Description
車両用検出システム1は、図2に示すような自動車等の車両2に設けられる。車両2は、例えば車室2b内に前後方向に3列、左右方向に2又は3列に配列された複数の座席2aを備える。各座席2aは、例えば、図3に示すように、少なくとも座面部2aaと背もたれ部2abとで構成され、座面部2aa側に不図示のシートベルトのタングプレートを固定するためのバックル25が設けられている。各座席2aは、図3に示すように、少なくとも着座した搭乗者と接触する着座領域Dを有する。着座領域Dは、座面部2aaと、背もたれ部2abとにそれぞれ設けられる。着座領域Dは、座面部2aa及び背もたれ部2abの形状に応じて、身長や体重、体型等が異なる様々な搭乗者に対応するように設定される。車両用検出システム1は、各座席2aへの搭乗者の着座状態及びシートベルトの装着状態を判定し、搭乗者が着座状態であり、かつシートベルトが未装着である場合には搭乗者に対して警告等の報知を行うものである。本実施形態の車両用検出システム1は、リーダ10と、複数の検出器20とを備える。

Claims (3)
- 車両に設けられ、無線信号を送受信し、少なくとも電力供給用の無線信号を含む送信信号を送信するリーダと、
前記送信信号を受信した場合、前記送信信号に含まれる電力供給用の無線信号により駆動し、かつ前記送信信号に対する第1応答信号を前記リーダに向けて送信することが可能な第1検出器と、
前記送信信号に含まれる電力供給用の無線信号により駆動し、かつ前記車両における座席のシートベルトの装着状態を検出する第2検出器とを備え、
前記第1検出器は、
前記リーダに向けて送信された前記第1応答信号が遮断される座席の着座領域に配置され、
前記第2検出器は、
前記座席のシートベルトの装着状態に応じてON状態又はOFF状態に切り替わるスイッチ回路を有し、前記スイッチ回路のON状態に応じて第2応答信号を前記リーダに送信し、
前記リーダは、
前記送信信号に応じて受信した前記第1応答信号の有無に基づいて搭乗者の着座状態を判定し、かつ前記第2応答信号の有無に基づいて前記シートベルトの装着状態を判定し、
前記搭乗者の着座により前記第1検出器から送信された前記第1応答信号を受信できなかった場合、該当する前記座席に前記搭乗者が着座していると判定し、前記搭乗者のシートベルト未装着により前記スイッチ回路がOFF状態となることで前記第2応答信号を受信できなかった場合、該当する前記座席の前記シートベルトが未装着であると判定し、前記第1応答信号及び前記第2応答信号のいずれも受信していない場合には報知部に警告信号を出力し、
前記報知部は、
前記警告信号に応じて前記搭乗者に警告を行い、
前記第2検出器は、第1端と第2端とを含むアンテナ部を有し、
前記スイッチ回路は、一対の第1接点部を含み、各前記第1接点部は、前記アンテナ部の前記第1端および前記第2端のそれぞれ1つに接続されている、
ことを特徴とする車両用検出システム。 - 前記座席は、
少なくとも座面部と背もたれ部とで構成され、
前記第1検出器は、
前記座面部及び前記背もたれ部の各前記着座領域に少なくとも一つずつ配置され、
複数の前記第1検出器は、
それぞれが異なる第1識別情報を有しており、当該第1識別情報を前記第1応答信号として前記リーダに送信し、
前記リーダは、
前記座面部に配置された前記第1検出器から前記第1識別情報を受信した場合、前記背もたれ部の高さ方向に配置された前記第1検出器から受信する前記第1識別情報の有無に基づいて前記搭乗者の属性を判定する、
請求項1に記載の車両用検出システム。 - 前記リーダは、
前記第1検出器から受信した前記第1識別情報に基づいて各前記第1検出器の配置位置を特定し、当該配置位置の数に基づいて前記搭乗者の着座状態を判定する、
請求項2に記載の車両用検出システム。
