Description
この米国実用新案特許出願は、2016年10月17日に出願された米国仮特許出願第62/409,244号、および2017年10月16日に出願された米国実用新案特許出願第15/784,587号に対する優先権を主張するものであり、その内容は、参照によりその全体が本明細書に組み込まれる。

Claims (6)
- 遊離黒鉛を含有する粉末金属であって、
前記粉末金属は、前記粉末金属の総重量に基づいて、1.0重量%~2.0重量%の量の炭素(C)、0.1重量%~6.0重量%の量のケイ素(Si)、0.2重量%~1.5重量%の量のクロム(Cr)、0.2重量%~1.5重量%の量のモリブデン(Mo)、0.5重量%~4.0重量%の量のタングステン(W)、0.2重量%~2.0重量%の量のバナジウム(V)、および0.2重量%~2.0重量%の量のニオブ(Nb)を含み、残部が鉄から構成される、粉末金属。 - 前記粉末金属が、前記粉末金属の総重量に基づいて、1.1重量%~2.0重量%の量の炭素および0.2重量%~5.0重量%の量のケイ素(Si)を含む、請求項1に記載の粉末金属。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の前記粉末金属が焼結されてなる、焼結部品。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の粉末金属を製造する方法であって、
溶融金属材料を噴霧化して粉末金属を形成する工程を含み、前記溶融金属材料は、前記溶融金属材料の総重量に基づいて、1.0重量%~2.0重量%の量の炭素(C)、0.1重量%~6.0重量%の量のケイ素(Si)、0.2重量%~1.5重量%の量のクロム(Cr)、0.2重量%~1.5重量%の量のモリブデン(Mo)、0.5重量%~4.0重量%の量のタングステン(W)、0.2重量%~2.0重量%の量のバナジウム(V)、および0.2重量%~2.0重量%の量のニオブ(Nb)を含み、残部が鉄から構成される、粉末金属の製造方法。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の粉末金属を製造する方法であって、
溶融金属材料を噴霧化して噴霧化粉末金属を形成する工程と、前記噴霧化粉末金属を熱処理する工程とを含み、
前記溶融金属材料は、前記溶融金属材料の総重量に基づいて、1.0重量%~2.0重量%の量の炭素(C)、0.1重量%~6.0重量%の量のケイ素(Si)、0.2重量%~1.5重量%の量のクロム(Cr)、0.2重量%~1.5重量%の量のモリブデン(Mo)、0.5重量%~4.0重量%の量のタングステン(W)、0.2重量%~2.0重量%の量のバナジウム(V)、および0.2重量%~2.0重量%の量のニオブ(Nb)を含み、残部が鉄から構成される、粉末金属の製造方法。 - 請求項3に記載の焼結部品の製造方法であって、
請求項4または請求項5に記載の粉末金属の製造方法により製造された粉末金属を焼結することを含む、焼結部品の製造方法。
