1B, and 1C, respectively. The display 50 is an LED vision, and the main body 55, the power supply case 60, and the mounting base 70 are integrally configured as one housing 90, and the first mounting portion 71 and the second mounting are mounted on the upper surface of the mounting base. A portion 72 and a third mounting portion 73 are provided. By attaching the display 50 to the wiring duct 20 with a plurality of mounting portions on the upper surface of the integrated housing 90 and suspending and fixing the display 50, the display 50 can be installed safely in a harsh environment such as vibration due to an earthquake or wind pressure due to strong wind. You can keep your sex.

<Power case>
The power supply case 60 houses a power supply or the like that converts AC power supplied from the wiring duct into DC power used for the main body 55. The power supply case 60 is made of metal, various resins, or the like. The power supply case 60 can also contain a drive circuit for converting a video signal into a display signal of a display. The power supply and the drive circuit may be installed in another place such as the back side of the display unit in addition to the power supply case 60. In that case, the power supply case 60 may be omitted.

<取付部>
<Mounting part>
FIG. 2 is an enlarged top view of the display 50. On the upper surface of the mounting base 70, there is a stepped portion 75 that is one step higher, and a first mounting portion 71, a second mounting portion 72, and a third mounting portion 73 are provided on the step portion 75. However, the levers 71L, 72L, and 73L of each mounting portion are provided below the upper surface of the step portion 75. By operating the levers 71L, 72L, and 73L, the locking plates 71H, 72H, and 73H having substantially rectangular corners with rounded corners are rotated. The length of the short side of the locking plates 71H, 72H, 73H is shorter than the width of the rail opening 21 of the wiring duct described later, and the length of the long side of the locking plates 71H, 72H, 73H is shorter than the width of the rail opening 21. long. The state shown in FIG. 2 is the mounted state, and by turning each lever 90 ° clockwise from this state, the non-mounted state is set. The height of the step portion 75 (for example, 3 mm) is set to be slightly thicker than the thickness of the levers 71L, 72L, and 73L (for example, 2 mm) so that the mounting state and the non-mounting state can be easily understood by the mounting operator. The movable range of 72L and 73L is defined by the left edge portion 75L and the right edge portion 75R of the step portion 75. The state in which the levers 71L, 72L, and 73L hit the left edge portion 75L can be clearly distinguished from the non-mounted state (shown as the lever 73L (O)), and the state in which the levers 71L, 72L, and 73L hit the right edge portion 75R can be clearly distinguished from the mounted state. Since the tips of the levers 71L, 72L, and 73L are inside the boundary line on the upper surface of the power supply case 60 in the mounted state, the levers 71L, 72L, and 73L cannot be seen by the viewer looking up at the display 50, and the design is such. It has the advantage of being clean.

The first mounting portion 71 has a rotating electrode 71E which is a feeding mechanism from the wiring duct 20 to the power supply case 60. The second mounting portion 72 and the third mounting portion 73 do not have a feeding mechanism, and have only a fixing function by the locking plates 71H, 72H, 73H.

<Wiring duct>
The wiring duct 20 has a substantially rectangular shape, and as shown in FIG. 3 which is a cross-sectional view, a rail opening 21 which is open in the depth direction of the figure, a locking receiver 22, a feeding portion 23, and a top surface 24. It is equipped with. The top surface 24 is a portion in contact with the ceiling surface when the wiring duct 20 is installed.

The first mounting portion 71 is locked by fitting the locking plate 71H of the first mounting portion 71 to the upper surface of the locking receiver 22. At that time, the rotating electrode 71E of the first mounting portion 71 comes into contact with the feeding portion 23, so that power is supplied to the display 50.

The wiring duct 20 is generally fixed to the ceiling, but may be fixed to a raceway or the like which is an elongated member suspended from the ceiling.

<Embodiment 2>
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, vibration limiting materials 81, 82, 83, and 84 are added to four places on the upper surface of the power supply case 60 of the first embodiment. The tip of the vibration limiting material touches the ceiling 30 in a state where the display is suspended and fixed to the wiring duct, or has a slight gap (for example, about 1 mm) and touches the ceiling when the display vibrates. The material of the contact portion of the vibration limiting material with the ceiling is preferably an elastic material such as rubber, but the material is not limited to this.

When vibration is applied to the display 50 and the display 50 is tilted diagonally, at least one tip of the vibration limiting material 81, 82, 83, 84 hits the ceiling 30, and the display 50 can be prevented from being tilted further diagonally. Therefore, even if the display 50 is a heavy object such as an LED display, it can be safely locked to the wiring duct 20.

The vibration limiting material is installed at the four corners of the upper surface of the power supply case 60, but is not limited to this. For example, the vibration limiting material 81 and 84 on both sides of the wiring duct 20 have the effect of suppressing vibration. Further, the vibration limiting material may project outside the region where the upper surface of the power supply case 60 is projected onto the ceiling, which enhances the effect of vibration limiting.

In the structure provided with the vibration limiting material described in the present embodiment, the display unit is independent of the housing on the mounting base side, and the display unit is a housing on the mounting base side by a rod-shaped support member having one or two rods. It can also be applied to a structure that is supported by the body and the housing on the mounting base side is mounted on the wiring duct.

<Embodiment 3>
The front view, the side view, and the top view of the display 150 of the present embodiment are shown in FIGS. 5A, 5B, and 5C, respectively. The display 150 is an LED vision, and the main body portion 155, the power supply case 160, and the four mounting bases 170 are integrally configured as the housing 190, and the first mounting portion 171 and the first mounting portion 171 provided on the mounting base. 2 The mounting portion 172, the third mounting portion 173, and the fourth mounting portion 174 are provided. Since the main body 155 is tilted from the power supply case 160 in the vertical direction, for example, in the range of 5 to 30 degrees (more preferably in the range of 10 degrees or more or 20 degrees or less), even if the display is installed near the ceiling. It is easy to see from the bottom.

Power is supplied only by the first mounting portion 171. The second mounting portion 172, the third mounting portion 173, and the fourth mounting portion 174 are used for fixing.

The first mounting portion 171 and the third mounting portion 173 are fixed to the wiring duct 120, and the second mounting portion 172 and the fourth mounting portion 174 are fixed to the wiring duct 121. Since the display 150 is fixed to the two rails at four places (may be three places) in this way, the display 150 is strongly suspended and fixed not only in the left-right direction but also in the front-back direction and the like. Regarding the relationship between the mounting base and the rail, for example, the first mounting portion 171 and the second mounting portion 172 may be mounted on one wiring duct, and the third mounting portion 173 and the fourth mounting portion 174 may be mounted on the other wiring duct. If the wiring duct 120 is mounted at two locations and the wiring duct 121 is mounted at one location, the mounting portions are arranged in a triangular shape, so that the mounting portions can be stably fixed regardless of the direction of vibration.

The maximum load that can be locked to one wiring duct is, for example, a total weight of equipment of 18 kg per 1 m of wiring duct, but the load capacity may be about 3 kg depending on the strength of the ceiling and the installation condition of the wiring duct. By fixing the display to two wiring ducts as in the present embodiment, the maximum load that can be held is doubled, and a display having a weight exceeding the maximum load of one wiring duct can be installed. can.

In the mounting structure for a plurality of wiring ducts described in the present embodiment, the display unit and the mounting base are separated, and the display unit is supported by the housing on the mounting base side by one or two rod-shaped support members. It can also be applied to a structure in which a housing on the mounting base side is mounted on a plurality of wiring ducts by a plurality of mounting portions.
