局部に対応した成形用樹脂(82)とシート状樹脂(80)とを積層し、前記成形用樹脂(82)と、前記シート状樹脂(80)と、シート状強化繊維(78)とをプレス成形型(60、62)で熱を付与して前記シート状樹脂(80)と前記成形用樹脂(82)を軟化させ、前記シート状樹脂(80)を源とする樹脂を前記シート状強化繊維(78)に含浸させて含浸部位(58)を得るとともに、前記成形用樹脂(82)により、前記含浸部位(58)に比して肉厚な機能部位(54)を同時に成形する繊維強化樹脂成形品(10)の製造方法が提供される。

Claims (3)
- 強化繊維(56)を含浸した繊維強化樹脂層(52)を有する繊維強化樹脂成形品(10)において、
前記強化繊維(56)を含浸してなる含浸部位(58)と、
前記強化繊維(56)を含まない成形用樹脂層(50)からなる機能部位(54)と、
を有し、
前記含浸部位(58)に対して前記機能部位(54)が積層され、
少なくとも前記機能部位(54)に、ボルト(31)を挿入するボルト挿入孔(32)が形成され、
前記ボルト挿入孔(32)に挿入された前記ボルト(31)の頭部の端面が着座する締付け面は、前記含浸部位(54)であり、
且つ前記機能部位(54)が前記含浸部位(58)に比して肉厚であることを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂成形品(10)。 - 請求項1記載の繊維強化樹脂成形品(10)において、前記成形用樹脂層(50)には、溝(48)又は貫通孔(34a~34f)が形成されていることを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂成形品(10)。
- 請求項1又は2記載の繊維強化樹脂成形品(10)において、前記繊維強化樹脂層(52)を構成する樹脂と、前記成形用樹脂層(50)を構成する樹脂との材質が相違するものであることを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂成形品(10)。
