Description

The present invention relates to a vertically-roofed roof structure constructed by using simple members without causing problems such as sagging of decorative materials (ceiling materials) and scaffolding of workers.

A roof structure in which a tight frame is fixed to a cross beam made of a steel frame and a folded plate is laid on the tight frame is widely known.
In this roof structure, folded plates are laid in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the cross beam.
Further, since the cross beams are constructed at intervals of 3 to 5 m depending on the shape of the roofing material and the like, a space such as a scaffolding is required for work such as mounting a tight frame and laying the roofing material.

For example, in Patent Document 1, when a ceiling plate support member 4 having an E-shaped cross section is erected between the beam members 1 and 1 that support the roofing material 3, a fixture 5 made of a spring material is used. The upper flange of the beam member 1 and the upper side portion of the ceiling plate support member 4 are fixed so as to be sandwiched between them, and the ceiling plate 8 is supported between the ceiling plate support members 4 and 4, and a tight frame is placed on the beam member 1. A structure in which 2 and the roofing material 3 are laid has been proposed.
Further, in Patent Document 2, a tight frame 2 is attached on the beam 1, a lower folded plate 3 is fastened to the tight frame 2 via a hanger 6, and the lower folded plate 3 is directly above the beam 1. The heat insulating connecting metal fitting 7 is attached to the brace tightening portion a located at, and the upper folded plate is arranged so that the mountain portion 4a and the valley portion 4b are in the same direction as the mountain portion 3a and the valley portion 3b of the lower folded plate 3. A heat-insulating double-folded plate roof has been proposed in which 4 is beam-tightened via the heat-insulating connecting metal fitting 7 and a heat insulating material 5 is filled between the upper folded plate 4 and the lower folded plate 3.
Further, in Patent Document 3, a tight frame-shaped support metal fitting 2 is mounted on the structural material 1, a joiner 6 is erected and supported between the structural materials 1 and 1 and between the support metal fittings 2 and 2, and the heat insulating material 3 is a joiner. There has been proposed a structure of a heat insulating roof supported by 6 and laid on the ceiling, and the folded plate roofing material 4 is supported by the support metal fitting 2 and laid on the roof. The joiner 6 is provided with a locking head 21 having a substantially triangular cross section, and a pressing and fixing means 7 for pressing the locking head 21 from above.

特開平11-152846号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 11-152846 特開2004-011151号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2004-101151 特許第2896120号公報Japanese Patent No. 2896120

However, in Patent Document 1, since the edge of the ceiling plate 8 is merely fitted between the adjacent ceiling plate support members 4 and 4, the ceiling plate 8 is deformed downward due to its own weight. There was a risk of it happening. Further, since the edges of the beam member 1 and the ceiling plate support member 4 are merely sandwiched and fixed by the fixing tool 5, it is dangerous to use at least the ceiling plate support member 4 as a scaffold. ..
Further, in the structure of Patent Document 2, for example, FIGS. 10 to 12 show an example in which the heat insulating connecting metal fitting 7 is arranged between the beams 1 and 1, but such work is performed on the beam 1. Even if there was no problem, a scaffold was required for the work between the beams 1 and 1.
Further, in Patent Document 3, special members such as a pressing fixing means 7 for preventing the heat insulating material 3 which is substantially a ceiling material from rising and a joiner 6 provided with a locking head 21 are often used, and the heat insulating material 3 is tentatively used. A scaffolding was required for the work between the structural materials 1 and 1 even if the sagging and lifting could be prevented.

Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to propose a vertically-roofed roof structure constructed by using simple members without causing problems such as sagging of decorative materials (ceiling materials) and scaffolding of workers.

The present invention has been proposed in view of the above, and the above-mentioned structure in which a plurality of structural members having flanges facing each other at least above and below the web are arranged and arranged between adjacent steel frames. A decorative material is erected between the materials, a tower portion extending upward is fixed to the upper flange of the structural material, and a holding portion is fixed to the upper end of the tower portion, sandwiching the tower portion and the holding portion. The exterior material having the heat insulating material interposed on the back surface side adjacent to each other is formed in the same shape as the exterior material, and the heat insulating material supporting the back surface of the exterior material is butt-shaped with the tower portion sandwiched between them. It relates to a vertically-roofed roof structure which is disposed and is characterized in that the exterior material is held and attached to the holding portion in a fitted shape.

The present invention also proposes a vertical roof structure in which the decorative material is arranged together with a receiving member erected between the structural materials in the vertical roof structure.

In the vertically-roofed roof structure of the present invention, a structural material such as C-shaped steel is laid across between adjacent steel frames, and an exterior material having a heat insulating material on the back surface side is used . Of these, the heat insulating material is formed in the same shape as the exterior material to support the back surface of the exterior material, and is abutted with the tower portion sandwiched between them, so that the tower portion can be stably held. In addition, since the exterior material is held and attached to the holding portion in a fitted shape, the worker can easily perform the construction using the structural material as a scaffold, and the decorative material (ceiling material) is sagging. It can be constructed using simple members without causing problems such as scaffolding of workers.
In addition, it can be dealt with by replacing the tower with a tower having a different height according to the required heat insulating performance.

Further, when the decorative material is arranged together with the receiving member erected between the structural materials, a simple board-shaped plate-shaped material is used as the decorative material by forming the attachment portion to the structural material on the receiving member. be able to.

It is a front view of the decorative material used, (e) a side view of a cap material used, (f) a side view of an exterior material used, (g) a side view of a backup material used, and (h) an enlarged sectional view. (A) A cross-sectional view showing a second embodiment of the vertical roof structure of the present invention, (b) a front view showing a tower portion and fixing means of the exterior material holding material used in the second embodiment, and (c) were used. It is a front view of a heat insulating material. (A) is a cross-sectional view which shows the 3rd Example of the vertical roof structure of this invention, and (b) is a front view of the heat insulating material used.

In the vertically-roofed roof structure of the present invention, a plurality of structural members having flanges facing each other at least above and below the web are bridged and arranged between adjacent steel frames, and the arranged structural members are arranged between the structural members. A decorative material is erected, a tower portion extending upward is fixed to the upper flange of the structural material, and a holding portion is fixed to the upper end of the tower portion, and the back surface adjacent to the tower portion and the holding portion is interposed therebetween. An exterior material having a heat insulating material interposed therebetween is formed in the same shape as the exterior material, and the heat insulating material supporting the back surface of the exterior material is arranged in a butt shape with the tower portion interposed therebetween. The exterior material is characterized in that it is held and attached to the holding portion in a fitted shape.

In the present invention, the steel frame refers to a cross beam, and as shown in the illustrated examples described later, large-sized H steel or the like is exclusively used.
Further, as described above, the structural material to be bridged between the steel frames is such that the upper and lower flanges face each other with the web sandwiched at least, and specifically, Z-shaped steel, lip Z-shaped steel, C-shaped steel, and lip channel steel. Or the like, or a shaped steel formed into a hat shape may be used. However, since a decorative material is erected on this structural material, C-shaped steel (same as lip grooved steel) is connected back to back, or Z-shaped steel (same as with lip) or C-shaped steel (same as with lip). When is used as the main material, it is desirable to assemble and use it as an auxiliary material for forming the lower flange on the other side. Further, since this structural material is erected with a decorative material, it is formed of a steel material, an aluminum material, a hard resin material, or the like having at least durability strength against a positive load thereof.

As the structural material, as described above, it is commercially available to use known standard shaped steels such as Z-shaped steels, lip Z-shaped steels, C-shaped steels and lip channel steels, and the materials and sizes are abundant and highly reliable in terms of strength. Therefore, it has the strength as a scaffold for the worker to construct even after it is hung on the steel frame.
However, when this structural material is used as a scaffolding for workers as described above, it is necessary to firmly connect it to the steel frame, and it is necessary to connect it directly by welding or through a strong member. It is desirable to attach it by a secure fixing means. For example, in a configuration in which a metal plate-like body formed by roll molding or the like is used to hold a structural material, a load acting on the structural material easily deforms the metal plate-like body, so that the metal plate-like body cannot be used as a scaffold at all. .. In the illustrated embodiment described later, a lip channel steel (2A) is used as a structural material (2) with a fixture (1c) which is a bolt and nut for an upright piece (1B) formed on the H steel (1) which is a steel frame. ) Is firmly attached, so this structural material (top) has the strength to be a scaffolding for workers' construction.

As described above, the steel frame refers to a cross beam, and a large H steel or the like is used exclusively. However, since the site where the structural material is laid is not limited, it can be applied to various steel frames. can. Then, by bridging the structural material exclusively on the upper surface (upper flange in H steel), the portion below the upper surface (lower flange in H steel, etc.) is for suspending and attaching another configuration, for example, a lighting device or the like. It can be preserved for fixing hanging tools and the like.
Further, by bridging the structural material on the upper surface of the steel frame, the position of the decorative material to be erected between the structural materials is increased, and the interior space can be widely used.

The decorative material erected between the structural materials is not particularly limited as long as it can be erected between the structural materials, and the shape and material thereof are not particularly limited, and the shape is substantially flat. The material is not limited, and the material may be a molded plate made of metal or a hard synthetic resin, or may be a board made of glass wool or a foamed synthetic resin. The decorative material is a member (ceiling material) that refers to all members corresponding to makeup when viewed from the indoor side. For example, the decorative material may be used by laminating with a heat insulating material on the upper surface side thereof, but the heat insulating material is a room. In the present invention, it is defined as a member having a heat insulating property that cannot be seen from the inside.
For example, when a hard decorative material is used, a decorative material having a mounting portion (for example, forming a stepped notch) attached to the lower flange of the structural material on the side edge may be used, and the structure may be used. When a lip is formed on the lower flange of the material, a material having a mounting portion (for example, formed in an inverted U shape that opens downward) on the side edge may be used.

Further, a receiving member having the mounting portion on the side edge may be erected between the structural materials, and a decorative material or a heat insulating material may be placed on the receiving member. That is, by using it in combination with a receiving member that can be erected between structural materials, a board-shaped plate material or the like that does not have a mounting configuration at the side end or the like or a soft material that bends by its own weight can be used. Can also be used. As described above, since all the members corresponding to the makeup when viewed from the indoor side are used as the decorative material, the receiving member is also a part of the decorative material.
As such a receiving member, it is desirable that the receiving member is formed of a lightweight material such as a punching metal plate or a mesh material as in the illustrated embodiment described later, and is a member having a mounting portion on the side edge as described above. However, the decorative surface portion having the lower surface side as the decorative surface is not particularly limited, for example, whether it is flat, downwardly convex, or wavy.
Further, the mounting portion is not particularly limited as described above, such as engaging, fitting, or mounting using other members depending on the structural material.

Further, the exterior material holding material fixed to the upper flange of the structural material is not particularly limited to any other configuration as long as the exterior material can be held on the outside thereof and can be fixed to the upper flange of the structural material. , May be formed by combining a plurality of members.
The exterior material holding material includes a holding portion provided exclusively at the upper end and fitted to the exterior material, and a fixing means provided exclusively at the lower end and attached to the upper flange of the structural material, as well as the holding portion and the fixing means. It is desirable to have a structure having a tower formed between the two. The tower portion preferably has a simple shape whose height can be adjusted (replaced) depending on the configuration of the decorative material or the like. For example, in the illustrated embodiment described later, by adopting a circular or square tubular body (pipe material), it is easy to replace the members with different heights.
Further, the holding portion holds the side edge portion of the exterior material by engagement or fitting, and the specific configuration thereof is not particularly limited, but in the illustrated embodiment described later, a piece-shaped receiving member is used. This holding portion is formed in.
Further, the fixing means is not particularly limited as long as it can be fixed to the upper flange of the structural material, for example, by tightening or locking with a connecting bolt or the like, and in the illustrated embodiment described later, the tower portion (pipe material). ) Is used for connecting bolts that penetrate the inside.

An exterior material having a heat insulating material interposed on the back surface side is attached to the exterior material holding material, but the heat insulating material and the exterior material to be attached are not particularly limited, and various materials and configurations may be appropriately used. can.

As the heat insulating material interposed on the back surface side of the exterior material, a molded plate such as various foam-based synthetic resins having a non-permeable surface is preferably used, and it is desirable that the heat insulating material has elasticity, and dew condensation or the like occurs on the front surface side thereof. A plurality of drainage grooves that can drain the generated moisture, invaded rainwater, etc. may be formed in the length direction, or the exterior material may be formed into substantially the same shape as the exterior material like a backup material that can support the back surface of the exterior material. It may be a thing.

As for the exterior material, as long as it is a vertical roofing material that is held by the holding part of the exterior material holding material, even if the edges of the adjacent exterior materials are connected to each other, the edges of the exterior materials are kept close to each other. It may be connected by using a cover material (cap material) or the like. The exterior material and cover material are known metal materials such as surface decorative steel plate, laminated steel plate, plated steel plate, stainless steel plate, aluminum alloy plate, titanium alloy plate, copper plate, brass plate, lead plate, carbon fiber laminated plate, etc. It is molded from a hard resin plate or the like, and when the material is a metal plate, it is molded (molded) by roll molding, press molding, or a combination of both. When the material is a non-metal material, it is mainly molded by molding. The material thickness is not particularly limited, but is approximately 0.4 to 1.6 mm.

The vertically-roofed roof structure of the present invention having such a structure does not cause problems such as sagging of decorative materials and scaffolding of workers, and is constructed using simple members.

In the vertical roof structure of the first embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 1 (a), a structural material 2 in which an auxiliary material 2B is connected to a lip channel steel (C-shaped steel) 2A is formed between adjacent steel frame frames 1 and 1. The decorative material 3 is erected between the structural materials 2 and 2 which are arranged so as to be bridged, and the exterior material holding material 4 is fixed to the upper flange 21 of the structural material 2 and is attached to the exterior material holding material 4. It is a structure in which an exterior material 6 interposed with a heat insulating material 5 is attached to the back surface side.

The steel frame 1 is used as a cross beam in which a large H steel extends in the left-right direction, and in the illustrated embodiment, an upright piece 1B standing vertically upward is formed as shown in FIG. 1 (c). ..
As shown in the figure, the structural material 2 has a structure in which a substantially J-shaped auxiliary material 2B is connected to the C-shaped steel 2A, and the C-shaped steel 2A extends in the front-rear direction in the drawing. As shown in the above, it is fixed to the standing piece 1B of the steel frame frame 1 (1c is a fixture).
In the C-shaped steel 2A, the upper flange 21 and the lower flange 23 face each other with the web 22 interposed therebetween, and lips 211,231 are provided at the tips of the flanges 21 and 23.
The substantially J-shaped auxiliary material 2B has a vertical piece portion 25 along the polymerized form on the web 22, and a lower flange 24 and a lip 241 formed symmetrically with the lower flange 23 and the lip 231. The steel frame frames 1 and 1 are integrally connected to the C-shaped steel 2A.

As shown in FIG. 1 (d), the decorative material 3 erected between the structural materials 2 and 2 has a groove-shaped mounting portion 32 that opens downward at the side end of the flat decorative surface portion 31. It is made of a material that does not deform due to its own weight, such as a punching metal plate or a net-like material.
The decorative material 3 is configured to be engaged with the lips 231,241 of the lower flanges 23 and 24 of the structural material 2 from above, and is stably erected between the adjacent structural materials 2 and 2. ..

As shown in FIG. 1B, the exterior material holding material 4 fixed to the upper flange 21 of the structural material 2 has a receiving member forming the holding portion 41 and a circular or square shape forming the tower portion 43. The structure uses a cylinder (pipe material) and a connecting bolt penetrating the tower 43 as the fixing means 42.
The receiving member forming the holding portion 41 is a piece material in which the front and rear surfaces of a substantially horizontal bottom plate 411 are raised to form receiving surface portions 421 and 412, and the receiving surface portion 412 is triangular outward to the left and right. It protrudes in a shape, a substantially central portion of the upper end is recessed, and a substantially horizontal extending piece is formed in the front-rear direction from the upper end. The triangular piece protruding outward and the lower side thereof are the first engaged portion 412a, the central recess is the second engaged portion 412b, and the extending piece in the front-rear direction is the support portion 412c.

As shown in FIG. 1 (f), the exterior material 6 attached to the exterior material holding material 4 includes inclined surface portions 62 and 62 that rise in an inclined manner to the left and right of the substantially flat flat surface portion 61. Further, a first engaging portion 63 projecting outward in a dogleg shape is formed above the inclined surface portion 62, and a support portion 64 extending substantially horizontally is formed at the upper end of the inclined surface portion 62, and further, the support portion 64 thereof is formed. A second engaging portion 65 formed in a substantially U shape is formed at the tip thereof.

The exterior material 6 is configured to connect the exterior materials 6 and 6 adjacent to each other in the left-right direction by using the cover material (cap material) 7 shown in FIG. 1 (e).
The cover material 7 has a structure in which engaging portions 72, 72 folded back in a substantially shape on the left and right ends of the mountain umbrella-shaped decorative portion 71 are formed, and the first engaging portion of the exterior material 6 is formed. The left and right exterior materials 6 and 6 are connected by fitting to the outside of 63.

The heat insulating material (backup material) 5 interposed on the back surface side of the exterior material 6 is formed in the same shape as the exterior material 6 and can support the back surface of the exterior material 6, and is shown in FIG. 1 (g). As shown, the inclined surface portions 52 and 52 that rise in an inclined manner to the left and right of the substantially flat flat surface portion 51 are provided. Further, three drainage recesses 511 extending in the length direction are formed on the surface of the flat surface portion 51 corresponding to the valley portion, and the installation recess 521 is formed on the surface of the side end corresponding to the mountain portion.

In the vertically-roofed roof structure composed of each of these members, the structural material 2 is first laid between the adjacent steel frame frames 1 and 1, and specifically, the steel frame structure is arranged as shown in FIG. 1 (c). The C-shaped steel 2B is fixed to the standing piece 1B erected in 1 with the fixture 1c, and the substantially J-shaped auxiliary material 2B is arranged so as to be fixed to the C-shaped steel 2B between the steel frame frames 1 and 1. There is. In addition, in FIG. 1 (a), three structural members 2 are bridged and fixed in the lateral direction.

Next, the decorative material 3 is erected between the structural materials 2 and 2. Specifically, the engaging portions 32 and 32 are engaged with the lips 231,241 of the lower flanges 23 and 24 of the structural material 2 from above. It can be mounted and erected.
In addition, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 (h), an engaging piece that forms a flip-up piece-shaped mounting portion 33 further outside the engaging portion 32 and extends diagonally downward from the vertical piece portion 25 of the auxiliary material 2B. 26 may be provided, and the mounting portion 33 may be inserted into the engaging piece 26 from above so as to be elastically engaged.

Subsequently, the exterior material holding material 4 is fixed to the upper flange 21 of the structural material 2. Specifically, the pipe material is erected as the tower portion 43 on the upper flange 21 of the structural material 2 and fixed by penetrating the inside thereof. By fastening the connecting bolt as the means 42 and fastening the receiving member forming the holding portion 41 to the upper end thereof (4b is a fastening nut), the exterior material holding material 4 is integrally mounted on the upper flange 21. Can be formed.

The heat insulating material (backup material) 5 is fixed to the exterior material holding material 4 fixed as described above prior to the exterior material 6. Specifically, the flat portion 51 of the heat insulating material 5 is arranged so as to be located between the adjacent structural materials 2 and 2, and the inclined surface portion 52 is arranged along the exterior material holding material 4. At that time, if a vertical groove extending in the vertical direction is formed in advance at the side end, the tower portion 43 of the exterior material holding material 4 is held in a sandwiching shape by abutting the adjacent heat insulating materials 5 and 5. Will be.

After that, the exterior material 6 is attached, but the exterior material 6 is laid so as to be supported on the heat insulating material 5, and the exterior material holding material 4 holds the exterior material 6. Specifically, the flat surface portion 61 of the exterior material 6 is polymerized on the flat surface portion 51 of the heat insulating material 5, and the inclined surface portion 62 of the exterior material 6 is polymerized along the inclined surface portion 52 of the heat insulating material 5. The first engaging portion 63, the supporting portion 64, the second engaging portion 65, etc. formed above the inclined surface portion 62 are held by the holding portion 41 of the exterior material holding material 4. That is, since the inclined surface portion 62 of the exterior material 6 elastically faces the exterior material holding material 4, the first engaging portion 63 engages with the first engaged portion 412a, and the supporting portion 64 engages with the supported portion 64. The second engaging portion 65 can be supported, and the second engaged portion 412b can be fitted and stably held.

Further, in the first embodiment, as described above, the adjacent exterior materials 6 and 6 are connected by using the cover material (cap material) 7. Specifically, the first engaging portion 63 of the exterior material 6 is a portion to be engaged with the holding portion 41 inside the outer material 6, but the engaging portion 72 of the cover material 7 is outside the first engaging portion 63. Also functions as a fitted portion to which the above can be fitted. Since the cover material 7 is also formed in advance so that elasticity acts on the engaging portions 72 and 72 inward, the cover material 7 is elastically deformed only by being pressed from above to maintain a stable mounting state even after fitting.

In the vertically-roofed roof structure of the present invention constructed in this way, the structural material 2 such as C-shaped steel is laid across between the adjacent steel frame frames 1 and 1, so that the worker can use the structural material 2 as a scaffold. Can be constructed, and does not cause problems such as sagging of the decorative material 3 and scaffolding of workers, and is constructed using simple members.

Further, as the heat insulating material (backing material) 5, it is desirable that a molded plate such as various foam-based synthetic resins having a non-permeable surface is used and has elasticity, and a drainage groove 511 is provided on the surface side thereof. Since a plurality of pieces are formed in the direction, the water generated by dew condensation and the like, the invaded rainwater, and the like can be drained in the drainage ditch 511.

Further, since a molded plate formed of a punching metal plate, a mesh material, or the like was used as the decorative material 3, the decorative material 3 is used as a receiving member as in the second and third embodiments described later. A heat insulating material such as foamed synthetic resin or glass wool may be arranged on the upper surface.

In the vertical roof structure of the second embodiment shown in FIG. 2A, the structural material 2, the decorative material 3, the heat insulating material (backup material) 5, the exterior material 6, and the cover material (cap material) 7 are described above. It is exactly the same as in 1 Example, and the same applies to the receiving member forming the holding portion 41 for the exterior material holding material 4X, but the tower portion (pipe material) 43X and the fixing means (connecting bolt) 42X are formed vertically. The difference is that the heat insulating material 8 shown in FIG. 2C is arranged on the upper surface of the decorative material 3.
In addition, in FIG. 2B, the state before and after the installation of the tower portion 43X and the fixing means 42X in the second embodiment is shown in the substantially center, and the left side thereof is described above for comparison of length. The state after mounting of the tower portion 43 and the fixing means 42 in the first embodiment is added, and the state after mounting of the tower portion 43Y and the fixing means 42Y in the third embodiment described later is added on the right side thereof.

The heat insulating material 8 is a plate-like material formed of a foamed synthetic resin, glass wool, or the like and does not have a mounting configuration at its side end or the like, and may be a soft material that bends by its own weight. Note that FIG. 2C shows only the heat insulating material 8 extracted from the arrangement state shown in FIG. 2A, and the recesses 81 and 81 on the left and right bottom surfaces are recesses formed by their own weight. However, the recess 81 may be formed in advance so as to facilitate close contact.

In the second embodiment, the configuration is described in which the heat insulating material 8 is arranged on the upper surface of the decorative material 3, but since the decorative material 3 is a punching metal plate or a mesh material, the heat insulating material 8 is received. It is also a receiving member for mounting (placed). Further, if the decorative material 3 is a punching metal plate or a mesh material, the heat insulating material 8 on the upper surface side thereof may also be visible (or contacted) from the indoor side, but in that case, the heat insulating material 8 is also included in the decorative material 8. It is a lumber.
In the second embodiment, the heat insulating material 8 is erected between the structural materials 2 and 2, that is, a decorative material having a heat insulating property is erected. Therefore, the heat insulating performance of the vertically-roofed roof structure is the first embodiment. It will be much higher than. In other words, it has been proved that roof structures having different heat insulating properties can be constructed using almost the same members.

In the vertical roof structure of the third embodiment shown in FIG. 3a), the structural material 2, the decorative material 3, the heat insulating material (backup material) 5, the exterior material 6, and the cover material (cap material) 7 are used in the first embodiment. It is exactly the same as in the examples and the second embodiment, and the same applies to the receiving member forming the holding portion 41 for the exterior material holding material 4Y, but the tower portion (pipe material) 43Y and the fixing means (connecting bolt) 42Y are used. Further, it is formed vertically and is different in that the thick heat insulating material 8Y shown in FIG. 3B is arranged on the upper surface of the decorative material 3.
Note that FIG. 3B shows the heat insulating material 8Y in the third embodiment, and the heat insulating material 8 in the second embodiment is added to the right side thereof for comparison of thickness.

The heat insulating material 8Y is a plate-shaped material which is formed of a foamed synthetic resin, glass wool or the like like the heat insulating material 8 in the second embodiment and does not have a mounting configuration at its side end or the like. It has almost the same height (width) as the C-shaped steel 2A forming the structural material 2. As shown in the figure, the heat insulating material 8Y is arranged by pushing the end portion between the upper flange 41 and the lower flange 43 of the C-shaped steel 2A, so that at least such construction is possible, that is, elasticity. It is formed from a material rich in sex.

In the third embodiment as well, the configuration is described in which the heat insulating material 8Y is arranged on the upper surface of the decorative material 3, but since the decorative material 3 is a punching metal plate or a mesh material, the heat insulating material 8Y is received. It is also a receiving member for mounting (placed).
Further, in the third embodiment, since the heat insulating material 8Y is erected between the structural materials 2 and 2, the heat insulating performance of the vertically-roofed roof structure is further higher than that of the first embodiment and that of the second embodiment. It will be expensive. In other words, it has been proved that roof structures with different heat insulating properties can be constructed using almost the same members.
