Description
特許文献2は、成形工具若しくは曲げ工具のための保持装置と、相応の工具ホルダを開示しており、工具は永久磁石又は電磁石によって設定可能な位置に保持できる。磁石は「磁気吸盤」として作用し、成形工具と工具ホルダの間に配置されている。これらの磁石の機能は、成形工具を工具ホルダ内に手動で導入する際の改善に用いられる。なぜなら工具ホルダへの磁気吸着によって垂直方向における基準位置が実質的に自動的に取られるからである。
電磁石(2)に公称力を発生させるための公称電圧が磁力として印加され、
この公称力は、
-工具重量(P)及び/又は
-曲げ工具(1)に作用する慣性力及び/又は
-保持キャリッジガイド内で作用する摩擦及び/又は
-接触面(7)の接触面積及び/又は
-運動方向に対する磁力の向き及び/又は
-磁界の延在に応じて、他の磁化可能な工作物がある領域で、パルス幅変調により、又は電圧の変化により、又は電力の変化により、必要な磁力を発生させるために時間範囲内で増加又は減少されることによって解決される。

Claims (9)
- 電磁石(2)を用いて曲げ工具(1)を位置決めする方法において、
前記曲げ工具(1)は工具ホルダ(4)で保持され、前記曲げ工具(1)は保持キャリッジガイド(10)に沿って運動方向に移動可能な保持キャリッジ(3)によって移動可能であり、前記曲げ工具(1)は磁化可能材料からなる磁石ホルダ(5)を備え、
前記電磁石(2)は、前記曲げ工具(1)のための前記保持キャリッジガイド(10)に相対して、前記電磁石(2)の移動をガイドするための磁気ガイド(8)に沿って移動可能であり、
前記保持キャリッジガイド(10)と前記磁気ガイド(8)は一体に形成可能である、方法において、
前記電磁石(2)と前記磁石ホルダ(5)とは、互いに噛み合うように位置決め可能な対応する多角形形状を有し、前記電磁石(2)と前記磁石ホルダ(5)との間で磁力が形成され、
前記電磁石(2)に公称力を発生させるための公称電圧が磁力として印加され、
前記公称力は、
工具重量(P)及び/又は、
前記曲げ工具(1)に作用する慣性力及び/又は、
保持キャリッジガイド内で作用する摩擦及び/又は、
運動方向に対する磁力の向き及び/又は、
前記電磁石(2)の接触面(7)の接触面積の大きさ及び/又は、
他の磁化可能な工作物がある領域への磁界のひろがりに応じて、
必要な磁力を発生させるための時間間隔で、パルス幅変調により、又は電圧の変化により、又は電力の変化によって増加又は減少する、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 公称力が段階的に増加又は減少されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工具重量及び/又は偏心性が測定装置によって測定され及び/又はデータベースから呼び出されて、磁力が偏心性に応じて選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記公称力は、保持キャリッジの位置及び/又は時間経過に応じて増加又は減少されることを特徴とする、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記曲げ工具(1)が部分的に消磁されることを特徴とする、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記工具(1)は、前記保持キャリッジ(3)又は前記曲げ工具(1)の一時的な位置に応じて部分的に消磁されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記曲げ工具(1)は、該曲げ工具(1)の引渡し前及び/又は引渡し中及び/又は引渡し後に少なくとも部分的に消磁されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 消磁パラメータは工具(1)の運動及び/又は工具(1)の運動速度に応じて選択されることを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載の方法。
- 消磁パラメータはデータベースからロードされることを特徴とする、請求項6~8の何れか一項に記載の方法。
